La colazione del mattino è a corto di personale, la qualità è scarsa con frutta e verdura. I succhi non erano freddi. Le camere avevano odore di muffa.

L'hotel era molto grandioso per la quantità di denaro che fanno pagare. Fate colazione al cafe' Knosh, è molto abbondante con personale attento.

È un hotel di livello superiore, anche il personale è bravo 😊👍 ma voi, la stazione della metropolitana della vostra proprietà, passate da Hoti per aur meglio di così

La cosa migliore e peggiore dell'hotel Cosa migliore: 1. servizio pulito e buono 2. stanza pulita 3. colazione a buffet molto buona Cose non buone: 1. la posizione e i dintorni sono peggiori...niente fuori dalla finestra 2. l'attrezzatura nella stanza non è buona. L'asciugacapelli è obsoleto e non utilizzabile 3. La camera è molto piccola e la zona doccia è troppo piccola e la porta si apre all'interno ed è scomoda. Il verdetto finale è decisamente troppo caro per la struttura.

È stata la peggiore esperienza del nostro recente viaggio d'affari in questo hotel. Abbiamo sofferto grande frustrazione e delusione a causa della sconsiderata negligenza del personale dell'hotel. Non siamo stati informati della nostra idoneità all'accesso all'orario del cocktail e abbiamo negato questa offerta gratuita. E il personale ha mentito al riguardo. È probabile che si verifichi negligenza, ma questo hotel è molto sfortunato in quanto persone incapaci in una posizione di leadership. Quando abbiamo sollevato la questione, il senior manager (Bhawani Singh) si è completamente dileguato nel bel mezzo della conversazione. Non è assolutamente adatto alla posizione e una grande vergogna per questo hotel. Anche alcuni degli altri membri del personale erano molto scortesi nel parlare e nell'esibire un linguaggio del corpo irrispettoso (Gajendra e Shipra). Che tipo di servizio clienti è questo?? Ci hanno letteralmente derubato più di 20k perché avremmo potuto semplicemente goderci il servizio che abbiamo già pagato ***** con le tariffe della camera. Non torneremo mai più dopo questa disgrazia!

Stepping to delhi after 23 yrs and staying at the leela was wonderful,and of course being the Leela,its all about luxury and 1st class..staffs were very polite and friendly,right from the concierge(AKILESH) right to the receptionist (ANMOL),all was so welcoming and loving towards my mother and me..keep up tye great work👍👍👍👍👍

Very neat and clean hotel. Good spacious room. Clean toilets. Friendly staff, good variety in breakfast. Highly secure. Easy parking. Good view from rooms. Pool is clean too. Good for events and away from traffic jam. Best for weddings. Very comfortable bed.

Lovely hotel  An hour from the airport  Rooms a fantastic

The stay was normal but not that as good other 5 Star hotels. They have a policy which is 8:00am to 8:00pm only guest are allowed. I book stayed in alot of 5 star hotels but this was the first hotel where i saw this type of policy.. Other than that the good point is that security checking is really appreciable.
