I love this hotel so much and always enjoy my stays here! From the moment I stepped out of my car until I stepped back in, the staff made me feel like a Ritz Carlton should make one feel pampered and cared for! The little touches, such as the guacamologist in the lobby to the world's best shot of margarita this side of the Pecos, you are transported when you enter the lobby and acknowledged by your name by everyone, as it should be. My luggage and the valet were waiting at my door when I stepped off the elevator, and my Titanium status had earned me an upgrade to a fabulous Junior Suite. On the table in the living area was a welcome note with my handwritten name on it and a box of artisan truffles to enjoy as I settled in. This was the evening of an unfortunate power outage in the hotel, but the staff did not miss a beat. The generators kicked on to keep the common areas lit, and an elevator worked for guest use, so we weren't stuck in our rooms. The Ritz Carlton Club was still operational, and the staff laid out beautiful dinner and dessert buffets by lantern light. It was almost a shame that the lights did come back on just over an hour later; it had been that enjoyable. My mobile key wouldn't open the gym door the following day, so I called downstairs as the app prompted me to ask if it could be reset remotely. The desk clerk said not to worry, she would come to me and was there with a new key within two minutes! The gym was excellent, with so many machines and spaces for everything, including a semi-private area for yoga/pilates. Breakfast was great; I especially loved the fresh-pressed juice options. I had mentioned my love of the oatmeal at check-in, and the next day, the chef emailed me the recipe! I wish all Ritz Carltons offered this level of service and excellence, but until they do, I'll continue to proclaim the Dallas location as the best in the country!

Unlike others who have reviewed this hotel, I found it to be very modern and my only main issues were with a slight lack of cleanliness, the location, and the refrigerators in the room. Some pros and cons from my recent two-night stay: PROS: - Lovely staff at check in - Room was relatively clean, except for 4-5 hairs in the shower from a previous guest - Large bathroom with a separate sink outside in a different section of the room - Rooms were large and lighting was good - Hotel was surprisingly quiet for being on a relatively main road - The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure (but there was no body wash in the bottle on the wall) - Super comfy beds — I slept great! - Location — I was skeptical at first, as this hotel really isn’t near anything for the typical tourist, but I did take a Lyft into town one morning and then walked back to the hotel in just under 30 mins … it’s a very pleasant and quiet walk through the Dallas Design District! CONS: - My biggest disappointment during my stay was with the refrigerator, especially as I usually choose a hotel based on whether or not it has one. The fridges in the rooms here only stay on for two hours at a time (and you have to press a button on the inside to make it turn on) — which to me seems a bit stupid … I asked staff at reception about this when I checked in and they said that it would stay on all night … but all the food I put in the fridge overnight was warm and ruined by morning :( I mentioned to reception once again that my fridge was turning off every two hours — they said this definitely wasn’t normal and they’d get an engineer to come and look at it ASAP. I’m confident no-one ever looked at it whilst I was out, because it continued to turn off every two hours and my food was ruined again the following night :( - They could definitely do with dusting the air vent in the bathroom! - Even though I hadn’t yet checked out, cleaners knocked on my door at 8:15AM on the day of my departure. Thankfully, I was already up, but not everyone gets up this early… at 9.10AM they knocked again — and when I asked who was there, they didn’t respond. I am very confused about what sort of check-out system they have here? Quite annoying. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, partly for the fridge and partly for the location — but otherwise it was a quiet, comfortable stay :)

La posizione e la pulizia sono ottime! Sono rimasto un po' deluso dal mio soggiorno a Warwick. Per iniziare, il cameriere è un incubo quando l'hotel è pieno. Non ci sono molte opzioni per il parcheggio, quindi abbiamo dovuto utilizzare questo servizio. Durante la tarda serata, dovrai parcheggiare il tuo veicolo e consegnare le chiavi alla reception. Eppure ti viene ancora addebitato il cameriere. Non c'è molto personale per assistere con i bagagli. La reception è meno disposta ad aiutare. Capisco che forse hanno carenza di personale e hanno lavorato troppo, ma si vede anche. Ci sono alcuni servizi che non abbiamo avuto come accappatoi, pantofole, uso del veicolo navetta. Anche in questo caso ciò potrebbe essere dovuto al personale, ma è comunque un'esperienza deludente. Consiglierei di pianificare in base a un'esperienza a meno di 4 stelle.

At least the front desk was nice, but the following outlines problems 1. Charged twice for the $100 incident fee. The desk don’t show error, but personal credit card showed I was charged twice. Credit card company voided double charge 2. Large stain and huge rip in pull out sofa. 3. Used hotel bath towel found on floor behind casual sitting chair in living area. 4. 3-4” Pink stains on duvet. 5. Of the three keys we were provided only one worked 6. ONKY decaf coffee in room. Minor problem 7. Plates, coffee cups, glasses, and silverware provided. No bowls. Minor problem 8. No bedding provided for pull out sofa, front desk did bring bedding when requested. 9. Directory on room phone did not show any method or phone number to use to contact front desk. Minor problem. BTW zero was not the number. It was star 5! This property is not to Hilton standards. Very disappointing in this property.
