My family frequents this hotel for many years now due to its Amazing service and facilities. The hotel is also connected to City centre Mall so it's convenient for customers to just go down to the connecting annex and enjoy shopping. The staff are impeccable and very friendly. The rooms specially the swimming pool are maintained. My kids loves swimming so cleanliness is a must; we saw that they did kept this facility well and that pool staff quickly attends to the needs and safety of their customers. Hence I would also like to recommend for the management to give commendations to all the team that were assigned between 28-30July. Special thanks to Sofie at reception desk who took care of us so warmly. Keep up the great work and kudos again to the management team in maintaining high standards of this hotel.

OK, so based on reviews etc decided to stay here even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member. Arrived at 6am and was not expecting a room for early check-in but if you don't ask then you will not know. Walked up to checkin counter, no greeting what so ever. Asked if it was possible to checkin early and he said no and that they are totally full. No occupancy left. I said OK fair enough. I said I wanted to pay for breakfast for 2 adults for 6 nights so wanted to go eat breakfast at that time. They said it would be 150 QAR each per day. I said I had an email from the reservations team that it was 115. They said no that was wrong and not sure why reservations would say that. Asked to speak with manager who arrived promptly. Told him that I was told to checkin later at 2pm but wanted to clarify breakfast costs. He told me to sort breakfast costs out direct with restaurant but he said he can give me a room straight away at 6am (even though it was an upgraded room which I know it was not). So for a hotel that was at full capacity that now had rooms available was appreciated. Went to room, left luggage then headed to breakfast to pay for 2 adults. Lady there said it was 150 per couple! So now, 3 different prices but as I got it at the cheapest version I went with that, LOL. OK, so the breaskfast is crap. Cold food sorry to say but really a breakfast spread...more just cold stuff, continental....and you can get eggs/waffles, avocado/toast. Bakes beans cold, halloumi cold, mushrooms on one day stone cold. Me and my wife were vegetarian (no egg either) so limited in options. The managers Anuj and specially Reda did pull it out of the bag and got us hash browns and parathas when we asked but not sure why these sort of options have to be requested. Normally, what you pay is what you get but at 115 each (around £25 each the breakfast is crap). It was only because Expedia was going to re-imburse me that we went for breakfast, otherwise we would have gone to the vegan cafes opposite - Mylk or EverGreens). The rooms, nothing special. Clean but weighing scales not working, TV channels crap and water leaking from shower area into bathroom area so had to block it off with a towel. Location is OK...opposite a good shopping mall, but to be honest I would just pay a little more and stay at the Marriott which is linked to the Mall. Now this is where the pain was. Whenever we wanted to leave the hotel and go to the Gate Mall next door we would have to get off at floor 2, walk across the lobby to catch another lift to get to the ground floor. Our key card did not allow us to go all the way down to the ground floor from our room floor. Security told me to get access from the reception. I asked Mohammed at reception if I could get that and he said that option was only available for long stay guests and because we were there for ONLY 6 nights it would not be possible to arrange that. I told him that was useless and he could not care less

I recently stayed at the Dusit Doha Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with luxurious amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. The standout feature, however, was the staff, especially Charles. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha!

Mi è stato prenotato un studio sul piano superiore. Purtroppo, quando sono arrivato, non ho trovato la mia prenotazione, la ricezione ha detto: “Vi abbiamo dato un aggiornamento in un appartamento a due camere”, quindi ho rifiutato l'aggiornamento perché l'appartamento è grande per me. Abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora per accedere, questo non è accettabile, richiede recensione da parte della gestione dell'hotel per la ricezione e il ristorante del colazione.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. È anche buono andare in giro quando noleggiare una macchina. Puoi andare in un grande centro commerciale. (City Center Shopping Mall) La camera che ho soggiornato era una suite a camera da letto, la cucina è grande e la camera da letto e la camera da letto non erano nemmeno cattive. Il finitura interiore ti dà la sensazione di un appartamento familiare americano.Nessuna decorazione, semplice. Il pranzo è un po' sfortunato perché è un hotel a lungo termine dove si può cucinare e lavare il cibo. Il personale incaricato del check-in è molto amichevole. È conveniente parcheggiare sul pavimento del pavimento quando si utilizza una macchina.

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the beach and the shopping centre. I felt very safe as a solo traveler at this hotel. A good choice of places to eat were close by. The breakfast was decent, had a good variety to choose from. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming. Viranya was very kind and gave me some great advice on places to see. She also changed my room to a much nicer room as the people next to me were very noisy. Arif Chouhdry from housekeeping was also very helpful. Unfortunately the spa staff were very unprofessional, this was in attitude and appearance. I booked an appointment but still waited 45mins until I was seen, the staff member assumed I was a friend of another staff member. While I was in my towel waiting she still asked me twice if I was a customer. She made me feel very very uncomfortable. This was on my last day so it put a sour note to the end of my trip. Apart from that experience, everything else was fantastic. I would come again (but would not use the spa services).

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura, la trovo veramente eccezionale, si trova proprio nel centro di West Bay Doha, a due passi dalla Corniche, e dal City Center Mall. La metro Red, è a 300 metri. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e spaziosi, dotati di tutto il necessario. Il personale tutto è cordiale e molto disponibile, un grazie particolare a Rameel e agli addetti/e Hilton Honors. Le pulizie sono bisettimanali ed impeccabili ed ora che la maggior parte dei lavori di preparazione alla Coppa del mondo di Calcio 2022 sono finiti, tutta la zona è a misura di turista e per viaggi di lavoro.
