Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Dusseldorf

Have already stayed several times in the Carathotel. Everything is modern and practical. Though the rooms are not luxurious, they are very functional and beds are comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out can be done online or at the check-in tablet stations. Great location to main shopping areas (Kö) and just 10 min walk to the main train station. Bonus are the fantastic luxury Edeka supermarket in the same building, as well as access to the very funky John Reed gym just around the corner for just EUR 5 through the hotel.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a poche decine di metri dai bagagli. È molto comodo. L'acqua calda nell'hotel è buona. La signora del servizio clienti è molto paziente nel rispondere alle domande. Molto amichevole

I had a very nice stay at the NH Dusseldorf City. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food and beverages. The hotel is located withing a 15 minute walk from the train station with a subway station conveniently located very near by. My room was cleaned and well maintained. The wifi was quite good. I recommend the NH Dusseldorf City

Hotel was good location ideal it was the perfect hotel for me travel. I would definitely re-book. If you are having second thoughts don’t this hotel is worth it.

di solito queste catene, specialmente non in Italia, lasciano il tempo che trovano in termini di particolari e servizi. siamo stati benissimo, tutto perfetto con camere spaziose e pulite, ottima colazione e servizio arredamento minimale e nuovissimo DAVVERO UNA SORPRESONA

Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni negative, ma in questo caso non posso esimermi dal farlo.L'unica nota positiva è la posizione dell'hotel in pieno centro città, per il resto necessita, visto il livello dichiarato, di una revisione totale. L'atrio del 7 piano, dove era la mia stanza , presentava due drappi a fianco di una specchiera che coprivano al meglio degli interventi di muratura non recenti, come fossero stati messi per coprire un lavoro non terminato ma non programmato nella sua fine. La camera, decisamente piccola, presentava un insolito letto a una piazza e mezza messo ad angolo contro un muro, probabilmente per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio ridotto, appena sufficiente la dotazione biancheria del letto. Inconcepibile la mancanza di termostato ambientale, di conseguenza, diun sistema di sistema di condizionamento. Assente il classico telefono per poter comunicare con la reception, che ti obbliga ad usare il proprio telefono cellulare in caso di necessità (il bello che è presente il solito foglietto di istruzioni dove si fa cenno del telefono) Di fianco al televisore (con telecomando sporco), tre prese di cui quella dell'antenna fissata alla meglio e una priva di ogni protezione: praticamente i fili elettrici in bella vista! Presente il frigo bar vuoto (con ridotta disponibilità di bevande davanti alla reception) ma non funzionante. Noto che anche in bagno la presa elettrica/interruttore è fissata in maniera posticcia a fianco dello specchio. Ho segnalato sia la questione presa scoperta che frigo bar non funzionante, alla reception, ma nulla è avvenuto, soprattutto per la presa scoperta non penso che mettere del nastro isolante a protezione sarebbe costato molto! Assente anche la classica cassaforte sempre presente in tutti i business hotel. Se a tutto ciò aggiungiamo la cifra di euro 350,00 pagata per una notte, in periodo di fiera internazionale, è verò, mi pare francamente esagerata per la qualità di questo hotel.

sono molto spesso qui perchè è l'hotel scelto dalla compagnia aerea per la quale lavoro, le camere sono moderne ed arredate con stile così come il resto della struttura. Colazione continentale molto ben fornita, il personale molto gentile, in particolare il Sig. Hassan del bar che mi ha stupito per empatia e passione che mette nel suo lavoro. Il centro città è a poche fermate di tram mentre l'aeroporto a sole due fermate di metro. Ci tornerei anche come turista

It is one of those peculiar hotels that serve one purpose only - in this case it is staying for one night when you change planes. The hotel offers everything that is necessary in this case - it is located across the street from the airport, you really can't miss it (the route is well marked all the way). It offers quiet rooms with no view and (probably, my plane was very early so I missed it) breakfast in the morning. I can't comment on how it looks from the outside as I arrived at night and left before dawn but also because it is located on the top floor of a multilevel car parking.

Servizio molto amichevole e utile. Ottimo comfort di sonno attraverso letti di prima classe. Le camere sono pulite, mantenute, spaziose e corrispondenti a un hotel 4 stelle in ogni senso. Il buffet per colazione non lascia aperti i desideri e offre una base eccellente per il giorno lavorativo. La costante attenzione e il riempimento dei cibi caldi e freddi sul buffet sono lodevoli. Ho fatto un gruppo e tutti erano molto soddisfatti.

Location is good, 150m or so away from the station. Be aware it's a slightly seedy area, sex shops and the like opposite and nearby, but that's just how it is and there are plenty of chain hotels nearby. The aircon didn't work when I arrived - there's a strange spongy plastic box on the wall that's meant to control it, but pressing hard so that the orange light lit up did nothing. Went to reception and they said it would be fixed. When I woke next morning it was magically on. so they must have enabled it from the master control or something. The same can't be said of the fridge, it lights up but does nothing - remains room temperature. This wasn't fixed, despite me mentioning it to reception along with the aircon. Room itself is fine - high ceilings, comfy bed, TV with a couple of English channels (BBC World News and Sky News International). Shower is strange, like some sort of Mr Bean scenario. There is a grooved channel which slides up and down to allow you to adjust the height, but it's using friction so the shower gradually slides down, and the heard flops to one side due to water pressure. Cue lots of Mr Bean style fiddling and faff. Towels are really small, more like hand towels. Lots of noise outside, not just trams starting 5am but occasional rowdy people - I don't think it's double glazed. Didn't wake me up though, but if you're a light sleeper request a room at the back. Room cleaning knocked 10.15 and next day barged in at 9.25, so make sure you use the ”do not disturb”, which I had trouble finding (it was in a cubby hole near the wardrobe rail). So, overall it's ok, but I've stayed at better hotels in Dusseldorf for less money.
