老酒店，設施有點陳舊，服務好，位置好，停車場在酒店後門，停車位少，位置極好，就在海邊！

酒店地點很棒，就在海邊，一樓是星巴克。出門過馬路，岸邊就是特洛伊木馬，走幾步就是渡輪碼頭，一張票15里拉，過達達尼爾海峽，到對岸的城堡。 房間設施不錯，海景房風景美，坐陽台喝個咖啡很棒。早餐選擇比較多，可以一邊吃早餐一邊看海，還有小貓咪陪伴。 前台工作人員友好耐心，可以寄存行李，總之是不錯的體驗。 很推薦。

酒店位置很好，有免費的泊車服務，服務非常好，視野也好。 訂的城市景房間，還幫忙換到了海景房，早餐也非常豐富和好吃。對比後來入住的其他酒店，這家酒店價格真的是又實惠又好，推薦大家直接預訂！！

Sono stata in questo hotel solo per 1 notte ma l ho trovato carino e pulito. Le camere sono accoglienti e come la maggior parte degli hotel in Turchia manca un po' di manutenzione. Il ristorante del hotel buono con vasta scelta. Lo consiglio

Ottimo hotel sul lungomare di Kanakkale. Molto ben tenuto e raffinato. Ottima camera, grande, confortevole e silenziosa, oltre che pulita. Belli gli spazi comuni. Ricca colazione, ottimo Wi-Fi. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo il ristorante all’ottavo piano.

Comfortable room with good view. Nice people. The place is in need of a bit of maintenance. The lift is filthy. The main problem is noise. Rooms on floor 7 are below the restaurant and the movement of chairs creates a massive noise issue. Management offered to move us however as we were only there overnight we opted for ear plugs.

Stayed here as part of a tour group for 1 night. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The ground floor lobby area is very modern and bright, and the lobby bar is a comfortable place to enjoy a drink. Our room was huge and fairly modern but was showing signs of wear and tear, and there was evidence of some botched repair jobs. The room was clean enough but not spotlessly so and there was a faint whiff of stale smoke. Dinner was buffet style. There was plenty of salad but a limited choice of hot foods and there was also a good choice of desserts, but nothing was labelled, so there was a bit of guesswork involved in choosing. The food was tasty enough. It was a similar story at breakfast - not a great selection, nothing labelled, but the food tasted OK. Since it's quite unusual to just take a seat for dinner without giving a room number, it would have been helpful to have a sign that said "just take a seat". This would have saved guests waiting to be seated, getting ignored by staff until they gave up and took a seat. And it would have saved staff getting grumpy with customers when they asked if they just had to take a seat. Was an OK stay, but I'm glad it was only for one night.

We came here for dinner following recommendation. Good choice of meze foods and fish, luckily our friends joining us knew how the ordering worked as we had no menus. Food was a good quality. The views from the restaurant are amazing and give a new perspective on Canakkale. The only down side was the noise, we had to shout across our table, other tables were very noisy with music and singing. Cost was better than we expected, 5000tl for 4. Would we go again, doubtful due to the noise.

Hotel Akol is located on the seafront promenade on the Dardanelle straits. It is a short 5-minute drive from the ferry terminal. The hotel has a nice seafood restaurant on its terrace which has great views of the straits and excellent seafood. The room that I had was huge. It had a separate living and dining area. The seaview from the balcony was great too.

Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.

Best hotel in Çanakkale. Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms. If you are visiting Troy or the battlefields, do not think twice, this is the hotel you'd want to stay. The location is fantastic. It's right by the coast and the port. The breakfast is excellent. There's really nothing negative about this hotel.

Very nice hotel with great staff and great views. Also enjoyed the pub downstairs. Close to city center and other attractions including the Trojan Horse from Hollywood. Open buffet breakfast. Recommended for families and couples. A/C in the rooms and fish restaurant at hotel as well

Şehir oteli, lokasyonundan dolayı tercih sebebim. Ön bloktaki tüm odaları deniz görüyor, 7 ve 8. Katlar ise favori katlarım. Odalar genel olarak ferah, havadar. Oda temziliği konusunda arada sıkıntı olsa da rica edince hızlı ve kibar bir şekilde düzeltiyorlar. Kahvaltısı ve kahvaltı salonu ise gerçekten çok çok çok başarılı..
