We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,. Location: very good, ＜5 minutes walking from the beach. Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through. Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area. Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

So bad!! They charged me a pre authorization fee and wouldn’t let me pay over the phone for my manager that I needed to have stay there! They are a bunch of crooks!
