Abbiamo fatto un lungo fine settimana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'hotel.Il personale era molto amichevole ed efficiente. Il manager del dovere, il signor Mueller, aveva fatto un lavoro fantastico su di noi, così viaggiare con un toddler era facile. Molto buon cibo anche - il servizio in camera era abbastanza veloce e la frattura era timido. Non dimenticare di visitare il piccolo Tokyo - ristoranti fantastici là. Chiedi al famoso concierge di raccomandazioni - sa dove andare. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fab così grazie a tutti coloro che lo fanno succedere!!!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, proprio sulla strada del re, e una strada del bar è anche vicino all'hotel.Circa 100 piedi arrivano.Il punto più luminoso è il buon colazione. Se si vuole vivere, deve essere fissato un pasto.L'unica carenza è che le strutture dell'hotel sono generali, e l'atmosfera non è come l'hotel internazionale a cinque stelle.

A somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

Molto bel hotel nel centro di Dusseldorf. Il personale è molto amichevole e le camere erano grandi e pulite. Ci siamo viaggiati con il nostro 3 anni e c'era molta spazio per giocare. Abbiamo avuto colazione all'hotel, che è stato il solito buffet di colazione a stile europeo con cibo disgustoso L'hotel ha dedicato parcheggio interno, che è molto utile in una città così occupata. Questo è uno dei più carini hotel che abbia soggiornato e mi fermerò in futuro. In termini di attività locali, è stato facile raggiungere il fronte d'acqua, il centro storico, gli negozi e il parco dall'hotel. Abbiamo anche potuto visitare facilmente tutti i mercati di Natale a piedi dall'hotel.

Hotel decente considerando un po 'di posizione venduta in gennaio per la zona Dusseldorf hbf. L'edificio è vecchio e l'hotel non è spettacolare, ma non dovrebbe essere per questo motivo che non resti qui, soprattutto se i costi sono la tua priorità - come me, ma i prezzi dell'hotel tedesco sono aumentati di recente. La stazione è a 10 minuti a piedi. Tutto nella stanza lavorava, compresa la cassaforte che usava la vecchia moneta da 1 euro. La doccia era piccola ma funzionava, la stanza era pulita. Gli hotel tedeschi tendono a avere letti molto sottili di larghezza e lunghezza, quando prenotano singole persone, questo è vero per la mia stanza. Non ho fatto colazione, ma c'era una sala da pranzo e una macchina da bere, anche se avevo i miei snacks dal supermercato della stazione ferroviaria, mentre Dusseldorf era un fermo notturno, anziché visitare la città.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

Big hotel not far from train station, 10 minutes walk, good location in general, metro station right next to hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Rooms are old and not very clean, but very big size and beds are comfortable. Gym is tiny and doesn’t have many variables of machines. Food in restaurant is amazing! And very reasonable prices. I would recommend it for short stay

Situato in una zona tranquilla della città, con bellissimi ambienti e bellissimi dipinti in ogni camera (non solo 1 ma 5!) anche spazioso, anche per la camera tripla (che ha un letto unico aggiunto). Proprio un gentiluomo cinese che parla mandarino, inglese e tedesco (forse più ma non ho capito), è stato davvero utile e ci ha dato le carte di trasporto libere. Parcheggio per notte nel seminterrato per 12 euro per notte, che è ragionevole considerando quanto costosi sono le tariffe di parcheggio nella città. Molto consigliato!!!

Hotel a 1 min. a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Dusseldorf. Si presenta molto bene, arredo moderno e dotato di tutti i confort. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e ben curate. Personale delle pulizie gentilissimo. Colazione, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, comunque trovate sia dolce che salato, soprattutto sono prodotti di buona qualità. È possibile prepararsi un buon pancake caldo. Bibite calde della lavazza. Siamo soddisfatti della scelta fatta.

La posizione era buona, non lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria.Ma alla notte al 3p.m. , c'erano alcuni gangster fuori che facevano rumore e musica forte. Ho chiamato il dipartimento di frontiera per chiedere se è possibile chiamare la polizia, ma la risposta del dipartimento di frontiera era no, non c'era niente che potessero fare. Possiamo cambiare solo in un'altra stanza, ma alle 3:00 indossando il pigiama, non volevamo cambiare più ... Inoltre, non c'era aria condizionata, quindi era estremamente calda, per questo abbiamo aperto la finestra, ma il rumore fuori era orribile

Ho avuto un soggiorno di 1 mese e tutto era perfetto. L'hotel è a prezzi accessibili, ha servizi di pulizia giornaliera, e un bellissimo soggiorno. Il quartiere è piuttosto centrale e sicuro. La fermata del treno è proprio davanti, la fermata del bus è abbastanza vicino. Personale molto supportivo. Finora, perfetto.

Relatively basic but clean and comfortable hotel, unbeatable location in Düsseldorf main station. Super convenient as we had to reach several locations by public transportation as well as local train. Breakfast is excellent! I have stayed there before and would definitely come back!
