Molto centrale. Tutto quello che serve è presente nella stanza. Le camere sono pulite. Tutto corrisponde molto consigliabile. Il personale è super amichevole e utile. La terrazza nel 7. Stock anche super e sulle bevande ci sono una grande selezione a buoni prezzi. Molto grande lode al personale dell'hotel. Mi piace tornare

La buona - Molto buona posizione con solo una passeggiata da Hauptbahnhof - Bella scelta di articoli per colazione La non così buona - Piccola camera senza frigorifero, senza tavolo, senza sedia, senza tè/caffeina, senza cassaforte . Le camere hanno una piccola sedia alta e un'altra sedia inferiore più grande, insieme a un trasferimento di rimorchio per la tavola. Una semplice ferrovia invece di qualsiasi altra funzione di guardaroba - Bagno piccolo - Temperatura della stanza che ha richiesto molto tempo per funzionare - Colazione presumibilmente disponibile tra 0600-1000 al giorno, tuttavia c'era un ritardo di circa 15 minuti, perché le cose non erano pronte. Considerato che c'è spazio limitato per la colazione, questo non è giusto per coloro che arrivano presto per fare uso dello spazio limitato - un membro del personale viene reprimito dal suo senior per il ritardo al colazione. We spent about 2 weeks here during a family visit. It's a fairly new hotel with a few kinks. Let me start with the positives. Staff are great, no exception. The included breakfast is great, but after 2 weeks with zero variation, it began to wear thin. The espresso maker is available to guests at no extra charge all day, which is plain fabulous. There's a serious issue with the hotel parking. They have a *very* limited number of parking bays, so you never know, when you return, whether there's space for you. There's plenty of other parking in the vicinity, but if you don't know your way around town, it's an issue. Many guests simply leave their cars in the no parking zone adjacent to the hotel. Not sure whether there's a deal with the city ticketing people, but I don't think anyone ever got a ticket in the two weeks that we spent there. You do so at your own risk, obviously, We went through various rooms because the air conditioning didn't work (and it wasn't even summer). I don't want to know what this would look like when it's actually hot. Frightening. It took their staff days to figure out what the problem is (after initially denying that there was a problem to begin with). Not great. WiFi worked great, in the room and the lobby, which has plenty of seating in case you prefer a workspace that's not in your room. There's a small, but decently equipped, gym for hotel guests. The room is what you'd expect of a Residence Inn, spacious, fridge, microwave. The cleaners did a pretty good job maintaining it on a daily basis, there's none of the corner cutting you'd find in other hotels on multi-day stays. Very grateful for that effort. This definitely works as a longer-stay property, just beware of regular soccer events in the city, the guest crowd shifts from business people to soccer fans (with no negative impact, I should add, everyone was at their best behaviours). I would return without hesitation.

well from arrival the outside area is so clean and tidy, followed by inside is so fresh and tidy rooms are amazing greeted polite n friendly staff.. we arrived early and checked in early and was charged 26 euro but didn’t bother us as room was ready and we just wanted to drop back have a hours rest as was up for a 6am flight from england. we was there for meeting our german friends for a bvb dortmund game. rooms was amazing spacious amazing powerful shower beds n pillows so comfy it was me and my son 18 years old

Scandal!!!! No one should go to this place. This place is a fraud, it is advertised differently from what it really is. I booked and paid, as soon as I went I left immediately, the place had insects, the rooms had very dirty walls, stained curtains and the bathroom was broken. everywhere was dirty, the sheets were unwashed and had hair when you opened them. you were worried about the violation. I didn't share and booking didn't take care to return my money, they lied to me that I would get my money and they didn't return it. it's not a hotel but a hostel, it's terrible.

This hotel is nothing like the photos, in real life they’re pretty crummy and grotty. Pitch black rooms - the only natural light being if you sacrifice your privacy by lifting a very public shutter than anyone can see into. Pillows were so flat and stained. No mini fridge in the room. No wardrobe for clothes just a couple of pegs. The price of the room was ridiculous for what you get, I feel like I’ve lost so much money on the trip, it’s absolutely not worth it. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes which was disgusting for a non smoker. The lift wasn’t working for 90% of our stay on the fourth floor so upon entry and exit we had to carry huge heavy cases up 4 flights of stairs. Receptionists were rude - there was a young blonde woman working on a Saturday afternoon/evening who spoke so sarcastically and nasty after being asked a simple question about where to collect a food delivery from if it were ordered to the hotel - there’s no need for it! It’s just a dark, grotty place. Would recommend this hotel to no one, what a waste of money. We paid for the Wellness Deluxe room - there was nothing special about it at all. It was tacky and dark and dingy. If you’re coming to Dortmund, stay elsewhere and dont waste your money.

Very special hotel, fresh renovated , we felt perfect here (ex Church!). Great location, 7 minutes from Airport. Supermarkets, restaurant around. Free parking on street, but difficult o find a place. Private hotel's parking is better, even it costs cca. 15 Euro.

Si prega di essere consapevoli che questo è un hotel 3-star; ciò significa: nessuna struttura in camera come caffè, acqua calda, tavolo di ferro. Sapone/Shower Gel/Shampoo da un distributore ”all-in-one” nella camera da bagno. + Molto spazio di parcheggio gratuito + L'hotel è vicino a un parco con un ambiente tranquillo. + La mia camera era spaziosa e sembrava pulita. La camera da bagno era pulita anche. + Il personale era amichevole. Purtroppo: - Non c'era WiFi durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Un problema che l'IT al quartier generale non poteva risolvere. Questo era un viaggio d'affari, e avere Internet era cruciale per il mio soggiorno; ho finito usando un sacco di dati 4G durante questi 3 giorni. L'IMO può ragionevolmente prevedere la disponibilità di WiFi, e mi aspetto che sia informato se il WiFi è rotto. - Ho soggiornato all'hotel per 3 notti (Thu - Sun). Non c'era nessuna custodia in camera in un dato momento durante il mio soggiorno. Queste due cose sono le principali ragioni per cui non sono tornato in questo hotel un'altra volta. Allora ci sono alcune cose più piccole che potrebbero o non potrebbero disturbarvi: - Non hanno alcuna informazione permesso/brochure/documenti nella stanza. Se guardate il titolare della chiave, vedrete un indirizzo del sito web dove trovare informazioni. Ho trovato che sconveniente. - Colazione/Ristorante è in un edificio separato, dovete andare fuori e attraversare la cortina per arrivare lì. Non ideale a 7-8am in pioggia di dicembre. - La colazione è ragionevole; scelta limitata, ma abbastanza buona. - Il ristorante ha solo una macchina da caffè e anche se era relativamente tranquillo, ci sono quasi sempre 1-2 persone che lo aspettano in linea. - Le tende di Ash sono posizionate vicino a ogni ingresso, non ci sono zone di fumo designate, e alcune persone fumeranno proprio vicino all'ingresso. - Le camere hanno tappeti, che personalmente trovo meno igienico rispetto al pavimento in legno/parquet/laminato (in particolare in una stanza alberghiera)

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!

A convenient modern hotel in Unna, 20km East of Dortmund, near to motorways. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is very good, although the coffee is poor. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with a limited menu. Car parking is 12 Euros a night - easier to pay for a ticket for your stay at reception, rather than using the parking machine outside.
