Personale molto gentile e sorridente, hotel moderno, La Mer è una zona alla moda con molti ristoranti per colazione/pranzo/cena (20% di sconto in alcuni posti grazie all'hotel), acqua gratuita, navetta gratuita per il Dubai Mall, buona colazione ( 15€/giorno se non l'avevi prenotato), percorso di corsa...
Tuttavia, non prenotare la ”vista mare”, in quanto non ne vale la pena. La maggior parte delle camere in qualche modo vede il mare e sicuramente non vale il costo aggiuntivo per vedere un po' di mare in lontananza con principalmente cantieri e strade. Wi-Fi inaffidabile e lento, è consentito fumare sulla terrazza del ristorante e in piscina e in spiaggia. Inoltre un sacco di bambini ovunque. Prendi le tue cuffie con cancellazione del rumore per una vacanza al mare più tranquilla :)

L'arredamento dell'hotel corrisponde infatti alle aspettative di alcuni consumatori facoltosi e l'abbinamento dei colori è davvero ”eccezionale”. L'autista del buggy, il ragazzo della lobby e altro personale di servizio in prima linea sono cordiali e puntuali. Ma nel complesso, considerando il prezzo, il servizio di maggiordomo, tutti gli altri servizi e il design del viaggio esperienziale, è ancora lontano dal cosiddetto unico hotel a sette stelle al mondo. Non c'è niente di eccezionale, niente oltre le aspettative, e il nome lo fa non essere all'altezza Davvero, è impossibile tornarci una seconda volta. La responsabile del servizio Alexandra non aveva punti chiave da seguire quando comunicava con me di persona, invece le ho insegnato come progettare un'esperienza in hotel. Questo soggiorno mi ha sorpreso da Jumeirah Group.

Ha un'ottima reputazione, ma fa anche sì che le persone abbiano aspettative più elevate; forse ci sono troppi turisti e persone ricche a Dubai, quindi se non sei un membro Marriott di alto livello, la tua esperienza di soggiorno sarà nella media. Si consiglia, se si desidera ordinarne uno dello stesso livello, di confrontarlo nuovamente.
Ambiente: Il cancello si trova sulla strada secondaria del cavalcavia. La strada è stretta e ci sono molte macchine. Durante i tre giorni di permanenza in hotel si è verificato praticamente un ingorgo al cancello. È a più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Se vuoi viaggiare in metropolitana, potresti considerare se è opportuno raggiungere a piedi la stazione della metropolitana in dieci minuti quando la temperatura è superiore a 30 gradi.
Servizio: La colazione è famosa per essere ampia e abbondante, ma ci sono anche molte persone che fanno colazione. Se fate troppo la fila, il cameriere vi consiglierà di cenare al 6° piano dell'edificio B. I piatti sono simili, ma lo spazio è più piccolo. Se puoi aspettare, sarebbe meglio fare colazione in cucina6!
Servizi: la maggior parte dei servizi nella stanza sono quadrati. Il bagno mi fa male alle cosce dopo essere rimasto seduto per molto tempo. Il bollitore ha delle incrostazioni, quindi è inutile.

C'erano così tante persone nell'hotel che erano passate le tre e la tessera della camera non era ancora stata rilasciata. Ho dovuto aspettare due volte per riceverla. C'era una lunga fila per la colazione, non importa che ora fosse, il parco acquatico era affollato e l'acqua calda era bollente e il grande scivolo non era affatto aperto. I biglietti per l'acquario sono gratuiti ma è molto piccolo e si visita in cinque minuti. Quando abbiamo effettuato il check-out, abbiamo scoperto che non era possibile aprire il frigorifero e che le bevande che avevamo acquistato all'interno non potevano essere estratte. Quando abbiamo rimborsato il deposito, abbiamo scoperto che non erano stati registrati ordini di consumo a nostro nome ci ha parlato il mandarino con impazienza Dopo una lunga attesa, il problema del frigorifero è stato risolto. Resterò qui solo una volta e non lo sceglierò più quando verrò a Dubai in futuro.

Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e sono rimasto colpito da quanto fosse conveniente. Nonostante il prezzo ragionevole, era comunque in un'ottima posizione, vicino a un centro commerciale, a negozi e a un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24. Ciò ha facilitato gli spostamenti e ha fornito molta comodità agli ospiti.
Il personale dell'hotel è stato cordiale e disponibile, dagli addetti al parcheggio al personale della reception. Anche la camera era abbastanza bella e pulita, il che rendeva il soggiorno confortevole. Non all'altezza della fama. Notevolmente ridotta l'offerta dei ristoranti all' interno della struttura: qualche anno fa erano 4 (un ristorante Sushi di cui non ricordo il nome Le Cirque, Belge Cafe, Center Cut adesso uno solamente. Il servizio si è dimostrato di livello mediocre (camere riassettate dopo le 15 nonostante il concierge avesse messo l'appunto di effettuare il servizio attorno alle 11) il sapore di alcune bevande (cappuccino, succhi di frutta) spesso avevano il gusto di medicinale, risultando imbevibili. Ma il fatto più spiacevole è stato quello di trovarmi in bocca delle sostanze gelatinose (tipo ovuli) dopo aver sorseggiato (al buio) da una bottiglietta d'acqua dell'hotel (con il suo brand). Ovviamente ho sputato il tutto e conservato (sia il materiale contenuto che la bottiglietta stessa, avvertendo l'house keeping e la sicurezza. Sono in attesa degli esiti di laboratorio. In conclusione come feedback è un hotel che consiglierei, per ragioni logistiche, a coloro che devono avere appuntamenti di lavoro nel distretto finanziario (DIFC): una/due notti e via. Un vero peccato

Era la mia prima volta a Dubai. L'hotel era bello e esattamente quello che mi serviva per la prima settimana. L'equipaggio di servizio era estremamente utile, soprattutto Kurlos. Essi erano tutti così gentili e mi aiutarono a navigare la mia prima volta qui. Il servizio in camera era buono e prezioso. Il giovane che gestisce il buffet di colazione era eccezionale! Sempre delizioso e va al di sopra e al di là. Il buffet era grande! Avrei dovuto rimanere più a lungo, ma volevo essere più vicino alle cose che facevo. Ho consigliato molto questo hotel! Grazie!

L'hotel è fantastico e pulito, e il personale era molto accomodante. Anche il cibo per la colazione era eccezionale. IIpek EmilyMy husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

UUtente ospiteWe felt we had a really good location because the hotel is located right on Dubai's red metro line at Financial Centre Station which lined up really well with our itinerary. The hotel is located very close to the Burj Khalifa tower and the many sights of Downtown Dubai. We also had quite a few restaurant options and shops nearby so we didn't have to go far to get a good meal or pick up something.
The rooms are nicely appointed with a firm bed and large pillows. This is a suites Hotel so there is a pretty good kitchen in the rooms with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine and dishes to go along with everything. The shower had great pressure and it was easy to control the temperature but we were not a fan of the scent of the bath products provided. We had a pretty good sea view and could see the Burj Al Arab and World Islands off in the distance which we were happy with. We liked that they gave us extra bottle water each day but would have liked if they included maybe a few packets for detergent for the dishwasher and laundry machine because the lobby shop quantities were bigger than needed.
The amenities at this hotel are pretty good with a shop and restaurant on the main floor. There is a common room on the sixth floor and some meeting rooms that are bookable. The pool and fitness area is accessible on the sixth floor as well via a pedway and is very nice as well. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs and there were quite a few available when we visited. You can also sneak a peak at the downtown area between the buildings. The change rooms are a little small but there was lots of space when I visited and lockers available. I could not figure out how to lock the locker and would have appreciated it if I was provided the card for it or if they had instructions on the lockers of how to use them. The steam room and sauna were very small but I was the only one in them when I went in the late afternoon.
The breakfast is included and there were plenty of options to enjoy when I went. There were changing items each day and while we were there they rotated between fried eggs and scrambled eggs and they had bread pudding one day, french toast another and pancakes. There is a variety of hot items as well like sausage, beans, beef bacon, hash brown patties and one day they had shakshouka. For cold items they had a salad bar, cheese, yogurt and fruits. They had a variety of pastries each day. The drinks were good as well with rotating juices and a coffee machine to pick and make your own drinks.
The check in was smooth but the check out took a considerable amount more time and we aren't really sure why. They explained that our deposit would take 25-30 days to refund our payment card or we could buy things at their lobby shop but we didn't need anything so I guess we will have to wait. The hotel is very tall and we found the elevators could get quite busy throughout the day so we had to be patient waiting for an elevator to go down from the high floor our room was on or be ready for a crowded elevator at times.
Overall, we are very happy with our hotel choice for Dubai and were pleased with the location, shower, view, breakfast and room.

AAliZaibAbbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel. L'edificio è nuovo e le camere hanno una bella vista. Anche le dimensioni della camera e il bagno erano abbastanza grandi. C'è anche un comodo negozio a pochi passi anche se non c'è nient'altro nella zona tranne altri hotel ed edifici. L'unica lamentela è che il personale dell'hotel è un po' avaro quando si tratta di dare bottiglie d'acqua, articoli per il caffè ecc. e bisogna chiedere più volte. L'hotel sembra anche essere a corto di personale in orari particolari e in molti casi non rispondono al telefono alla reception. Queste sono piccole lamentele su cui il personale deve lavorare, a parte il fatto che l'hotel è fantastico e lo consiglio vivamente.

RRongrongbaoerÈ un ottimo hotel, è situato in una zona residenziale. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni, soprattutto cucina indiana. Ci sono anche supermercati indiani e supermercati filippini. La colazione è super ricca e buona. La camera è molto grande e il letto è estremamente confortevole. Consiglio di soggiornare qui. Il personale di servizio ha un atteggiamento molto buono, è molto cordiale e può fornire servizi in qualsiasi momento.

HHarpreetÈ una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.
