A lovely large size room and amazing friendly staff that you can generally expect in Bali. The villa is very far from most things but we only stayed one night so was no issue. The room had a lovely large bath tub although was was residue dirt around the rim and we had a very strong bad smell in the bathroom which meant couldn’t relax for long in bath and felt like wanted to hold breath everytime walked in bathroom (had to keep door shut so didn’t smell in bedroom) Outside would benefit from patio furniture to make it pleasant to sit there there was one sunlounger in the water which for two of us wasn’t great. Hotel helped arrange private taxi as grab does not work up there. Had a free puppy visit while there :)

Nice and quite Good restaurant and staff are friendly . Recommended when u visit with a car .

We book a villa with 2 bedroom. First room has bath tub + shower room, for 2nd room shower only. The first room very very nice, big bed & very soft. Including private swimming pool, and have outdoor living room, dining table & small kitchen set. The villa price is affordable compare to another nearby. I stay on November which is on wet weather, so on night time have a lots of laron, quite shock on the morning because I experienced the outdoor full of laron 😵💫 But the helper come to clean it away directly when we ask. It’s ubud ~ we blend with nature living.

1. Отель находится далековато от самого убуда, ехать минут 40 2. Есть парковка, но на 3-4 машины. Далее до виллы отвозит шатлбас, который приезжает очень долго 3. Персонал на администрации некомпетентный 4. Второе кафе около вилл не работает, заказ возможно сделать по вацапу. Мы делали заказ с основного кафе, но принесли полуготовую рыбу. В целом, администратор говорил один режим работы кафе, а по факту оно другое 5. Перед выездом выключили электричество и не было воды. Я сообщила об этой ситуации, но ничего адекватного администратор не ответил. 6. Переписывалась с администратором по вацап, но ответы получала через раз. Так же неоднократно сообщала о недовольствах при пребывании 7. При выезде мы попросили компенсацию ввиде неоплаты счета за заказ с ресторана с сырой рыбой и прачечной, но нам отказали. Менеджер сказал, что нет причин удовлетворять такую просьбу. 8. Сам по себе номер очень красивый и чистый, но обслуживание, отношение к гостям и профессионализм персонала - это ужас

El personal es súper amable pero el hotel está lejos de algunas zonas donde están las cosas más importantes. Las instalaciones están un poco viejas

房間看得出來，比較有年份了，但服務不錯，私密性也高，偏遠叫不到車，需請前台叫車，SPA也不錯

위치 : 빌라 위치가 시내에서 너무 멀어 한번 나가려면 왕복 400K IDR정도 돈이 들기 때문에 접근성이 좋지 않음. 청결도 : 언뜻 보기에는 깨끗하나 개미 집이나 모기가 너무 많고 특히 수영장 하수구가 눈으로 본 이상 이용하기 어려울 정도로 깨끗하지 못함. 수영장에 비치 된 의자는 닿으면 내 몸에도 곰팡이가 피는 거 아닐까 싶을 정도로 물 곰팡이가 가득한 천 소재임. 거실 소파에도 수건을 덮고 앉을 정도임. 서비스 : 전체적으로 나쁘지 않으나 조식 안내나 빌라 내 서비스 이용을 먼저 묻기 전에 이야기 해주지 않고 웹페이지로 룸 서비스를 시키는데 주문을 확인하지 않고 있어 식당 가서 주문 봐달라고 이야기 해야하는 등 고급 빌라라고 보기에는 서비스 디테일이 너무 떨어짐.(식당 봉사료 및 세금 20%있음, 무슨 봉사인지..) 시설 : 빌라 내 편의 시설은 없다고 봐도 될 정도. (마사지 있으나 가격이 비합리적)

We booked lots of rooms for our wedding of 35 people to stay. The service was great, the new buildings across the rice field with the swim up bar will have an amazing atmosphere when its finished. Rooms were a little run down and needed better cleaning but overall werent too bad. The new side of Daun Lebar was beautiful though! It was north of Ubud so hard to find close places to eat, villa restaurant food was good/okay. Villa decking needs fixing - a bit dangerous.

Never come to this far away villa We cant find any grabike, gojek, gocar and any online You should take their hotel car and charge you double price And nothing much to see here You can get more nice view and price in other ubud area If you really want enjoy place , find nearby ubud center

It is a great product in great location, but maintenance and service need improvement. The pool water is murky (not clear at all). We stayed in 2 Bedroom Villa, but there were only 2 glasses/mugs in pantry (so I had to use a glass in the bathroom), no tea bag, no tea-spoon, only a jar of coffee which seemed not being refilled from previous guests. There was no tissue in tissue box. The liquid soap were nearly finished in both bathrooms. The service of receptionist was slow, the staffs didnt seem to have motivation to serve us. I really wish they can improve their services, as I really like the product and would like to go again. But not with this kind of service!

Had a very pleasant one week stay here. My bed was extremely comfortable and my bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Most activities had been cancelled since covid - not sure why they hadn't been reinstated but this needs to happen. Food was fine but could do with more vegetarian options. Villa kitchen area needed to be stocked with cutlery and crockery as none when we arrived. The villas are great value for money and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is in a fantastic location, in a lovely valley area north of Ubud (approx 30 mins to the centre.) However, the property has undergone a change in management ond perhaps ownership. The glossy website is deceptive - it was pre-pandemic, and most of the things listed there are not available any more. There's no proper resort manager, so the place is left in the hands of a young and inexperienced crew of staff. All enquiries (via any medium!) will remain unanswered. There is a serious plumbing problem in some villas that leads to an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. (This is not a one-off, as other friends reported the same thing.) The food is basic and not outstanding. There are two 5-star (hence more expensive) resorts within walking distance: Nandini and Hanging Gardens. If you really want to stay in the area, these might be a better option. Daun Lebar has potential, as physically the villas are not bad - but proper management and more senior staff need to be added.

Pro: Good service, there’s kitchenette, good size pool & very refreshing. Bathroom is quite big. Clean and well maintained. Very good value for the price. Con: Location is too far from Ubud! The rooms aren’t so big. We stayed in 2 bedrooms and only one room came with bathtub, but the bathroom is quite big. Food can be improved, however. We stayed 2 nights for nyepi & manager told us we had to stay another night. We knew very well we didn’t have to. Managed to go back home with no issue. Child friendliness rating: 3/5 Time of stay: March 2020 Will we come back? Bit too far, we’d consider it. Check out @thebalireviews for more honest reviews!
