Room is very small for the price (28–29 USD per night). There are other hotels nearby with better amenities. When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell. No room service was provided. There’s no catalog or guide in the room except for massage services. I don’t recommend staying here. Also, the receptionist boy was overly friendly, which made us uncomfortable. The only good thing is the location—convenient if you are shopping in Platinum or Pratunam. ⸻ ห้องพักเล็กมากเมื่อเทียบกับราคา (ประมาณ 1,000 บาทต่อคืน) มีโรงแรมอื่นใกล้เคียงที่ให้บริการดีกว่า เข้าไปในห้องมีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดห้อง ไม่มีแคตตาล็อกแนะนำบริการใด ๆ นอกจากนวด พนักงานต้อนรับชายดูเป็นกันเองเกินไป จนรู้สึกไม่สบายใจ ที่ดีอย่างเดียวคือทำเล เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มาช้อปปิ้งที่แพลตตินั่มหรือประตูน้ำ ২৮-২৯ ডলারের এই হোটেলের রুম অনেক ছোট। আশেপাশে আরও ভালো সুযোগ-সুবিধার হোটেল আছে। রুমে ঢুকেই খুব বাজে গন্ধ পেয়েছি। কোনো রুম সার্ভিস পাইনি। কোনো সার্ভিস ক্যাটালগ ছিল না, শুধু ম্যাসাজের বিজ্ঞাপন ছিল। আমি কাউকে এই হোটেল সাজেস্ট করবো না। রিসেপশনের এক ছেলেকে খুব বেশি ফ্রেন্ডলি মনে হয়েছে, যেটা আমার কাছে আরামদায়ক ছিল না। তবে যারা প্লাটিনাম বা প্রাতুনাম মার্কেটে শপিং করতে আসবেন, তাদের জন্য লোকেশনটা ভালো।

Dirty linens, literally. Blood stains in the bed, toilet is brown, so dirty. We early checked out and they don't give us a refund. They refused to accept that they are wrong in this case. Super dirty, many ants and bugs. DO NOT COME HERE!! I don't recommend this place. Location wise it is okay because near the shopping center but quality even for a budget hotel it is not worth it.

My stay at De Lux Bangkok Hotel was generally acceptable, but there were some issues that should be improved Pros： ✔ Convenient location with easy access to attractions and transportation. ✔ Friendly and responsive staff who promptly addressed concerns. ✔ Affordable pricing, making it a good option for budget travelers. Cons： ❌ The first room I checked into had small cockroaches and an unpleasant odor, which affected my experience. Fortunately, after reporting the issue, the hotel promptly changed my room. The new room was much cleaner ❌ However, the bathroom in the new room was outdated—the showerhead was worn out, the water pressure was weak and inconsistent, and the hot water supply was unstable ❌ The floor drain in the bathroom was clogged, but after informing the staff, they resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciate ❌ The booking page mentioned that the Superior Double Room category includes “Some Rooms Have Windows.” However, when I requested a windowed room at check-in, the front desk informed me that all Superior Double Rooms do not have windows. This misleading information could be disappointing for guests expecting otherwise Overall, De Lux Bangkok Hotel provides decent value for budget travelers, with good customer service. While some issues arose, the staff’s quick response was commendable. Improvements in room cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and accurate room descriptions would make this hotel a much better choice for future visitors ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Average stay with good service but room for improvement.

Nice hotel with great staff service. Staff can speak English very well especially to Mr. Xiao. He so friendly 😍. Will stay in again soon.

Good place but the food is not

Location was very good with convenience stores just around the corner! Staffs are friendly as well. Price was reasonable for such a basic room!

The hotel and toilet are separated, elderly and children very inconvenient.

Had a great time staying here! All things are convenient. Honestly nothing bad at all. We enjoyed our bangkok trips since its near the mall, restos and few minutes away from the attractions. 💕 Thank you for the staffs, they are so kind and accommodating. 🫶🏼

Place is good and affordable

Poor Staff manners, dirty bathroom, dissatisfied Totally not recommended. Other hotels around there are better to stay.

The location is good for walking but the car likely to cannot go in.
