It's the second time I stayed at this hotel, nice room with great view to the valley. Hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful with great smile.

We are in love with this hotel. From the lobby to the room, their service are excellent. The breakfast is wonderful, you can enjoy your breakfast with the beautiful Dalat city view. The most incredible thing about this hotel is there is a hot water swimming pool, my kids really enjoy themselves so much after a day of traveling. Reasonable price with this kind of 4 stars hotel. We will definitely come back again! ❤️

super near to bus station, about 7 mins by walking. lovely hotel which provides high tea & great breakfast. Dalat is a place u can see flowers all over.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Room is clean and deco is nice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Daily breakfast is good. Staff from counter check in to service staff in the morning breakfast are friendly and made our stay so pleasant. Highly recommend to any travellers to stay in this hotel when in Dalat.

Very nice and classy place to stay. The staff are gracious, kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicous and afternoon tea is nice as well. Would recommend the beautiful view of the city offered by rooms 505 / 605 / 705 / 805 on the northeast corner of the building. We would come back to the Goldient if visiting Dalat again!

Amazing hotel! The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was very nice as well.

Pretty bad hotel. Very noisy rooms. There was no hot water, it took them 1.5 hours to fix. Next morning again there was no warm water. Pretty useless for having a bath. The breakfast was not very good. Also the automatic door opening thing broke during our stay. Staff hardly spoke any English.

Please avoid staying this hotel unless you would like to stay with ‘ghost’. I stayed here for 4 days. First night, I found the hair dryer broken and informed to hotel staff. The staff blamed me breaking the hair dryer. I just checked in and first used it, how come the hotel blamed me like this. Second night, I went out hotel early morning at around 8am and came back hotel at around 4pm. The staff complained me there is iron marking on somewhere white background. The funniest thing is there is no iron provided in the hotel room unless hotel guests request it. Last day when I checked out the hotel, the staff told me I needed to pay some additional charge for consuming and taking snacks provided in the room. But I DIDNOT take it at all. Thus, what I could conclude is there is ‘ghost’ doing these. Korean language is translated through Google Translate. 한국어는 Google 번역을 통해 번역됩니다. The vibe is good, breakfast is also pretty good.
