Lane è una ragazza molto pulita ed entusiasta. È venuta a Dali da Shenzhen per vivere in un piccolo cortile. Anche se il cortile non è grande, viene pulito ogni giorno ed è molto pulito. La piccola macchina elettrica di Lane può essere utilizzata gratuitamente. Nel cortile c'è il sole quasi ogni giorno. Puoi vedere il monte Cangshan dal cortile. Hai fatto la scelta giusta di recarti a Dali questa volta. Spero che Lane migliori sempre di più in futuro, e spero anche che più persone vengano a vivrai nel cortile di Lane in futuro!

La gentilezza della padrona di casa è stata la migliore dei miei quattro mesi di viaggio. Mi ha fornito articoli da toeletta gratuiti, lavatrice e scooter elettrico. Mi ha riscaldato il letto grazie alla coperta elettrica. E mi ha accompagnato alla stazione degli autobus con il suo scooter. Superiore!

Mi piace molto il piccolo cortile. È molto silenzioso. Abito al secondo piano. Lo spazio è molto grande. C'è una fila di finestre. Al mattino puoi vedere il monte Cangshan e la luna. Può anche splendere il sole nel cortile la mattina. Il capo ha detto che il sole splende in casa nel pomeriggio. , Ho un gatto e un cane e me ne vanto da quando mi sono addormentato ieri notte. Ho dormito nove ore, che è un record! In inverno fa un po' freddo di notte, quindi avere una coperta elettrica è perfetto. È fuori dalla città antica ed è adatto per gli amici che amano la tranquillità. Sembra di vivere come uno del posto per un giorno.

In genere nessun commento. Ho lasciato cadere gli occhiali quando me ne sono andato e la padrona mi ha aiutato a portarli e me li ha arrotolati in una borsa. È davvero fantastico. Se non commenti, ti dispiacerebbe per qualcuno che lavora così duramente.

The owner was pleasant. The bed comfortable. The dogs and cats were fine. The fellow smoking in the non smoking dorm was not. I asked the owner if it is ok to smoke in the dorm (as it clearly states “non smoking”) she said “sure you can if you want”. I then went on to explain that on trip,com it says dorms “non smoking”. The guy was told to stop smoking in the dorm. But i gather non smoking dorm is only available if you complain. This is unacceptable practice as it should be not allowed to post untrue aspects of the lodgings on trip.com. If a room is nonsmoking it should be exactly that all the time not just when someone complains. In the photo below she says he was ashamed and sorry for smoking inside. I can tell you he was not, i heard him raising his voice in complaint…and was belligerent.

Only had a one night stay here, but I would have loved to spend more time! The host went above and beyond to accomodate me in the lovely small yard. Its a very cute little space with all a traveller needs. The dogs and cat are also fun characters. Thank you for the Chinese practice and very memorable experience Lori!

This is a great quiet little place. The host is really sweet. She will do everything to make you feel at home. Her English is limited but we used translation apps and it worked fine. It is a little bit hard to get to. From the train station you have to take bus 4 all the way to the last station. From there you can walk 30 min or get a taxi/Didi for about 10 yuan. The taxi will drop you in the village but there is no signage or anything. It took me a long time to figure out where it was, some gentleman had to call her for me. The whole time I was just beside it not knowing. I took some photos to show you where it is cause it’s really not obvious for foreigners.

Sweet little spot with friendly and generous owners. We stayed in the downstairs room and were surprised at the size and comfort for a very good price! I think they need to put some kind of signage up on the street so their place can be found! We wandered around asking people for a while until she must have heard and came out on the street to get us! The location is quite far from the old city, and only worked for us because we could borrow their scooter. That was really nice! But without the scooter I think it's easier to be somewhere closer.

Nice and cozy place with really friendly owners. Location is a little far from ancient city, but around the house is really cute village. I enjoyed our stay here, thanks a lot! Warmly recommend!

WONDERFUL STAFF!!! I came to Dali as a solo traveler looking for a place to stay on a budget, which is how I found Ryan’s Little Yard. The hostel is currently run by the most wonderful person, a young woman named Lai En. She is absolutely fantastic—both generous and a joy to be around. She helped me multiple times during my stay, especially after I fell and was slightly injured. Wow, talk about above and beyond. If you’re looking for a budget hostel where you know you’ll be taken care of, this is the place for you!

Amazing place close to the Dali Ancient Town. Very clean, very quiet, a very cute friendly cat and two dogs, and a very friendly host who let us borrow her electric scooters for free. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this top-notch hostel and had an incredible experience. The owner went above and beyond, showing me around the city and introducing me to the best local cuisine. We had a great stay at Ryan’s little yard! It’s a little courtyard in a village outside Dali’s ancient city. Close to mountains and the lake. The host is so nice and happy to help with our queries. It’s a short drive from the main ancient city area however they have electric bikes which you can ride for free. You can also do your laundry and even cook for no additional cost. She also provided us drinking water for our whole stay. It is a shared toilet/shower but kept super clean. We would gladly stay again.
