L hôtel est à environ 20 minutes en voiture de Marrakech centre ( place jemaa El fna) ce qui est très bien quand on est avec des enfants et qu on a une voiture. Superbe piscine.. Parking gratuit..

Sono ladri intriganti di denaro! Specialmente Rashid e zakariya o come si chiama. Si comportano bene il primo giorno, ma non lasciarti ingannare! Mentono così tanto sul prezzo e ti fanno pagare più del necessario. Non ci hanno nemmeno offerto acqua o bevande quando erano liberi! L'hotel ha il proprio mezzo di trasporto che è gratuito se prenoti in anticipo con la compagnia ma ti fanno pagare ogni volta che vai. Sono molto furbi. L'hotel stesso: l'esterno è stupendo, davvero una scena commovente. I pavoni sono adorabili. L'interno è tradizionale ma obsoleto. Molto sporco e ammuffito ovunque. I letti sono rotti letteralmente da un lato all'altro quando dormi, le stanze sono umide e muffe ovunque, il bagno è il peggiore, solo sporco e vecchio. L'acqua non rimane a una buona temperatura, devi continuare a cambiarla. Nel complesso, NON raccomanderei al 100% di prenotare qui! Perderai solo soldi. Devi assicurarti di fare il check-out almeno entro le 11:00 del giorno in cui parti, altrimenti ti faranno pagare altre 60-80 sterline inglesi per un'altra notte solo perché non hai fatto il check-out! Tieni presente che sono intriganti che fanno soldi.

All I will say is that those who left amazing reviews, have extremely low standards. I would have rather slept on the beach than stayed here!!!! We checked out within the hour.....However, if your a camping type person and don’t mind really roughing it, then its the place for you. The room is certainly full of nature, not in a good way either.

I went for one night in this hotel,before my flight back home.For those who have been in Marakes you know that being out in Marakes by car late at night as a tourist is not safe! I arrived around 10pm and my flight was at 6am.I was exhausted!The lady showed me a horrible room( the last one as she said) full of mold in the walls,under the aircondition,destroyed wood in the door and the bathroom..It was a SHOCK,because this image HAS ΝOTHING to do with the photos! I will upload the photos of room Number 8,where unfortunately where I was obliged to stay,rather than running in the middle of the night in Marakes to find another hotel and lose more time,as I drove from casablanca (4hours). The situation in the restaurant is also awful...destroyed tables,columns,it looks like it is abandoned. Stop faking people with wrong pictures as we are coming for our vacation and not to run our nerves! Finally I stayed without sleeping....

Really lovely peaceful Riad set in a rural area outside the city with Peacocks walking around two pools lovely staff and owner. Free transport to and from Marrakesh which is heavy noisy but worth seeing. When you return back to Qodwa it’s bliss. Will be back.

Returned again to Qodwa. Superb authentic very pleasant Riad. Staff friendly and menu good. Now has two pools in beautiful gardens with plenty of peacocks roaming. I have read some poor reviews but Riads are not EU hotels. It’s clear some uneducated travellers expect too much especially for the price offered. A great place

Very peaceful surroundings with many beautiful friendly peacocks freely walking around. Owner pleasant and lives in the riad. Staff friendly. It’s around twenty minutes out of the city but free transport is laid on if you have booked the through Bookings.com. We did not but it’s easy to get to the city by just walking 5 minutes to the main road….plenty of shared taxis vans and even locals will take you…..1 euro 60p. Nice pool and another large pool ready in a few weeks. Massive gardens with olive and lemon trees. Great stay and will certainly return in the future. Enjoy! We certainly did.

I went with some friends, we caught the staff taking pictures of the girls within our group, the booking from their end was messed up so we had to wait hours before getting our rooms. The staff are disgusting and rude to girls and I would not recommend.
