I migliori hotel con spa a Dusseldorf

Hotel was good location ideal it was the perfect hotel for me travel. I would definitely re-book. If you are having second thoughts don’t this hotel is worth it.

La posizione è A+. 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di sottoterra Heinrich che vi porta direttamente alla Messa. Hotel è bello. È un bell'aspetto, ma è un edificio medievale così la sua parte del fascino. Il desk front leaves molto da desiderare per un hotel 5 stelle.La stanza è ok. è stato dato spazio 131. mattress è crollata e sicuramente non commerciale 5 stelle hotel standard.Sentiva più di una cuscinetto a schiuma di una cuscinetto con solo 10 cm di altezza di cuscinetto. i sono 1.87 La mattina, quando mi sono sdraiata, mi sono sdraiata concava e mi sono sentita male nei muscoli superiori, i remboidi e la fine della mattina. Il mio consiglio al dipartimento frontale che ha risposto non può essere fatto perché tutte le matite sono come questo. Non insisto né mi lamento se sono rifiutato o respinto la prima volta che lo chiedo. Era molto felice con la posizione, ma non con il letto. Non aveva risposta da lei e si spostava dicendo in paura che nessuno aveva un problema del genere. su una nota positiva gli operatori del colazione che erano molto attenti e cortesi in ogni momento. per 950 euro per 3 Notte, credo che non siano in grado di fornire il servizio di base dell'hotel per un buon riposo notturno.

Consigliatissimo Ambiente molto curato Colazione molto varia e ricca nella scelta anche per quanto riguarda la cucina calda Personale molto attento alle esigenze del Cliente Buona la ristorazione anche se più consigliata la carne che il pesce Vasta scelta nella carta dei vini, sia bianchi che rossi, di ottima qualità Molto buoni anche i cocktails preparati con maestria ed interessante la rivisitazione dei cocktails abituali

La posizione è perfetta. Molti ristoranti e caffè giapponesi intorno. La camera dell'hotel è bella, ma la nostra camera ha avuto un rumore forte dall'aria condizionata quando si è rotta. Il servizio di pulizia potrebbe fare un lavoro migliore.

Ho soggiornato per 5 notti a giugno. Viaggio di lavoro Hotel in stile francesce molto originale e ben tenuto Posizione : non lontana dal centro e ben servita Camere ampie con vita sulla citta, ben arredate e molto originali Ristorante : bella la vista sulla città, colazione SUPER , cena qualità ottima poca scelta prezzi esagerati Bar : all’ultimo piano gode di una vista invidiabile sulla città alla sera è fantastico. Il locale è frequentato non solo dagli ospiti dell’hotel. Menu’ limitato – niente caffè ! A parte questo tutto molto bello, bellissimo soggiorno consiglio

First impressions were reasonable, but during our first morning at the hotel, everything soon went downhill. From 8am till around 4pm there were two separate 'evacuations' into the hotel lobby with fire and police services being called both times. After the first evacuation, we went into town, came back 4 hours later, only for the whole hotel to be evacuated again!! Hotel staff were short tempered and nasty, bluntly barking at us to evacuate with hours going by until they finally told us there'd been a water leak. An emergency situation is understandable and I'm not bothered about that event, but the staff's handling of it was utterly poor. A question about needing to return to a hotel room, after several hours of waiting, to collect an inhaler for asthma, was met with grossly insensitive jokes about secretly taking ecstasy and then we were ignored. This whole ordeal largely amounted to the hot water being switched off, which then remained off for several days. One staff member teased we would get 'freebies' from the hotel as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience; this did not happen. The main hotel lifts became unusable and after being instructed to use the service lifts instead, a bartender charged towards us screaming and being unbelievably hostile, refusing to let us pass or listen to what other hotel staff had literally just informed us to do. His behaviour was diabolical, but he made no apologies for himself and excused himself from the conversation. It was outrageous seeing the entire hotel be displaced in such a clunky and slapdash way. Most of the hotel staf were rude, blunt and pompous. One single receptionist was polite and friendly, and that was the woman who checked us out. Every three or four hours someone was knocking at our door or entering our room for cleaning purposes; we could scarcely relax. We've never felt so harassed in a hotel. The hotel cups provided were barely fit for a gobful of drink and they even took away our only spoon to stir our drinks. The sanitisation standards of the hotel were inadequate, failing to provide basic antibacterial or hand soaps in rooms; I had to use a face soap to wash my hands and the red seating between the lobby and bar was heavily stained with black marks. The restaurant always seemed closed, tha bar never had more than three tables with customers, the bar layout was so cramped that I banged my leg trying to take a seat and the entire hotel decor was dreary and miserable. Most of the TV channels didn't work either. I think the only positives were having a free apple from the bowl in reception every day and ultimately leaving the hotel forever!

Hotel lussuoso, confortevole, staff accogliente, gentilissimo, disponibile, professionale, sempre sorridente, camere grandi con un bellissimo bagno nel quale non mancava nulla dall'accappatoio, ciabatte, phon, c'è la tisaniera la macchina da caffè con ogni cialda si possa gustare... Colazione fantastica ben assortita tra il dolce e salato...da non perderlo

Value for money? I'm not sure about that. If location and breakfast are most important, yes, it is. If your sleep comfort is more important, you'd probably be better off going to a different hotel. Benefits of choosing this hotel: 1) Location of hotel is top notch and staff is friendly. The hotel is practically in the city center and within walking distance of many sights and all Christmas markets. 2) Parking available in car park next to hotel. Register at the hotel first so you get a parking pass for €25 that allows you to park (otherwise you pay €35). Note that it is a public car park, so if you arrive on a busy day, it is questionable whether there are still parking spaces, especially since you are parking in the city center. Better arrive early or later in the afternoon. 3) Lots of power outlets in the hotel room. We had a hotel room 306. A corner room. Spacious enough for 2 people. 4) Breakfast is well catered for. Standard and special options, including plant based milk options for in your coffee. Salmon, different cheeses, e.g., Why you shouldn't choose this hotel: 1) The hotel room looks clean, and the bathroom is dated. Looks like the bathroom of a Spanish 3 star hotel in Benidorm in the early 90s, incl mold between a few tiles. Also, you shower in the bathtub. 2) Unfortunately, there was no working air conditioning, and there was a fllickering lamp in the bathroom. At night, it got hot in the room, so my daughter and I woke up sweating several times, even in December. The remote control for the aircon was missing, and I could not turn it on manually. Only solution = opening window. The result is a lot of noise from outside, making it difficult to sleep. I went to sleep at 1.30 am and woke up at 3.30 am due to the heat. Then, I stayed awake on and off due to the noise outside. 3) I mentioned all of the above at the reception at check-out. Reaction from the receptionist: ”sorry, I will pass it on.” She further told me that the air conditioning was off in winter. Therefore, the remote control was missing in the room. When I pointed out that this would be a reason for me to not come back to the hotel because I wanted to sleep well. She repeated she was sorry. According to several reviews, this is not an isolated problem. Several guests have complained about it. So be aware of this. I paid €210 for 1 night (incl €25 parking fee). 4) The pillows are indeed very soft. Some guests complained about this. So be aware of this. My daughter and I thought they were fine, the mattress was fine too. If it wouldn't have been hot in the room, we would have slept perfectly. 5) Only nespresso in hotel room, no water cooker or tea. 6) No minibar content. They do have a bottle of cold water (assumably tap water) in the minibar that you can use for free.

Il servizio è entusiasta, la stanza è buona, il centro della città è molto eccellente

Stavo qui nel quadro di un viaggio per ragazzi a Dusseldorf, Colonia e Dortmund. Il personale era molto amichevole e vicino. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite ogni giorno. L'hotel non è troppo lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria principale. Solo il rimborso era, c'è un piccolo bar in ricezione, ma abbiamo ancora fatto uso di questo al nostro ritorno di notte. Prenotamo online e pagammo all'arrivo. C'era un problema con la macchina della carta che accettava solo alcune carte bancarie. Ad esempio : non accettare la mia Barclaycard ( contattato Barclays e il loro sistema non ha mostrato alcun tentativo di transazioni ) ma DID accetta la mia carta di credito RBS. Fortunatamente ho avuto più di una carta con me (non prendete AMEX con voi né come solo Mastercard e Visa accettato).
