Hotel Ganga Sagar

Reception was good, flush didn’t work and had to call reception and they suggested to keep the flush pressing for a while and it works. Not a standard to use washroom and hold the flush for 2 min to get it flushed. Ordered pane-er pulav, received the order with pulav soaking in oil, literally i could take 2-3 tea spoons of oil out of the rice at the booth and 2 more tea spoons from the rice. Called reception to talk about the food and a person came and said rice will be with oil. Where the hell in the world would a human being eat food soaked in oil. Took it back and replaced it with a better pulav and chef called to apologize about the previous pulav. Suggestion to management when it is something at fault, pols accept and apologize rather than trying to bluff customers saying pulav will be with oil.

Location is near to airport but quite away from city. But it more than compensated in terms of stay ( value for money) and good food at reasonable price. Stay is friendly.

Location is 15 min from ix e and pleasant location. Quick service, excellent food and amenities than any other hotels in kt k i stayed.

Room was clean and service was also good. Food quality was excellent, staff was co-operative. Overall stay was very comfortable

They have not extended the time if our check in would be late they won’t consider at all have to pay half of half money if its extends 1 hr as well

Location was good close to airport, and mangalore city is also close by. Food was decent. As i am a vegetarian did not get a chance to try meals, but breakfast served as complimentary was decent enough. Amenities are good.
