Check in was long. Coffee machine in morning for breakfast was broken so they had a one cup at a time with very bad coffee and on each table actually had a QR code to go buy coffee from the shop across the parking lot. Ice machine on 3 floor was broken. One I needed front desk for water as the fitness room didn’t have any and had a sign to go to front desk. But the woman working was on phone in office and ignored me. I finally walked down to the kitchen area and the girl there went and got me the water. Very poor on front desk. The young man when we checked out was very nice and helpful.

It was fine except the bathroom door wouldn’t shut in order to lock it. Beds were comfortable and clean!

Rooms was clean @nice everything was unplugged A C refrigerator coffee maker had to get desk clerk come @ plug everything up very pure lighting over bathroom sink big coffee maker out of order in breakfast bar said been out of order for a year had to use one cup maker big hotel chain like this can’t afford a coffee maker

While the bed was comfortable it gave me a backache. The niose from the hallway was pretty loud in the room as well. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Definitely not the place to stay if you like to sleep at night. We had two rooms for a Monday and Tuesday night which typically are business people.
Every night around 10 pm, we would hear people up and down the hallways, groups gathering outside to smoke talking loudly, and doors opening & closing every few minutes.
Both nights the noise levels went on from 10 pm to around 3 am which was not conducive to any sleeping 😴!

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Felt safe.

Wifi would not stay connected very disappointing contacted desk twice they gave us 800 number did nothing. Also the breakfast was the same 3 days in a row.
The coffee machine in breakfast area was out of order from Monday till Fri when we checked out. They had a single serve small unit in there to take its place. A total joke for a hotel chain. Would not stay again due to these items and lack of management to rectify.

Clean and new hotel. Lobby & rooms all fine. Comfortable beds. Water pressure for showers could be improved. What gave this hotel an A was the great British accent young lady working the front desk. She was outstanding and personable in checking us in and making us feel welcome.
