Abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno in questo hotel. La colazione aveva una bella varietà di opzioni e il personale era attento a pulire le tavole e chiedere ai padroni se avessero bisogno di bevande supplementari. Le camere erano pulite e una bella dimensione. Parcheggio è direttamente sul sito. La posizione è perfetta se si desidera visitare sia il parco nazionale di Dresda che il parco nazionale di Bastei. Nota, se si desidera visitare i giardini è €3 per persona e i biglietti possono essere acquistati presso la reception dell'hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel. E 'molto nuovo e pulito. La posizione direttamente sull'Elba è eccellente per visitare il centro di Dresda . A piedi si trova lungo l'elba in mezz'ora, ma anche un tram porta una veloce al centro. Dritto davanti alla porta è un fermo. La colazione è stata variabile e molto buona. La sala colazione era un po' sovraccaricata, dato che molti ospiti erano all'hotel. Tuttavia, ci siamo sentiti molto bene e possiamo solo consigliare questo hotel.  Siamo arrivati con la macchina e abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito rispetto all'hotel nella vecchia zona macello.

Visitando Dresda per la prima volta in viaggio d'affari, ho scelto un hotel in una buona posizione vicino alla città. Come previsto, l'Hilton Dresden si è confermato la posizione migliore per visitare la città, cenare, ecc.
Anche se il parcheggio è ampio e buono, per chi arriva per la prima volta è molto difficile trovare il passaggio dal parcheggio sotterraneo all'hotel. La visualizzazione non è dettagliata. Ho vagato a lungo per il parcheggio sotterraneo e l'edificio commerciale collegato al parcheggio cercando di trovare un passaggio per l'hotel. La colazione era buona.

Ci siamo fermati ad resta per una sosta di due giorni prima di proseguire il nostro viaggio per Amburgo. L'albergo è stata una vera sorpresa anche Se sapevamo che era un 5 stelle. Prima di tutto perché,anche se totalmente ricostruito negli ultimi anni, in pieno vecchio stile. In secondo luogo perché rispecchia perfettamente le 5 stelle ma non nel prezzo. La camera matrimoniale è costata 100€ ed è un prezzo veramente ridicolo in confronto a tutto quello che offre. Il bagno grande e spazioso con doccia e vasca e doppio lavandino. I letti ”terribilmente comodi”con cuscini misura extra large lunghi più di un metro e 30. L'unica cosa che sconsiglio è la colazione poiché, molto costosa rispetto al costo della camera. Il prezzo è di circa €28 cadauno. per circa la metà del prezzo, i locali circostanti offrono la stessa colazione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Wir haben drei Tag mit einem vergünstigten Gutschein und einen Tag zum normalen Preis dort gewohnt. Das Zimmer war angemessen groß, das Bad etwas klein, allerdings mit erfreulich großer Ablage. Zimmer und Bad hatten alles, was man braucht und waren aufgeräumt und sauber. Frühstück vom Büffet lies keine Wünsche offen, bis hin zu Rührei, Speck, kleinen Pfannkuchen uvm. Personal freundlich. Parkplätze mit 12,- €, Parkhaus 15,- € pro Tag sehr teuer. Beim Empfang war dem Rezeptionist nicht bekannt, dass Personen mit Behindertenausweis kostenlos parken. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Mit den Auto in die Altstadt ca. 6 KM.

A parte il fatto che ci siamo confrontati al check-out che la camera accessibile richiesta non è disponibile, tutto era perfetto in hotel. Non ho esitato a dare 5 stelle, perché alla ricezione la signora era molto utile e ha cambiato la stanza direttamente a una con doccia. Nota: la doccia non era un passo in doccia, ma la persona doveva fare un ca. Il passo di 10 cm di altezza per arrivare e la porta al bagno era di circa 65 cm di larghezza, quindi il piccolo sediale a rotelle appena montato. Anche lei l'ha informata più tardi quando l'abbiamo incontrata se era ok. Tuttavia questo non dovrebbe accadere e l'hotel avrebbe dovuto informarci in anticipo. ++ Amichevole personale, è chiaro che scelgono bene chi impiegano. Top! Tutti i membri del personale che abbiamo incontrato potranno lavorare anche in un hotel 5*. ++ Bello hotel e camera. Il primo piano è stato rinnovato, l'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato, e l'isolamento sonoro è buono, quindi possiamo dormire bene, anche se vicino alla strada. ++ Delizioso colazione come si aspetta da un hotel 4*. ++ Grande posizione, vicino al ponte per camminare a Altstadt. Tutti in uno, pianificamo di tornare. Grazie!

L'hotel e la camera è pulita, ha una colazione senza ricette. Molto amichevole e personale pronto a battere. Sto solo riassumendo, wow. E le recensioni negative non confermano. I dettagli della vasca sono perfettamente attuati sulla piazza. Giochi di LED colorati, se vuoi. La porta di slitta che ha separato il dormitorio. Nel letto ti senti un po' come la principessa sul cibo. Non ho provato il bagno.

UUtente ospiteSituazione eccellente direttamente nella città antica. Facilitazione per le camere, letti buoni, uso di una cucina di tè possibile. Disponibile spazio di stazionamento chiuso per biciclette in casa (prezzo). Purtroppo non ci sono posti di parcheggio in casa, ma parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze, ad esempio sul lato della terrazza (importante: le carte EC possono essere utilizzate solo con i soldi sul chip, utilizzando l'applicazione alternativa o con monete adeguate = con monete). Colazione in casa o (prezzo più conveniente ), ad esempio, nel salino nel bar (prenotazione necessaria!) - alternativa di prendere pane al pasticcino (circa 5 minuti a piedi) e di fare colazione sulla terrazza domestica al primo piano.

Raccomando davvero questo ostello - anche perché è molto ben situato nella parte più interessante e vibrante di Dresda. L'opzione di check-in online mi sembrava un po' buggy, ma comunque finalmente funzionava e potrebbe aver risparmiato tempo alla ricezione. Si prega di essere consapevoli che se paghi alla ricezione potresti dover pagare in contanti ...

We had 2 nights booked,Super comfortable beds,quiet,and the best buffet breakfast :)...Christmas Markets 3 tram stops on number 11 which stops right opposite hotel.or a 20/30min ish walk (right as you leave door).Nuestadt train station 5 min walk turn right outside station.....We had flight cancelled and had another two enjoyable nights there with identical room . A huge shout out to ANDREW from breakfast service,who did us an amazing pack up for our 5am start .Thank you so much it made our diverted flight so much more enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteÈ un ottimo hotel , il servizio è eccellente. L'Hotel Crew è amichevole . Il buffet per colazione è ricco e fresco. Le camere sono grandi e accoglienti. La posizione è in modo da raggiungere la città anche a piedi e circa 10 minuti. Possiamo parcheggiare la nostra auto nel garage per 12 notti, penso che sulla strada con il biglietto di parcheggio saremmo stati più costosi e non sarebbe stato così sicuro.
Siamo soddisfatti e torneremo comunque .

UUtente ospiteIn pieno centro. Parcheggi in uno dei tanti parcheggi sotterranei ed esci in Piazza con la Frauenkirche davanti. Il parcheggio è caro (25 euro al giorno) ma per avere l auto a due passi in pieno centro di una città ci può stare. Prenotiamo segnalando che arriveremo tra le 19 e le 20, riceviamo la mail di conferma senza l indicazione che la reception chiude alle 19.... Arriviamo, sulla porta c’è un numero telefonico e l indicazione di andare alla reception qualche porta più in là: chiusa con davanti lo stesso numero di telefono a cui non risponde nessuno. Non è facile chiamare un numero tedesco quando il tedesco non lo si sa. Dopo qualche minuto compare una ragazza che ci dice di recarci all’hotel Suitess a poche centinaia di metri e lì ci verrà data la chiave: poche centinaia di metri è vero, ma se hai la valigia e se piove non è il massimo. Un cartello davanti alla porta o una mail di risposta con le info sarebbe stata opportuna. Miniappartamento grande, pulito, con bagno e angolo cottura, niente da dire, perfetto e comodo.

No shower caps in the shower, little interaction with guests..... Rude reception lady (short one) when spoken to in English- her respone was like - ”i cant undestand what you are saying” in a rude manner. The tall lady and gentleman were very polite and hospitable. when i was finally leaving, just past five minutes after check out time, some worker at the door checking on me yet i was just about to get out, already packed. He told me the same reception lady had sent him. That was rude... Give a guest like 15min to leave as you have the whole afternoon before the room is occupied again. on saying bye to the reception lady she didn't respond. could be racism as i am from Africa i guess. Poor lady receptionist..... I was just a traveller not a resident and nothing to lose from her attitude.... I would not recommend the hotel again knowing she's still there. need for extra training i guess or ouright racism. no dinnner made even for purchase outside booking terms, quite low in that.... not good for traveller with kids due to that..... The room was good though, clean and serene, breakfast excellent, excellent service at breakfast time by staff in the kitchen

Le camere sono molto pulite, il WiFi veloce e stabile, le finestre sono aperte e la luce di lettura al letto abbastanza luminosa. La palestra è ben attrezzata e il personale è attento. Ottimo, caro Sachsen. Finally, che la colazione è il più fine, mi piace molto tornare. Per favore prima di nascondere il mix di caribo nella zona esecutiva, non posso resistere ;)

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati a Dresda per un fine settimana. L'appartamento era abituato ad alta qualità, funzionale e completamente sufficiente per le nostre esigenze. I piccoli punti di critica sono stati l'illuminazione notturna non interruttibile (solo si è attivato e uscito con un piatto), il manipolazione più leggera nel doccia. Devono essere sottolineati la disponibilità di parcheggi a casa, la piscina invernale figa, la doccia pioggia e la cucina di nuovo molto efficiente e ben pensato. Grazie, ci siamo sentiti molto bene. Una chiara raccomandazione da parte nostra.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è OK, c'è un bus alla porta.Ma!A causa dell'errore del personale dell'hotel mi ha ripetuto la carta di credito quando ho pagato la tassa di alloggio a Trip.com, ho cancellato il rimborso per diversi giorni prima di operare. Ci vogliono altri due settimane prima di arrivare, il buon umore è stato distrutto! Non c'è alcuna dichiarazione sull'hotel. Qui, desidero congratularmi con i responsabili di Trip.com. Mi ha aiutato a gestire questa cosa con il cuore. Trip.com è molto buono. L'hotel è molto timido. Sceglitelo tutti.
