This was the most expensive stay we booked for our months travel through Bali and the islands.I was so looking forward to the one night that we had booked there at $300 a night.We were early so waited in the restaurant area for 1.5 hours and had some lunch until the room was ready.The restaurant looks run down too and in desperate need of a repaint with stains and it just looked old and this place isnt that old.Staff were good.Beautiful views of Blue Lagoon and the food was OK.Into our room which was a Seaview cottage but you dont have a sea view at all.I stood on our couch on tippy toes and could just make out the sea in the background.The unit is fenced for privacy but you have no views at all except for bamboo fencing.You have a private pool which was cold and so over chlorinated that I had to shower after being in the pool because you stunk of chlorine.Room was nice but small and the bathroom was pretty too but the shells hanging around the shower were missing shells and had seen better days.Better to remove them than to have the broken strands hanging there,BEER....Big problem getting a cold beer.There must be no rotation of the beers being put into the fridge and 4 times we had to return beers that were hot(husband not happy about that).No breakfast for $300 a night and had to be purchased but was nice.I would not book here again but would recommend coming for lunch or dinner to soak up the view.That never got old and you could see turtles floating around in the bay.Underwhelming would be how I describe the Villas.Mini Mart up the road for supplies if you need them and cold beer

Thank you ever so much for having us at Bvlgari Resort Bali, such a prestigious resort. I’ll take this chance to thank all the staff members, in particular Dewa, who has been amazing assisting us throughout our stay in the beautifully prepared and welcoming villa. He has been present and formal to us at all times. Same goes for butler Stefanus that after carefully observing our preferences he has provided us with a basket of local fruits, a beautiful surprise that contributed to our amazing experience at the villa and more importantly Bali. A thank you also to the housekeeping team that has been so professional to guarantee villa cleaning and make up at times when we were not in the villa to keep us our space and ensure privacy at all times. Having had such a nice family time we are looking forward to repeat this experience again at Bvulgari hopefully for a longer time period

Non avremmo potuto chiedere un hotel migliore con questo budget. Era pulito e il personale era molto gentile e accogliente

Uno dei miei posti preferiti per soggiornare a Bali. E questa volta è la mia seconda visita a Bali e anche la seconda volta che sono rimasto qui. Amore la posizione come è molto vicino alla popolarità dei ristoranti di mare sulla spiaggia. E soprattutto, è stato prenotato il 2 BR Villa per un gruppo di 7. Anche se questa volta dovevamo aspettare un buon 30-45 minuti per l’iscrizione come si preparano il luogo, è stato comprensibile perché era in parte mia colpa di fare la prenotazione troppo vicino al momento dell’iscrizione e, dall’altro lato sembrano avere un molto La villa era grande, spaziose camere da letto, grande e confortevole, e si adattava alla mia piccola famiglia di 4. Molto pulito e tranquillo, anche se la parte del gabinetto della cucina era piuttosto polvere e sporca (alcunamente sottoscritta, ma dubbiosa, perché si trova all'aperto vicino alla piscina) e così era la cucina. (l’ho suggerito di involucrarlo con un involucro di plastica alimentare o qualcosa di simile, per non esporlo all’aria esterna). La TV ha una vasta selezione di canali e la qualità è molto buona. Il personale era molto gentile, accogliente e utile. Le strutture fornite come forno, microonde, distributore d'acqua funzionano tutti come dovrebbe. La piscina era grande, abbastanza grande per il nostro gruppo di 4 adulti e 3 adolescenti. La colazione era buona, ha bisogno di più selezione e quantità. L’unica parte inferiore del soggiorno era, la camera da bagno non era acqua calda e la cortina nel bagno non è abbastanza ampia da bloccare la vista dal dormitorio, anche se non può essere troppo grande di una parte è abbastanza fastidioso per me. In generale, ci siamo divertiti molto e rimarremo definitivamente in lista mia.

Durante la mia recente visita all'hotel, sono stato molto entusiasta di un'esperienza eccezionale a tutti i livelli: il personale era simpatico, disponibile e professionale, offrendo un servizio impeccabile durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza era molto confortevole , in modo impecabile e offrendo un'atmosfera accogliente. Ciò che ha davvero segnalato la mia soggiorno era il colazione, semplicemente incredibile ! La varietà e la qualità dei lavori proposti erano semplicemente deletabili.

We stayed at the Jumeirah as the last leg of our honeymoon following 5 nights at the Capella and 5 nights at the Four Seasons. These were activity based stats and Jumeirah at Uluwatu was the relax and recharge around the pool and beach. The hotel design and decor is stunning and our villa was incredible. Can’t fault it. However, amenities and inconsistent service really lets this hotel down. The good stuff: - e-butler service via WhatsApp was brilliant. In- room dining, great! -Marcel on concierge went above and beyond, he couldn’t do more for us! - Our in-room servicing team were super and made us towel animals everyday leaving us notes during our stay which was lovely. The not so good stuff: - Food was nice, but just ok. Poached eggs on toast… toast was burnt everyday and poached eggs watery. Omelette came out with whipped egg whites like you’d make in a pudding (very strange) and with alternative ingredients from your original order if they had run out of something. But, without consulting you. I was intolerant to one of the substituted ingredients. Similarly, I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and they made it alcoholic. Little things like this can’t happen. - Unorganised and overly attentive service in restaurants. You have about 5 people waiting your table so you can’t enjoy your breakfast/ lunch or dinner without constantly being interrupted being asked the same question. You feel watched and pounced on during the meal so you can’t actually relax. Before you have finished your last mouthful and putting your cutlery down they are already whipping away your plate even if others at the table are still eating or you are still chewing your last mouthful of food. - Slow service in both restaurants and pool bar. Whilst quick to take your order and hovering, it took a minimum of 15mins to deliver your drinks with food sometimes beating your drinks to the table. If you’d ordered a frozen drink it had basically melted before it reached your table. Or they would deliver half your order and the rest would follow 10mins later so you were always chasing up food and drink and wondering if they got your order wrong. - We ordered a tuna salad and the salad came without the Tuna. The Tuna was then delivered separately 10mins later… - ordered an omelette and the toast came out 10mins before. - It doesn’t cater for western clients. Both how they execute basic western dishes and more broadly on culture. As a female, I was often ignored and only my husband was addressed. They would never hand me the bill, this always was passed to my husband, and they only ever asked him questions directly and ignored me entirely which I found rude and insulting. Classic western food on their menu was often excited on poorly. - No atmosphere around the pool. Play some soft background music. We found guests playing music themselves via their phone. We didn’t overly mind this but it shows they were all feeling the same and I wouldn’t expect at a 5* hotel to have peopl

Our first stay back in Bali! It’s on a quiet street so we slept well with only the sounds from the nearby construction to tell us the sun came up. Astera Villa Canggu was equipped with modern appliances that you would ever need. The beds are large and the rooms are even more spacious with a built-in hammock by the corner. The weather was great during our stay for us to enjoy both the jacuzzi and the pool. The only disappointment was when they couldnt grant my request for a special arrangement from the day before check-in. Wished they had put in the extra effort to enhance our stay experience as we were celebrating a special occasion.

Best place to spend time with your loved ones in Bali. I been to five different locations and this was the best one of all. Please don’t waste your time and book a different hotel and come here. The staff are beyond kind and nice and the service is awesome and the location is close to everything you look for. Please don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Che splendido ristorante. I giardini e i terreni sono generalmente così pittoreschi. La villa di una camera da letto con piscina è incredibile e ha un'enorme area privata all'aperto per soggiorno e cena. Il ristorante e il bar, tra cui i piatti tradizionali e occidentali, sono deliziosi, il personale è estremamente attento e ha molte volte lasciato il loro modo di aiutarci o di accoglierci. In particolare, Tirta era estremamente attenta e un vero gentiluomo, molto conosciuto sul resort e le attività o luoghi da visitare a Bali, è anche un brillante fotografo e ha preso il tempo per aiutarci a trovare qualche sorprendente colpi. Abbiamo smesso e abbiamo avuto delle grandi chat durante il giro del resort diverse volte. Ha davvero reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e è davvero una persona così bella e felice di interagire con.

We stay at 22 - 24 April for Family Vacation. This hotel is like a gem in Kuta Area 🤗 Small but nice 👍We stay at Studio Room type no 2221 with Extra Bed for 4 person to sleep. Room is clean, cold and big enough. Wall is decorated with van theme. Feeling like traveling 😁 Swimming Poll is nice at back of the Hotel. Parking is limited so we park car behind of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, served like ala carte. Just a small variety of food. Located in middle of kuta far from beach ⛱️. Overall Recommended for family 👍
