Hotel was really clean and comfortable , near central dalat also stuff was really kindly and good English

새벽 비행이라 아침까지 아니고 밤에 체크아웃할 생각으로 예얃했는데요~ 위치는 콜린 앞이라 아주 좋았구요 리셉션 직원분이 영어 능통하셔서 의사소통 무리 없습니다 야시장 바로 뒤라 접근성도 좋아요 0.5박 숙소로 추천드려요

좋네요 이 정도 가격에 이렇게 좋게 머물 수 있는 것도 흔치 않습니다. 카운터 분들 모두 친절하셨고 영어도 가능하셔서 묵는 데 불편함 없었습니다

성인남성 두명이라 투윈배드를 예약했다. 1층 01호 리셉션 바로 옆에 있는 방이다. 옆방의 떠드는 소리가 바로 들린다. 방안 가구위와 구석에 먼지가 많이 쌓여 잠자기가 불안하다. 바이크를 직접 랜트해준다. 하루 130,000VND 반나절 80,000VND

괜찮았음. 위치가 가장 좋았음. 친절했음.

Good location,Hotel near shopping market,restaurant,coffee shop,it easy to walk around to shopping or eating. Staff very friendly and helpful to support me on arrival date.Room is clean,good price.Great trip.

I have chosen 1 star, but given the option it would be 0. We checked into this hotel, we booked a 2 bedroom “penthouse”. We had read reviews about the cleanliness, so made contact several times prior to our stay to ask the hotel to ensure the room was clean. We were asked to pay for our stay on arrival which we did. When we got into the “penthouse” it was extremely dirty. The kitchen backsplash had what appeared to be cooking splatter that had been smeared and food left in the cupboards and fridge. There was mould in the bathrooms including on the tiles, roof and a blind, handprints on the glass bathroom door and mirrors. There was a stench in the room. We decided we could not stay. When we went to reception to advise the room was not clean, the gentleman behind the desk did not want to hear our complaints and refused to come to the room with us so we could show him what our concerns were, even blaming us for the dirtiness. He was very defensive and rude. Other guests arrived at the hotel and told us he needed to check them in first before dealing with us. He spoke about the cancellation policy which we asked him to explain and he told us to read it, but would not tell us where we could find it. He continued to refute everything we said and then told us we were being rude and that we were in his country. I found this deeply offensive as very regular travelers to Vietnam for over 10 years. He made us cancel our booking on the booking platform which was before the cancellation deadline, we then worked out it was probably because we couldn’t post a review, before offering to refund 2 of our 3 night stay. WARNING Do not stay here

The location is excellent, steps from the main market and down the stairs to the night market. The first night we were stuck in a room on the main floor off the lobby. It was windowless and grim. We got moved to an upstairs room with a window and it was a much better experience. Good value. Just avoid the rooms off the lobby.
