Hotel in zona thac cam ly, Da Lat

The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

La capacità dell'inglese del personale dell'hotel non sembra buona, ma sono amichevole. Ma la posizione non è cattiva(In realtà non c'è una buona scena/nessun posto perfetto in Dalat) Il bagno era buono, ma il resto era così per me.

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

La posizione è eccellente.Il personale è amichevole. I coni sono di piccole dimensioni di toaletta. Non c'è molto spazio per girare una volta all'interno e sarà un disastro per gli ospiti sovrappeso. Il suo design di due porte di slitta che si chiudono al punto diagonale non è ammirabile e le porte di slitta sono quasi chiuse! La parte peggiore? Le luci del bagno passano attraverso la porta del vetro (anche se progettate per essere smarrite) separandola dalla camera da letto!! Forse è buono per una persona, ma sicuramente non per due per condividere! Evitate di tornare.

Spesso devo tornare a Dalat per l'attività. I viaggi di lavoro brevi o lunghi sono spesso prenotati dal personale amministrativo della società, e di solito prenota in hotel nel centro della città, vicino al mercato Da Lat. Per la prima volta, rimasi ancora nella mia abitudine, ma poi mi sentivo un po' ... sprecato, quando sono arrivato a DL, ma ero in un luogo che non era molto diverso da Hanoi o SG - hotel urbani, senza le loro caratteristiche proprie di DL. Così ho deciso di trovare un hotel con le sue caratteristiche, ma ancora assicurarmi che non sia troppo lontano dal centro (1 numero di belle alberghi/domicili, natura ma vicino alla zona del lago Tuyen Lam, molto lontano dal centro - circa 10 km, Adatto per il relax, non adatto per viaggi d'affari) & nel bilancio dell'azienda di circa 800K o sotto. Hoang Loc è davvero la scelta giusta, rendendo i miei viaggi d'affari non più stanchi e dolci ma hanno un po' più gusto. L'area giardino delle piante D-aromate è molto carina e bella. L'ospite deve essere molto attento a prendersi cura di ogni pianta e oggetti. Il personale è molto entusiasta e carino e soprattutto tutti chiamati Linh, molto carino ^^ Se hai bisogno di colazione, puoi ordinare separatamente. Il menu non è troppo ricco, ma è una buona scelta se si vuole sperimentare la sensazione di colazione davanti al giardino verde di mattina, sentire qualcosa ... Very Da Lat ...

Punti buoni: 1. Posizione: Vicino al centro della città, ma allo stesso tranquillo di notte. 10 minuti a piedi al mercato notturno. Vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. 2. Amichevole personale 3. Il personale dell'hotel trasferirà il vettore nella stanza. Si prega di spiegare l'uso delle strutture in camera. Mi sono assegnata al terzo piano, ma c'è una grande finestra e una grande porta nella stanza e nel bagno. È possibile vedere la vista aperta e il senso di apertura è il migliore. This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that...
