Abbiamo fatto un lungo fine settimana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'hotel.Il personale era molto amichevole ed efficiente. Il manager del dovere, il signor Mueller, aveva fatto un lavoro fantastico su di noi, così viaggiare con un toddler era facile. Molto buon cibo anche - il servizio in camera era abbastanza veloce e la frattura era timido. Non dimenticare di visitare il piccolo Tokyo - ristoranti fantastici là. Chiedi al famoso concierge di raccomandazioni - sa dove andare. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fab così grazie a tutti coloro che lo fanno succedere!!!

Se si vuole vivere, deve essere fissato un pasto.L'unica carenza è che le strutture dell'hotel sono generali, e l'atmosfera non è come l'hotel internazionale a cinque stelle.

A somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

Molto bel hotel nel centro di Dusseldorf. Il personale è molto amichevole e le camere erano grandi e pulite. Ci siamo viaggiati con il nostro 3 anni e c'era molta spazio per giocare. Abbiamo avuto colazione all'hotel, che è stato il solito buffet di colazione a stile europeo con cibo disgustoso L'hotel ha dedicato parcheggio interno, che è molto utile in una città così occupata. Questo è uno dei più carini hotel che abbia soggiornato e mi fermerò in futuro. In termini di attività locali, è stato facile raggiungere il fronte d'acqua, il centro storico, gli negozi e il parco dall'hotel. Abbiamo anche potuto visitare facilmente tutti i mercati di Natale a piedi dall'hotel.

Sono venuto a Düsseldorf per la fiera d'arte Düsseldorf e sono rimasto 3 notti.Francamente, ho trovato un tasso di 140-145 Euro per camera alta per questa qualità. Non prenderò questo posto per la seconda volta di def. Nonostante non sia lontano dal centro a piedi (circa 20 min), ma mi ha fatto così annoiato e stanco per il traffico super occupato costantemente, quindi ho dovuto tenere finestre chiuse, soprattutto durante le notti, che era molto inconfortabile per me a causa della mancanza di aria fresca. Quindi, se dovessi rimanere più a lungo in questa città, def dovessi cambiare l'hotel. Tuttavia, devo congratularmi con le finestre molto pulite che hanno dato una buona impressione. Per quanto riguarda il buffet per colazione, non posso dire niente da non averlo. La buona cosa era un supermercato molto grande con una grande selezione di prodotti alimentari e prezzi molto buoni. Servizio e comunicazione in hotel erano ok.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

Stai per due notti alla fine di giugno. Il personale è assolutamente affascinante, la lettera è molto confortevole e il wifi funziona perfettamente ... È buono ma purtroppo sono gli unici punti positivi che si possono trovare in questo alloggio! Non lontano dalla stazione (che non è un inconveniente a priori), è situato nell'angolo di due grandi strade molto frequentate giorno e notte: importanti rumore di traffico in qualsiasi momento! Un night shop proprio di fronte drenerà i festeggiati alcolizzati e altri margini: ciò non contribuisce a creare un ambiente zen e riposo. I luoghi stessi sono piuttosto vecchi e la pulizia generale abbastanza limitata, o anche quasi dubbia. Le parti comuni hanno una grande impressione di debolezza. Nonostante l'hotel fosse etichettato ”non fumatore”, la nostra camera era inciampata sul tabacco freddo: 48 ore non fermata aperta non sono nemmeno riusciti a far scompaione questo odore sgradevole ... Sapendo che la nostra camera era al primo piano, sul lato della strada E anche dello spazio di consegna, immagini facilmente il rumore che abbiamo potuto beneficiare ... Bagno piccolo ma efficace. Infine, non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di testare il colazione: non lo serve per Covid-19!Ecco, esperienza molto attenuata e prezzo ampiamente superficiale ... ci sono certamente (molto) meglio per (molto) meno costoso! Conclusione: poco imballante!

I stayed in Hotel Schumacher in Feb 2022 and it was great value for money. It was a simple, clean hotel with some funky art on the walls. The location was good for me, and near a train station and walking distance to the centre of Düsseldorf. Staff were nice, and I had a good experience here. During my stay there was a massive storm, so the room was quite noisy due to this, but I don’t think this would normally be the case. The on-suite was nice and large, and the room was very clean.

Il nostro hotel è stato ben decorato e ha un bel balcone dove potresti godere di un po' di sole. La posizione era conveniente, a soli 300 metri dalla stazione centrale, ma era davvero pericoloso! Pickpockets in tutto il quartiere, ragazzi che gettavano bottiglia l'uno contro l'altro, abbiamo quasi dovuto andare all'hotel, perché alcuni ragazzi hanno deciso di offendermi, la mia ragazza e altri si sono battuti e si sono appena camminati 3 minuti! Incredibile ... Infine, la mia opinione è che l'hotel è molto freddo, abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza ma il quartiere è molto orribile e pericoloso. Grazie per il vostro tempo

Das positive an dem Hotel war definitiv die Lage. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof und nicht weit entfernt von der Stadtmitte. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war erstaunlicherweise im Gegensatz zur restlichen Qualität des Hotels gut. Zum negativen: Das Hotel hat definitiv eine Renovierung notwendig! Die Betten und die Ausstattung sind sehr alt und riechen auch dementsprechend. Leider haben wir uns aufgrund dieser Ausstattung absolut nicht wohlgefühlt. Der Fernsehen war so klein, dass wir ihn vom Bett aus nicht mal sehen konnten. Das Badezimmer war wirklich sehr ranzig und es hat alles gestunken. Das Ambiente von unserem Zimmer war sehr schlimm, wir haben uns fast wie in einem Gefängnis von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit her gefühlt. Die Kissen waren sehr klein und die Betten ziemlich hart. Qualität wird in diesem Haus leider nicht groß geschrieben. Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung, aber mehr hätten wir nicht ausgehalten. Wir haben für zwei Nächte in so einer Qualität definitiv zu viel Geld bezahlt!

Mentre prenotavo un marito, avevo qualche aspettativa. Ma Moxy era qualcos'altro. Positivo, le camere sono pulite e bagno abbastanza spazioso Hotel in generale è pulito e sembra molto nuovo Vibe è molto trendy e c'è un bel bar al lobby. Non così positiva, la colazione è una linea che si va con la sua tasca. Questo sarà super ricco. Cutlery è dalla prigione più vicina. Ma la selezione è buona e il cibo era buono. Ci sono alcuni inviati in tutto l'hotel. Se avete allergie profumi fire. Non suggerisco. Inviato ovunque. Due ragazzi mi hanno fatto il check-in e loro dove anche sentire la tendenza viva. E non in buona maniera. Devono essere inviati alla scuola di servizio clienti. Altrimenti tutte le signore sono state grandi! Buon hotel di base con un aggiornamento trendy

La posizione era buona, non lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria.Ma alla notte al 3p.m. , c'erano alcuni gangster fuori che facevano rumore e musica forte. Ho chiamato il dipartimento di frontiera per chiedere se è possibile chiamare la polizia, ma la risposta del dipartimento di frontiera era no, non c'era niente che potessero fare. Possiamo cambiare solo in un'altra stanza, ma alle 3:00 indossando il pigiama, non volevamo cambiare più ... Inoltre, non c'era aria condizionata, quindi era estremamente calda, per questo abbiamo aperto la finestra, ma il rumore fuori era orribile

Grande, nuovo hotel nel cuore di Düsseldorf. Dritta vicino alla stazione principale con parcheggio nel seminterrato. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e molto acustiche provate. Prendi un po' di merda nella piscina per iniziare il giorno. Molti da scegliere dal bar del colazione. e un personale bello e ausiliario.
