Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good and dishes look super clean. Room is spacious but outdated. It much be more impressive if it looks newer. We couldn’t open the window during our stay to get some fresh air because it’s always smoky outside.

A little bland at first; with dated lighting, bathrooms and dining areas seeming,y out of another era. But staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the buffet breakfast included in your room is off the chain. Pool is a little strange as it doubles as the banquet hall and was out of service when there is an event on. Great location, super close to many city center attractions including the night market.

시설들이 되게 낡았지만 좋아요. 직원들은 친절하지만 세탁비용을 더 청구했네요. 위치는 야시장까지 걸어갈만하고 위생은 그저그래요. 조식 맛도 그저그렇지만 공짜니까!

직원들 친절하고 객실이 청결합니다. 달랏야시장 가까워요. 따뜻한물 잘 나오지만 배수가 조금 느리답니다. 방음이 조금 아쉽지만 다음에 또 오고 싶을만큼 만족했어요^^

에어컨이 있고 청결한 호텔을 찾아서 예약했어요. 오래되서 시설은 낡았고 흡연실이 같은 층에 있는지 담배냄새가 자꾸 들어왔어요. 벌레는 없었지만 완전히 청결하다고 하기에도 애매합니다 ㅎㅎ 그래도 가성비있고 직원들 능숙하고 무엇보다 에어컨이 있어서 우기에 하루이틀 머물기 괜찮아요. 소음은 제 주변에 한국분들이 머물렀는데 복도소리만 좀 들리고 괜찮았습니다. 참 룸서비스로 먹은 쌀국수가 조미료 맛 많이 안 나고 야채나 고기도 좋았습니다. 조식도 다른 달랏 호텔에 비해 우수한 편인거 같아요. 잘 머물고 갑니다.

Pictures don't describe the run down details of this hotel! Don't be fooled. I will say the room was large and the bed was comfortable....the rest needs attention. Service was terrible. There's only one restaurant, the other is closed as well as the bar which is mis-advertised. The restaurant quality was poor as well as the warm beer they tried to serve. The fridge in the room did not work at all, and no cold water available. Water damage and mold on the walls in room and hallways. Supposed to be non-smoking, but ashtrays with a clear no-smoking sign in hallways were full of butts....overpriced considering these issues! Upon trying to find a new place to stay, I can also say that Dalats hotels seem pretty rundown in general and wouldn't expect much more.

깨끗하고 친절했어요

시내에 위치하고, 주변 관광지 에가기 용이하고 객실이 깨끗하고 다랏에 있는호텔중 아주깨끗하고 에어컨 이 있어 낮에 잘사용 했습니다. 그리고 룸스비스 가격도 저렴해서 피곤하고 귀찮앟을때 아주요긴하게 잘이용하였습니다.

鏡子對床；浴缸的排水有問題

Overall the hotel is okay, I had a good sleep over the night. The cleanliness is okay, bathroom can be more clean but in general is still acceptable. Location is also good, but breakfast variety quite limited.
