Das Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Dame am Empfang hatte eigentlich Feierabend, sah mich und hat noch eingecheckt. In letzter Sekunde. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles andere funktioniert. Super Snack Automat für abends. Prkplatz für Sprinter bzw. Van ist etwas tricky.

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, Bett sehr angenehm, Bad leider nur mit Wanne. Dafür gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher . Alles sehr ordentlich, Zimmerreingung nur auf Bestellung , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🤗 Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, große Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, warmen und kalten Speisen und ganz wichtig guter Kaffee.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß,zweckmäßig und auch das Bad sauber. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist fantastisch. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte con i nostri nipoti e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Nonostante il ricevimento e la colazione si siano svolti in un hotel vicino a causa della carenza di personale, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutto. Abbiamo trovato la camera con due letti supplementari e poco dopo l'arrivo è arrivato un dipendente e ha chiesto se era tutto a posto. è. Potremmo dire di sì. Solo - che abbiamo scoperto in seguito - il distributore di sapone nella vasca da bagno era vuoto, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Anche l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, cosa che non sempre accade in tutti gli hotel. La colazione nell'hotel vicino non lasciava a desiderare, la nostra impressione era che i bambini fossero i benvenuti.

Probabilmente per mancanza di personale abbiamo dovuto fare dei tagli, cosa che non si è fatta sentire nella BW di Lipsia l'anno scorso. Ho dovuto chiedere molto (frigorifero, prolunga, servizio) Non prenoterei più questo hotel a Dresda.

La reception del Best Western è chiusa. Non è un buon riferimento dove andare. Si è rivelato essere nel Mariot. È stato trattato in modo impersonale e ostile. Inoltre, devi pagare un extra per tutti i servizi come la piscina perché era nel Mariot. Colazione anche in hotel Mariott. Discreto ma panini scelta troppo scarsa. Panini al formaggio mini panini. Personale non molto cordiale. Purtroppo non potevamo più cancellare ma altrimenti saremmo partiti qui. Devi anche indicare alla reception Mariot se la tua camera ha bisogno di essere pulita, altrimenti ciò non accadrà. Gli asciugamani possono essere ritirati nel corridoio del Best Western. Per questo prezzo e senza personale ti aspetteresti almeno di poter utilizzare la piscina gratuitamente. Non consigliamo questo hotel impersonale senza personale.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. It's a little far from Altstadt, you have to walk to the tram and take the tram (either 7 or 8) to the center. The room was almost double charged than usual because of the holiday. Very dissapointed to find out that no breakfast was offered for that high price and you had to pay 25 Euro to walk to the adjacent hotel and have breakfast there. There was a small kitchenette and the room had microwave and coffee machine. I felt there weren't enough power plugs in the room for so many appliqnces. It was very clean ans the room and the bathroom were large and spacious.

We only stayed for one night before heading off to the airport the next morning, but it was a good night's stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable too. Plenty of restaurants just a few blocks away within easy walking distance.

Bei Anreise war die Rezeption unbesetzt, der beworbene Pool gehört zum Nachbarhotel, musste in Badesachen nach draußen, nur um an der Rezeption des Marriott, zu dem der Pool eigentlich gehört, zur Kasse gebeten zu werden! Im Hotel selbst hat das bei zwei Gesprächen dazu, wann der Pool geöffnet ist und wie der Pool zu finden ist, komplett verschwiegen! Bei Abreise musste ich 5 Minuten auf das Computersystem warten, weil „Noch einiges offen“ sei, nur um dann zu hören, dass das wohl doch ein Fehler war und sie mir noch einen schönen Tag wünschen.

Hotel und Lage ist gut. Zimmer zur Straße sind laut. Fenster und Türen zur Straße / zum Flur sind schlecht.

Das Hotel liegt recht gut gelegen zum Übergang über die Elbe in die Innenstadt, auch wenn eine Taxifahrt dorthin etwas € 16 - 20,- kostet. Das Hotel liegt zusammen mit dem Courtyard-Hotel, in dem auch das Frühstück angeboten wird (etwa 30m). Die zimmer sind sauber und gut geräuschgedämmt, das Bad gut ausgestattet, auch wenn in einigen Zimmern nur eine Badewanne mit Duschausstattung angeboten wird. Preislich ist das Hotel serh empfehlenswert.

Haben schöne Tage in Dresden verlebt. Nachtwächterführung. Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen, und auch ein Zoo Besuch war dabei.
