Location: very good, food: not tried; amenities & services: good but can be improved further. Response time from the reception for room service need improvement. Washroom light need improvement. There was only shampoo in toiletries kit, which shall be added with bath soap, moisturizer etc.

The facilities are average. Breakfast is below average. Tv was not working. There were not much food options in room service. Manager was not addressing the broken tv issue effectively. Bathrooms very not cleaned properly.

The service was very poor, room was not at all acceptable, the attendant was drunk, water given from normal tab after repeated asking. The breakfast serve after 8:30 which was very late and not having that.

No good quality rooms, no good service, very bad wash room, room service also very poor. The tarrif is very high, it's not even one star type.

Rooms are not clean and wall paint has peeled off. Bathrooms and toilets are very very small, no hot water for bathing, no packaged drinking water, no breakfast options. One of the terrible hotel to stay.

The room was worse. Ac was not working lights were not working. Upon asking they changed the better room which was no better than that. The rooms walls are wet bathroom was not cleaned and moreover the accessories were not provided. Upon asking that things came but took so long time. For 3000 rs i have received much better rooms from mmt

Very good hotel to stay, breakfast options were very less while charges are high. Room cleanliness was good. Staff members were cooperating.
