Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Beautiful location, you don’t have to leave the hotel as there is a pool, restaurant, games room and beautiful views. Peaceful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and big. The restaurant has limited but tasty food that changes daily - nice Chinese food! Perfect for a couple of days of complete relaxation!

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

The service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

Art hotel is beautiful. The grounds are nice however the main road is is a little close. The service is exceptional, we had a person called Charlie help us through our whole stay and he was phenomenal especially in this more tricky times.

Beautiful rooms in a Beautiful setting. The pool is comfortable with some sun loungers. Limited restaurant choices but of high quality. Helpful staff.

Just one word I want to say, Amazing!

酒店環境很漂亮，很愜意，還有五衹貓貓和一衹狗狗，可惜最後一衹貓貓沒找到，然後雖然附近點不到什麼外賣，但是酒店餐廳點的菜都很好吃，服務也很棒，就是晚上點了個七分熟牛排煎成了全熟非常紮實，不過口味總體還是挺不錯的，唯一不足的就是早餐沒那麼滿意，份量和口味都有待改進

很有藝術氣息的民宿，大堂、房間、餐廳、泳池、遊戲室每一個角落都充滿了設計感。寵物友好，網紅狗狗—巨貴肉包，還有一堆淡定的肥喵，不僅是娃們的最愛，還吸引了很多漂亮的毛孩子前來入住，愛寵人士在這玩上一天都不會無聊。 服務業非常到位，管家川川很早就跟我們聯繫需求，考慮到我們帶倆娃還貼心升級了雙床房，告訴我們民宿的各種電影、活動。夏天再來試一試漂亮的泳池。

一家讓人驚艷的酒店！清明來杭州看劇，順便到莫干山小住兩天，原本想在莫干山感受的幽深的綠意，在山裡沒感受到（景點多少有些過度宣傳了…），卻在芝麻谷酒店裡完成了閉環。可以看出來這個酒店的設計很大膽也很用心，每個房間都有特有的設計風格，古典中式的、歐式的、美式的、東南亞風的、藏族風情的…選房間的時候眼花繚亂，要不是怕麻煩甚至一度想一天換一個風格住~整個酒店的前台接待區和餐廳被各種綠植、中古傢俱擺件以及有趣的雕塑畫作填滿，陽光透過精靈餐廳大大的落地窗撒進來，整個空間在極繁的風格中顯得錯落有致，如同位於東南亞。餐廳搭配的早餐和中餐廳的炒菜都不錯，服務員整體偏年輕，都是很可愛親切的小姐姐小哥哥。管家小玉很周到，主動幫忙拿行李、送東西到房間，介紹遊玩攻略等等，比個心~🩷店裡的貓貓狗狗都養的很好，在風景如畫的地方過着比我愜意的生活，狠狠羨慕了😭

環境超級棒哦！有超大的草坪和無邊鏡面泳池！小朋友在草坪上盡情撒歡兒！酒店有一衹特殊“店員”肉包，每天都在前台迎客，超級温順；還有四衹白色的小貓，超級漂亮！管家娟娟超級nice，一直在幫忙解決問題，臨走還送了寶寶小禮物！怎麼會有如此nice的小姐姐！對了，房間很大哦，而且落地窗很漂亮，隔音特別好！！下次還會去住噠！

在芝麻谷酒店度過了非常愉快的端午假期 傾盆大雨，讓時光慢下來去體驗這裏 與其説這裡是酒店，我認為更像一座藝術中心 色彩搭配、物件擺設都用盡心思 把美學展現的淋漓盡致 每一處都有驚喜 老公和婆婆作為攝影愛好者直呼太好拍太出片啦 還有乖巧的肉包🐶和五衹貓貓 .給孩子增添了很多樂趣歡樂 特別要感謝管家川川周到細心熱心的服務 每一位工作人員都很熱情 無微不至 酒店不論是室內室外的格局佈置、活動安排、還是餐飲點心都很棒 都出乎意料的滿意！ 超棒！超級推薦！

這是一家充滿藝術魅力的酒店，硬件環境很棒，而且還配有泳池，影院，設施可謂是一應俱全，户外大草坪、大堂隱藏在綠植環繞中、房間超大、設計感滿溢，服務上也是非常好，每一個服務人員都是對大家笑臉相迎會主動打招呼、主動介紹酒店的各種功能，主動幫拿行李，我們的管家川川服務非常到位，對我們的每一個問題也都非常有耐心的去解答，並且我們在端午假期去的時候店裡有活動，會帶着大家一起做一些小東西比如香包之類的。 缺點：一、餐飲不滿意，早餐是份餐（還可以），午、晚餐都是套餐沒有單點的菜，選擇比較少，二、淋浴間花灑衹有大蓬頭沒有手持花灑，不想洗澡衹想洗腳和洗下身的很麻煩，希望能安裝手持花灑方便客人的不同需求。

房間非常大，目測100+平，裝修風格很有氛圍感，我們入住了抹茶和紅兩個不同風格的大床房，管家娟娟服務體貼用心周到，比如提前放好浴缸的水，送雨傘到房間，提醒用餐和預訂晚餐等，在莫干山民宿有這樣的服務是意外之喜。因為下雨沒能在酒店好好轉轉實屬遺憾，值得再次來入住。
