Ottimo appartamento proprio all'ingresso della metropolitana. Qui arriva anche un autobus dall'aeroporto di Al Maktoum. Se voli lì/da lì, questa è un'ottima opzione. Sono presenti tutte le attrezzature necessarie, compresa la lavatrice. Ideale per un lungo periodo, ma l'unica cosa è che ci vuole molto tempo per prendere la metropolitana per il centro e al prezzo massimo. Nelle vicinanze si può fare una bella passeggiata fino all'Expo.

The rooms are clean, peaceful communities, complete amenities, just a few steps to the metro station, and the hotel staff are nice and very accommodating, especially lobby staff.. i definitely will book and stay again if we go back to Dubai.

It was a disappointing experience. As a start, they let you sign a document that all amenities are perfect even before going to the room. I reported the double door lock as damaged and then they simply accused me of breaking the lock. Their justification is that the rooms are double checked before giving the rooms to the customers and broken double lock is a cause of putting the room on hold. What is further surprising is the way they reacted for me being upset of this false accusation. When I asked for the hotel manager, the simple answer is that he is off.

This is one of the wonderful stays we had as a family in a hotel. Venue is very nice and their staffs are very kind and serving well. Specially Sharanya, Phillip and Abuzar. For me, one thing that Hotel is edging from is, when the staffs giving services with gladness and wholehearted service. Thank you.

Quiet community with very, peaceful vibes and tons of amenities. Service is great all around as well.

Not the first time to go but it’s good as always

Прекрасные апартаменты. Есть парк для прогулок, через дорогу Экспо, где рестораны, прогулки, музеи. Кто был в ОАЭ поймут ценность достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Рядом метро Чудесный вид из окна: панорама от дубай марина до бурдж-халифы.

Очень крутой отель. С самого входа виден уровень отеля. Очень удобно если летишь транзитом через Пекин

Had a great stay. Increadible service. Clean and relaxing environment. Facility is top knotch since it was a Expo Center before. Thanks to the reception Mr. Karim and Mr. Philip for assistance. Will definitely comeback. Good place if you want to stay in dubai but with a very peaceful sleep.

The staff here are incredibly warm and friendly, helping me solve numerous issues (^-^)👍 Through their words and actions, the employees conveyed a positive and uplifting spirit. They made me feel right at home. Our travel agency in our home country had booked the wrong dates, but the staff here communicated with us very attentively and provided many practical suggestions to handle the situation. The level of service went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the booking mix-up, the staff's helpfulness and positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend this place for its exceptional customer service and the welcoming atmosphere created by its staff. They truly understand how to make travelers feel comfortable and valued.

The pillows are comfortable, soft, healthy, clean, smell very nice, and are soft to the touch. The hotel is very tidy and clean. The service is great, the atmosphere is calm and nice, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the place is suitable for families.
