this hotel was so handy to the main roads but quiet enough to not think you were in a built up area. Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Staff were always very helpful and food was very good. Breakfast had plenty on offer whether you wanted hot or cold. Swimming pool was lovely and clean too and you can go straight to it from the lift on your floor which meant you could change in your own room for convenience and leave your valuables in your room. Plenty of towels there to use also or pick up at reception before hand. We would go back

Il centro di Wi-Fi è stato il nostro secondo soggiorno - il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e le camere sono spaziose e le bagni sono grandi. Ci sono molti posti a disposizione anche durante i tempi occupati. Purtroppo, l'hotel non ha il proprio parcheggio e come l'anno scorso abbiamo finito parcheggio in un parcheggio in città. La macchina era sicura lì, ma è a circa 10 minuti a piedi. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio designato che non potevamo trovare a causa di lavori di costruzione/trattamento stradale nella zona. Molta zona circostante l'hotel è limitata o ”non parcheggio”, quindi si prega di essere informati che se lasciate il vostro veicolo senza attenzione, l'hotel offre facile accesso al Phoenix See (Lago) con i suoi ristoranti, sculture e pochi negozi.

Hotel carino. Caldo e confortevole, eccellente buffet colazione. Le camere sono senza scena pulite e servite ogni giorno, il personale lavora così duro e sono tutti molto amichevoli. Se si fermassero qui di nuovo, ha tutto quello che ti serve per un bel soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti come parte di un pacchetto per vedere Borussia Dortmund giocare. L'hotel è ben al di fuori del centro della città, ma è convenientemente situato lungo la strada da una stazione ferroviaria leggera che ha avuto un servizio regolare al centro della città, che richiede circa 15 minuti. Il personale dove si trovava amichevole e utile a controllare e ci ha aiutato a spostare la stanza quando ci sono stati prenotati in una stanza doppia invece di una stanza gemella. Purtroppo, il problema del condizionamento d'aria menzionato in una precedente revisione persiste e abbiamo avuto aria calda quando l'abbiamo messa in funzione, indipendentemente dal modo in cui abbiamo usato, abbiamo rivolto al vecchio metodo di raffreddamento della stanza e abbiamo aperto la finestra. La struttura è stata molto attraente, non è stato possibile condividere il frutto con il servizio di assistenza e di mangiare il pane.

Mein Aufenthalt fand im September 2023 statt. 2 Nächte Ich war bereist im Dezember 2022 in diesem Hotel Gast. Lage und Hotel: Sehr ruhig, direkt gegenüber des BVB Fußballstadions. Messe, je nach Halle, in wenigen Metern erreichbar, U-Bahn Station zu Fuß 3-5 min entfernt. Service: Sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Trotz Zimmerwunsch per Mail und Mailkontakt im Vorfeld mit dem GM Herrn. Be…. Habe ich als ALL Gold Mitglied habe ich KEIN Upgrade erhalten. Und nein, das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht, sondern nur teilweise belegt. Zimmer: Sehr sauberes, ruhig gelegen. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist nicht mehr der allerneueste (zu Hause tauscht man die Möbel aber auch nicht alle 5 Jahre), aber der Zustand des Mobiliars war einwandfrei, keine Beschädigungen etc. Frühstück: Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren alle wichtigen Bestandteile vorhanden: Div. Brotsorten / Brötchen, Marmeladen / Nutella / Honig, div. Wurst – und Käsesorten, Lachs, Bacon, Rührei und was sonst noch dazu gehört. Was es leider nicht gab, und was man in einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarten darf, ist frisch geschnittenes Obst (z.B. Melone, Ananas, Pfirsich etc) zum Frühstück. Das habe ich bereits im Dezember 2022 bemängelt – keine Änderung. Es gab zwar eine Schüssel ungeschälter ganzer Äpfel und eine „Fertigobst Mischung“, das war aber schon sehr dürftig. Das können Motel One & Co mittlerweile mindestens genauso gut. Ebenso war die Präsentation des Buffet sehr funktional, wenig einfallsreich. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, mit kleinen Schwächen beim Frühstück.

Un arrivo precoce è stato ricevuto spontaneamente dal personale amichevole e siamo riusciti a trovare la camera spaziale, pulita e moderna. Il bagno era del tutto buono perché ci è anche pensato all'uomo più lungo, super. I suggerimenti sono stati condivisi dal personale in città e la mattina una buona colazione che poteva essere mangiata fuori. Questo ha funzionato così rilassato che il tempo di partenza è stato perso, anche che non è un problema. Un hotel con le persone giuste a bordo. Top! Saluta N&S

Stayed here while attending Dortmund football match. Location : Great location, literally around the corner from main shopping district with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great area. The underground train station is around the corner and the main train station about 20 mins walk or less. Rooms: Our room was nice (117) we had 3 in our party so the room had one double bed and a pull out sofa bed which was a double. It left the room with hardly any space to walk around so was quite tight. The decor was nice. However the seal on the window was damaged so you could actually feel the breeze getting in (during snow weather) The tv had only one English Channel so wasn’t great. BE WARNED check if there is any party’s or function on in the hotel if you are staying in this room as there was a party on while we stayed and literally felt like the dj was in our wardrobe the music was that loud. Singing and talking could even be heard clearly. I did say it to girl in reception the next morning and she apologised but literally got no sleep until music stopped. Bar/Food: We did not have dinner in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment. Restaurant decor was ok, very 1920’s feel. There is a very small bar that usually only opens from 5pm-12pm however one of the days they opened for us to have a drink at 3:30pm which was no bother for them, they were very nice and a special mention to Ben the new Barman from the UK. He’s great! Breakfast wasn’t great, but that may be just us that’s used to Irish style food. Not much hot food on offer, pancakes and plenty fab pastries though. If going to a Dortmund match : We travelled to Dusseldorf airport and got the sky train into the main train station on to Dortmund €16.50 each one way. It was difficult to find out correct trains ect as very bad signage at airport and trains so do your homework before you get there. It took us over an hour to figure it out. Train journey from airport was 50 mins. We got a taxi from our hotel to signal iduna park and it took 8 mins and costs €14. Easy to get taxis after match too which was surprising.

Bel hotel nel centro di Dortmund. Prima abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al 6° piano, ma non era pulito, questo è stato trasmesso alla reception e abbiamo ricevuto un'altra stanza, questo era pulito. Matrazzi del letto, era duro, ma per un fine settimana di fare bene. Quello che mi mancava era una molton sul matraccio, la lavanda era proprio sul matraccio, cuscino di testa morbido. Doccia era buona con shampoo per asciugamani e sapone. Colazione, più di abbastanza e molto buono. L'auto poteva essere persa nella gara d'albergo sotto l'hotel, segnalati al momento della prenotazione. Da l'hotel, si trova nel centro. Il personale è amichevole
