Posso tranquillamente affermare che l'Intercontinental è uno dei migliori hotel di Dalian dopo aver soggiornato in molti hotel di Dalian. Per cominciare, abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade della camera e il check-in anticipato e il check-out posticipato. L'hotel ci ha anche offerto caffè e frutta gratuiti subito dopo il check-in. La camera era pulita, confortevole, moderna e aveva una splendida vista sulla città. I servizi erano soddisfacenti e la loro colazione a buffet offriva una vasta gamma di cucina occidentale e cinese tra cui scegliere. Un ringraziamento speciale a Jason del centro fitness e Winnie e Kevin della reception per il loro eccellente servizio, in particolare hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole. L'unico inconveniente è che penso che il personale del ristorante cinese potrebbe usare un po 'di formazione, il servizio era il meno professionale, ma secondo me non ha tolto l'esperienza complessiva.

In my opinion, this InterContinental doesn’t measure up to others I’ve stayed at across China and the world. While the staff were excellent—accommodating late check-out and communicating well in English—the hotel itself felt old and worn out. My biggest letdown was the massage place (not hotel-operated), which was downright disgusting, offering inappropriate services that tainted my entire experience. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good (especially the pork sandwiches), though overcrowded—avoid peak times if possible. The gym was decent, and the views/location were great for my trail run. A special shoutout to some outstanding staff, like Karl and Vincent—wish I could remember the others' names!

Good hotel, perfect location, hotel is a bit old, but it’s ok. The only complaint is, the air conditioner is not strong enough, a bit hot at night.

Dirty and old broken furniture. Room wasn’t cleaned properly even after complaining. Furniture very old and broken. Carpets dirty. I was rather disappointed. The fridge and the aircon also didn’t work properly. However the location is great.

My stay at the InterContinental Dalian was nothing short of exceptional. This 5-star hotel is located in an iconic skyscraper right in the heart of Dalian, overlooking the historic Zhongshan Square. The location is perfect—just steps away from the Zhongshan Square subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the hotel’s prime location puts you right in the center of everything. The room was absolutely stunning. Spacious, elegantly designed, and fully equipped with everything you could need, it truly felt like a luxurious retreat. The floor-to-ceiling window offered breathtaking views of the city, and the cozy bed ensured a restful night’s sleep. The room also featured a large, luxurious desk, two sofa areas, and a massive bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Every detail exuded sophistication and comfort. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It was a true 5-star experience, with a wide variety of options including fresh, handmade pastries, European dishes, and authentic Chinese cuisine. The quality and variety were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start each day. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to Grace at the reception, Kiki in the club lounge, and Mr. Clyde for their outstanding hospitality. That said, every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. In summary, the InterContinental Dalian is a true 5-star hotel in every sense—location, accommodations, amenities, and service. It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Dalian. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is very nice centrally located and huge room size. The shower pressure are high and very good. Will come back to this hotel if go to dalian. Special mention to Eric Sun at Concierge. Very helpful. He is very attentive. I left my stuff at the room after check out and he personally help me to get my stuff back.

Very nice hotel although the room is a bit old, lighting not that good. Worth the price for the size of room, very clean room, view good. Location very near ZhongShan Guangchang, but not near to sea, Dalian is famous for its sea.

The hotel located in the good area and very convenient to go around. Cleanliness is within the general criteria. The bathroom is big and smells good. The fitness and swimming pool are clean. I love the breakfast, they have many different kinds of food. I enjoyed the breakfast here.

hotel name is great but the services are a bit behind the nave. Intercontinental has been a kinda a dream hotel for us but ,,, the room is so spacious and good beds.

Amazing accomodation with spacious room. Grace and Xena was passionate during the check in and check out. They even provided us a complimentary breakfast for one day! Hope to visit again here someday
