Servizio straordinario al primo arrivo le porte sono state aperte e sono stato accolto da uno staff molto cordiale che mi ha trattato con il massimo rispetto. Il cibo era delizioso per quanto riguarda la cucina raffinata. L'ordine della bistecca era confuso, tuttavia ci hanno dato una nuova bistecca e bevande gratuite che è stato un bel gesto per un piccolo errore. Abbiamo fatto massaggi ed erano i migliori massaggi che abbia mai avuto in vita mia. Ci hanno fatto fare un tour di tutte le strutture e nel complesso ho apprezzato molto la mia esperienza.

Hotel was perfect location for our visit to Dublin, which was primarily to see Bruce Spingsteen at RDS stadium close by, and visit friends on the North and South side of the city. Parking can be difficult as space is limited. On the strengths the hotel is friendly, clean and well managed and the food is top quality. Staff in all locations are professional, polite and well trained, Victor Hugo in particular impressed us with extra attention to detail and making us comfortable.

Il check-in è stato molto semplice con i codici inviati via email, ma la mancanza dello staff, tutto automatizzato, poteva andare bene per il check-in serale, invece noi non abbiamo mai incrociato nessuno e quindi non c'è stato nessun supporto per informazioni o altro. Inoltre le stanze non venivano pulite quotidianamente, per tre notti non è stato rifatto il letto, né il servizio in camera (tè, caffè, acqua, pulizia tazzine, ecc) veniva rifornito. Detto questo, le camere erano ampie e silenziose, pulite al nostro arrivo e con chiare spiegazioni per gestire il riscaldamento a piacere. I letti erano comodi, con possibilità di aggiungere cuscini che si trovano all'interno dell'armadio. Il bagno è un po' freddo senza riscaldamento, ma è appena ristrutturato e la doccia ha un bel getto caldo, peccato per la totale mancanza di prese in bagno per il phon o per il riscaldamento.

L'hotel più vicino al Dublin Convention Centre ha un grande colazione le camere erano eccellenti servizio, un buon check-in, un bel check-out è stato meraviglioso e hanno una piscina e un spa in un palestra tutto è stato grande anche quando volevamo andare alla città era vicino potevamo farlo a piedi e potevamo farlo da Tren tutto era vicino

Parking is complimentary and on a first come first served basis. The lobby has a simple desk in the centre, with complimentary coffee, water and Pastries nearby. Staff professional and friendly with payment taken on arrival. We stayed in the loft room, which has an upstairs section to fit 3 persons. There are snack and drinks available in room (pay for on checkout) and the bathroom is bright and clean. The beds are comfortable and carpet spot-less. The room overlooks the main street, which on a match day be noisy, but not something that is loudly apparent when the window is closed. A beautiful hotel and very comfortable in a well kept area.

Absolutely stunning accommodation in a brilliant location. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dublin. It’s location by the RDS is very close to city centre. The area around the suites is lovely to walk around with nice cafes nearby. The suites are amazing, really spacious & well equipped. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were gorgeous with lots of complementary toiletries. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, particularly Laura. Would highly recommend staying here & can’t wait to visit again.
