Excellent Service from the front desk Miss Cheng, great smile and Mr. Luo the housekeeper. All the staff are hardworking to make your stay comfortable. Thank you.

Our room is cosy and has a balcony that faces the lake and able to see the sun rise in autumn. The hotel has great photography setting for Instagram post. Breakfast is ok but staff is friendly and helpful that makes up for it.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Every corner of the hotel shows art. The butler in charge of our room was very enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage as well as suggesting good restaurants.

The hotel view was amazing and stunning facing to lake views with sunrise .the hotel also provided transport to pick us from car parks .the staff was friendly and helpful . 管家小郝who arranged the transport and helpful staff.hope come back to Dali soon.love the environment and atmosphere here ❤️

Hotel provides pick up service and you are being taken care by the staff during your stay. Nice view from the hotel but some of the amenities is a bit old. The hotel need to be refurbished or touch up.

Very good location 5 minutes walk to main area. Very good service by housekeeper xiao hao. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast, tea time and night dessert is great. Very easy accessible. We enjoyed our time here. They have transport service to pick you up at the main road and also sending you to nearby places. Highly recommended.

amazing stay, the staff were so helpful from bringing me to the hotel, tea and breakfast service to personally guiding me so i wouldn’t get lost. Clean bedsheets as well, and an amazing ocean view. Would come here again! Gentle reminder to bring insect repellent just in case too

Gorgeous hotel. Very elegantly designed and detailed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. The view is stunning. We had a sunrise view from the bed, so we left the curtains open at night to let the beautiful sky wake us up in the morning. Location is perfect. One of the few properties around Lake Erhai to have direct access to the water, without being blocked by roads or promenades. There are other similar waterfront properties in the other peninsula, but Pusu is more accessible and closer to the main town. These two southern peninsulas are classy locations, far from the noisy and overly touristy parts of Shuanglang north of the ferry terminal.

This is a rustic, cosy hotel with a fantastic view. You can just sit by the edge of the lake without realising the passing time.

Pusu is so beautiful in every way! It’s located right next to Erhai lake, spacious outdoor decking area, to enjoy the view. A lovely lobby, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Their rooms are clean and quiet. Pusu team is amazing. All the staff are friendly and attentive throughout the entire trip. Travelled with mum and dad, we had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Xiao Luo, 小罗 our butler. He took good care of us. Definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

I loved this place so much. 🥰Perfect atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff. The room was very clean and the scenery was outstanding 🤩 the only problem for the foreigners who doesn’t speak Chinese might be location which was not at all a problem fir me because I can speak Chinese and I could find the location easily by using Baidu map, but don’t worry the staff of the hotel will add your WeChat and will pick you up… Special thanks to the staff 小罗 who helped me a lot 🙏❣️

Xiao Luo (小罗) took care of us during check in and was super attentive and friendly. Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean. Located off the crowded street, at the more serene end of Shuang Lang. My family enjoyed our stay very much. P/S: look out thr balcony midnight and you'll catch a full night of stars.
