展會期間臨時預訂的酒店，離會展中心近，周圍是居民區，非常安靜。房間就是中規中矩的商務風。展會期間價格實在太貴了，翻了好多倍。

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bella stanza, spaziosa e attrezzata, letto comodo. Tutto molto pulito. Il personale è stato molto gentile, c'era stato un disguido con la prenotazione per cui non risultava una delle due stanze prenotate, si sono subito adoperati per trovare un'altra camera e per scusarsi del disguido ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare gratuitamente nei posti davanti all'hotel e ci hanno offerto degli snack gratis. Colazione di tipo continentale molto varia (era possibile persino fare dei waffle al momento, sulla piastra, buonissimo). Assolutamente consigliato!

I stayed here with friends over the weekend and as my first stay in a Garden Inn and it was very pleasant. You can see the hotel is brand new, the reception team was very nice and helpful, and the check/in-out process was very smooth and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was was you'd expect with different choice of cheese/meat hot food and good french pastries. The area around the hotel is brand new with a great lake you can walk around, and the nearest train station (U-ban) is 5min away. If you want to visit Dortmund for a few days I would recommend this Hotel. Ask for a room with view of the back as it is very quiet and nice view

The hotel feels very new and everything is of a high standard. A welcome beer as a diamond member was very well received on each of my 2 stays during the Euros. The hotel is well situated with lots of restaurants nearby. The metro station is a short walk to central Dortmund in 10 mins or so. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, and as a vegan I appreciated the vegan meatballs in particular. Car park is just across the road and very secure.

good hotel to stay. location is good. food is also ok and the rooms are spacious. only for room cleaning you need to inform one day in advance. 400 m walking distance from metro station. nearby grocery shop is available. staff is also very cheerful and supportive

We had a great stay at this hotel during the first weekend of May. The room was very nice and although it faced the street it was very quiet during the night. The bed was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped me to find a good and relatively cheap parking spot (at the P+R for 4 euros/day) near the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is also very nice, close to the Phoenix see and shops.

Very clean and a good night’s sleep. Further to other reviews about parking, it’s worth noting that the hotel is well connected by rail. These days I always check the mattresses in hotels and I am happy to say the mattress here was immaculate, so I thank the cleaning team for vacuuming them etc.

This was our second stay - the hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great. Breakfast is buffet style and the offerings range from hot breakfast to cereals to typical German and international dishes. There's plenty seating available even during busy times. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking garage and as last year we ended up parking in a parking garage in town. The car was safe there, but it is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel has a designated parking garage which we were unable to locate due to building work/road work in the area. Much of the area around the hotel is restricted or "no parking", so be aware that you may get ticketed if you leave your vehicle unattended. The hotel gives easy access to the Phoenix See (Lake) with its restaurants, sculptures, and a few shops.

On arrival the manager was really attentive and explained everything to us, about the parking, where to put our bicycles for safe keeping etc.. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, seemed newly renovated. Location is great for the Phoenix Lake. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night in this comfortable, modern, hotel. Our room was clean, large enough, well-appointed and silent. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Also breakfast was good with a decent selection of food and drinks. A nice touch was also the complimentary fruit at reception. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport with a short walk from the nearest metro-station. Reaching Dortmund city center from the hotel by public transport takes about 20mins.

You get what you pay - superb location (if you are travelling sputh boune)... Quiet and overlooking rhe court yard....... Good breakfast👍 I stayed with my daugther snd son ob the way to Paris 1 perfect..... Nice staff - and the best thing - s parring garage just next to.

The Hotel is a little off of the main City of Dortmund. But also not far from the Westfalen Park (Florian observation tower) and also very close to the Hörder Castle and its Phoenix lake. The room was sparkly clean and everything still very new ( I think the Hotel was opened 2018). I felt very comfortable. The amenities are as complete as expected from a Hampton, I missed nothing. The internet speed was also as expected with around 30 Mbit/s. The breakfast menu offers a selection of coffee, tea, water, juices and a variety of bread, buns, croissants and toast. There was scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, baked beans, grilled vegetables and hash browns. Also a variety of fresh fruit salads and yogurts. All in all very satisfying but may be a little dull if you plan to stay longer. I'll definitely will stay here again if I have the chance to visit Dortmund again.

Lovely friendly staff, excellent location with bars restaurants and lake behind the hotel. Very clean rooms with nice tea and coffee. Nice bar and breakfast. Good central location Good parking Highly recommend

Having stayed here before I had no hesitation in booking this hotel again and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest Ubahn station. I was given my complimentary free drinks on arrival by the friendly reception staff. Rooms are bright and contemporary including the bathroom, which has an excellent shower. Rooms have coffee making facility, desk and easy chair, power points by the bedside. WiFi signal was good. Excellent buffet breakfast with varied choice and in a clean modern setting.

We stayed for 1 night on a stop-over on a family trip. The hotel looks brand-new and reflects the Hampton brand. Both rooms are finished to a high standard, average in size, although the bathrooms are impressively spacious. The hotel borders a pedestrianized zone on one side of Phoenix Lake. The lake is large and can accommodate boats. The promenade offers seating and grass areas. There are many restaurants and cafes catering to many tastes. We were surprised how busy the area was on a Tuesday night with diners and walkers enjoying the hot temperatures. Definitely a place to people watch and enjoy the sunset. While there is construction work going on next to and opposite the hotel, we experienced a quiet night and morning; none of the building noise carried into the hotel. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is buffet style. On offer are endless options for every taste from the typical German breads and cold cuts to cooked breakfasts English style, as well as various fruits and sweet treats tantalizing the taste buds. The only disappointment during our stay was parking. On arrival we were told that parking was full and we needed to park in a public car park. The receptionist gave options but failed to give details on distances other than "it's near". The Parkhaus Phoenix Lake proved to be a considerable distance to carry/roll cases on the hottest day of the year back to the hotel. Had the distance been pointed out, we would have unloaded luggage and elderly relatives before parking the car despite stopping in a "no parking" area. Parking came at a cost of 12.80Euro for one night. Despite being uneasy about security of parking overnight in a public place, all was well the next morning.
