Hotel ottimo in posizione centrale

Ottima location, ottima colazione, palestra di livello.

Hotel datato e stanco. Sono in corso lavori di ammodernamento, ma credo che riguardino solo la hall. Devono modernizzare le camere. Il servizio era buono, anche se hanno cercato di accontentare.

Albergo molto carino. Estremamente pulito e molto ben tenuto. Posizione molto centrale per lo shopping, l'intrattenimento, la vita notturna, i ristoranti, ecc. Il cibo al ristorante cinese era fantastico. Il servizio in camera è rapido e cordiale.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Nana BTS. La camera è pulita e spaziosa. Non sono stato in grado di effettuare il check-in nel letto king size con vasca poiché c'erano solo poche di queste camere disponibili. Il secondo giorno sono stato in grado di passare alla stanza della vasca da bagno. Dico un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo se ti viene assegnata una stanza da bagno. Prenderei sicuramente in considerazione l'hotel Landmark la prossima volta che visiterò Bangkok.

Buona posizione, buon servizio. Questo hotel ha accesso a una delle più grandi palestre della zona. Accanto a Nana Street per le attività notturne.

L'hotel Landmark si trova a Sukhumvuit, una delle zone più trafficate di Bangkok. Si trova a due passi dalla stazione BTS di Nana e Ploenchit. E' inoltre a breve distanza a piedi dal Centro Commerciale Terminal 21 e da Times Square, MBK Center, Siam Paragon, Central Chitlon, The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Una volta raggiunto l'hotel, sarete accolti dalla sua grande lobby. Il check-in è stato velocissimo. Di ritorno nelle stanze, il letto e i cuscini sono morbidi e comodi. Camera, bagno e doccia sono di dimensioni adeguate. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia e l'aria condizionata sono tutte buone. Anche la piscina e la palestra sono di discrete dimensioni. La colazione era ok ma niente di cui vantarsi. Nel complesso, questo è un posto decente in cui soggiornare per un hotel da 3,5 a 4 stelle con una buona posizione.

Nice hotel in the under 200 range in Sukhumvit. The location is close to Nana Station where there is a lot of good food and nightlife. Rooms are clean and comfortable, a little bit smaller than other major hotels in the area.

Undergoing some renovations in the front. Not as great as it used to be - staff do not even offer to take your bags up to your room as previous.

The front desk service was excellent and friendly, the bakery was patient and the bed was comfortable and perfect

My recent stay at The Landmark Bangkok was great and was a fair price for the experience. The room was adequate and did excellent to offer an isolated and quiet experience while being right on the doorstep of a very busy area. My biggest praises go to the front reception staff who were excellent with my late check-in and when helping me to retrieve a parcel (especially a staff member named Ching). Floor 9 offers a really big pool and a great place to sunbathe, but feel the poolside prices are steep at average 250baht per item and feel the service in this area could be more organized. When returning to Bangkok in the future I would be happy to stay here again.

I have stayed in the hotel many times throughout the last 3 years. I only had praises for this hotel always, in regards to location, amenities and the comfort. However upon my recent stay I realised that the lack of service at the front desk has declined. I noticed alot of new staff and honestly I did not have the same experience as had the previous times. The only employees that's were great were the concierge, the individual that checked me in and the house keeping. The rest of the front desk need to be trained to be more polite and adhere to a customers requirements. Unfortunately for reasons I will no longer stay here from this experience.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with this stay at The Landmark. I made the booking for the wrong day - and instead of simply changing the room over for the premier class room which I had booked the following day they wouldn’t let me do this and wanted to charge again for the room. There was availability as we could hear other customers turn up. Such a shame that my view of this hotel has really changed
