Superb hotel with spacious rooms- clean, comfortable warming welcome by the great staff in duty. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in mangalore after I left to UK 18 years ago without the heed of hotel. Adyaar plaza is one of the greatest choice Nice restaurants and public transportation to get to the heart of the city which is vibrant. Breakfast at Annapurna was excellent and room door service by Raju was great. Raju is extremely hardworking and well attendee Reception staffs are great and knowledgeable that takes you through the checkout procedure waiver as before. I have been given all the information during my stay to visit all places around mangalore. Cleaners were attentive and details are magnificent. Water running all time and hit when needed, the hot water works excellently There was no problems in getting any help. The internet is fast and accessible in all the rooms. The room sizes are magnificent and large with larger beds. The water bottle is eco friendly, clean and tasty and it was a great compliment unlike any other hotels. Everything is available at the rooms and TV is fantastic that displays all channel. The location is memorable and marvellous and windows are great in rooms. Bathrooms are location The checkout procedure are great Lifts are spacious and safer to use. I can definitely recommend the rooms to all my friends from England. The manager is friendly and Intelligent Highly Recommend UK

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel ganga sagar in mangalore for four days, and i must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the modern amenities added a touch of luxury to the stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to various attractions and local markets. Un buon hotel vicino al tempio di Dharmasthala. I tassi sono sul lato superiore ma vale il denaro. Il ristorante è anche buono. Il cibo è delizioso e i tassi sono ragionevoli. Il personale è anche cortese. Dal momento che è a sei chilometri dal tempio di Dharmasthala, è necessario avere il proprio veicolo o la macchina turistica. Non potevo vedere nessun Auto. Ha anche un spa. Se vuoi rimanere in un hotel senza il rumore intorno al tempio, allora è questo.

UUtente ospiteThe place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. The ambience throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect setting for our event. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious, and though we kept the menu simple to fit within our budget, it was well-prepared and enjoyed by all. The service was prompt and professional, enhancing the overall experience. Overall, AJ Grand Elite made our get-together memorable, and we’d definitely recommend it for future events!”

One of the best, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are fresh and clean. The washrooms are just amazingly maintained and very clean. The hotel staff from the receiption, room service to the restaurant staff are very courteous. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. It is located at the centre of the city and is accessible to the airport, railway station and the bus stop very easily. The hotel is very economically priced and the food is surprisingly also very economically priced for such a big four star hotel. I would love to stay here everytime I come to Mangalore.

UUtente ospiteLocation was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

Do not book this hotel and waste your money like we did. Learnt it the hard way. The only decent thing about it is that it is near to railway station. It is a completely rundown hotel. We unfortunately booked the hotel by seeing other reviews, but we ran out of the hotel just 15 minutes after checking in. We had booked the junior suite and the room was very small and nothing like a suite. The sofa did not have sponges in them and we could almost feel the wooden structure underneath us. They had just sprayed the room with hit so there were dead cockroaches all over the room corners and underneath the tables. I am sure if we had stayed the night, we would have seen alive cockroaches as well. The corridors outside the rooms are dingy with no light and dirty and smelly. Just outside our room was a laundry room where the cleaners sat and ate and slept openly (Yes we saw all this in the 15 minutes we were there) and there were dirty beds kept outside on corridors. This place is not value for money in any sense. We lost our money but you guys don't. Learn from us and do not book this place. There are lot of good options in Mangalore.
