I’ve book king room for outstation jobs. The rooms is average in size compared to picture advertise in Trip apps (below my expectations). The rooms having unpleasant smell that make me uncomfortable throughout the stay. Bathroom is below average where the shower pipe is loose that once i used it slide it down that make myself difficult to control. Breakfast is ok with standard foods but don’t aspect high. Perhaps the hotel mgmt could do better on facilities improvement and foods. Location is absolutely great with restaurants just down the building with supermarket where u could buy any items at once.

The family suite is spacious for a family of 5 with 1 toddler and 2 teenagers. Reasonable price.

Nice hotel, located beside supermarket. Breakfast is good and plenty. Have function halls and karaoke. Housekeeping is friendly and will attend to every of your needs.

Breakfast provided is good even not many choices serve. Furniture a bit old but still in good condition

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok.

The room is good, clean and quiet big. The air-conditioning works well but have to wait longer time to feel the cooling environment. Unfortunately, the hotel system seem not cover the online booking on apps especially Trip.com. We got to wait almost an hour during check in while the staff struggled to check the booking@ref number with the PC at the counter. Luckily the staff on duty are so humble and polite.

Good location, beside Billion supermarket and restaurant. Easy parking.

Best value hotel. Rooms are clean and hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

Request for late check out and request approved. But during staying recep call to remind check out time at 12. Told her i requested late check out but that time only she said cannot. Should had told earlier or dont accept request if u know my staying date is peak. Also when check in being told that order room service till 9.30. Call at 8.30 being told kitchen close already 🫤

Ample parking. Next to billions supermarket. Several food stall nearby

The feedback from my colleague is not clean. Due to cleanliness, we will not be able to choose this hotel again for the guests.

FoOds so delicious all the taste are so satisfied Only about cleanliness need to improve time to time Not cleaning the bed sheet The pillow smelly by the passed person I cant sleep well i have ti remove the pillow n change with My Clothes to cover My head when i sleep Next time hope have improvement about hygiene and cleanlines🤝👍

Reception staff not friendly ....acesscard always problem..cannot open..time to checkout ..no one at the counter . Just place the door acesscard at the counter after 10min waiting...breakfast food not hot
