Gli unici aspetti positivi dell'hotel sono la posizione, il servizio del personale della reception e il design moderno. Tuttavia, tutte le altre cose possono ancora essere migliorate. La stanza ha un odore molto sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. È disgustoso e non può essere rimosso anche se accendi l'aria condizionata alla massima potenza o usi i profumi. Anche il servizio di pulizia è insoddisfacente, i pavimenti sono sporchi e le lenzuola non sono state cambiate una volta ogni 6 giorni, anche se abbiamo chiesto loro di cambiarle. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il servizio SPA dell'hotel, il che è stato terribile. La massaggiatrice non era professionale, il massaggio è stato molto doloroso e il giorno successivo ci ha provocato dei lividi. Hanno anche usato i loro telefoni e hanno parlato a voce molto alta durante il servizio. Indossavano anche le MIE pantofole! Così disgustoso! Alla fine abbiamo pagato l'intero importo e hanno iniziato a chiedere mance. Ma non volevamo dare consigli, dato che non eravamo affatto soddisfatti (anzi torturati). Ma hanno letteralmente preso i soldi dalle mani del mio ragazzo. Che c@#…??? Mi sono lamentato con l'hotel, ma non hanno fatto nulla. Quindi non andare al massaggio se non vuoi essere molestato e derubato.

An Exceptional Stay in Da Nang – Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless—this is hospitality at its finest! The room I stayed in was on the 10th floor, and the industrial-style interior design immediately stood out. Its modern, minimalist aesthetic with cool tones created a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, making it the perfect escape during the hot summer. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fresh scent made it even more inviting. One of the standout features of this hotel is the included breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast, in particular, was sublime. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience that set the tone for the rest of my day. The variety, presentation, and quality were second to none. If you’re a breakfast lover, you’ll be in heaven here! The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more ideal, especially for a first-time visitor like me. It’s a dream for convenience: the beach is right in front, street massage parlors are located just behind, and some of the best seafood spots (like Be Ni 2) are within walking distance. While Be Ni 2 requires a bit of a stroll, it’s worth every step for the phenomenal seafood. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a room or suite above the 20th floor. While my 10th-floor room was fantastic, light traffic noise could occasionally be heard. Higher floors would likely offer an even more serene experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. Upon arrival, the reception team welcomed me warmly, seated me, and carefully explained all the terms and conditions. A special mention must go to Miss Hoa Pham, the Guest Relations Officer, who made my stay unforgettable. She personally escorted me to my room and impressed me with her professionalism and deep knowledge of the hotel. When I asked for recommendations on sightseeing, she went above and beyond, providing me with detailed suggestions that ensured my trip was fully planned and stress-free. Miss Pham’s dedication and kindness were simply exceptional. My entire stay was nothing short of amazing. From the incredible staff to the ideal location, this hotel delivered a world-class experience in every way. I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. If you’re planning a trip to Da Nang, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. It’s a true gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟

we arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery. After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery. My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming. The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay. The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it. The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim..... But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus. Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

My partner and I stayed in the King City View room, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city skyline – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was comfortable, and we felt right at home during our stay. A special mention goes to the hotel restaurant – the food was delicious, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The quality and variety of the dishes exceeded our expectations, making it a great choice for meals during our stay. We are extremely happy with the hotel. The hotel is new and stylish. A free upgrade to the beautiful beach front room was a present surprise when we checked in. The gym, swimming pool & spa are decent and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and rooftop bar are nice. Out of all, we really appreciated the services of the staffs. They were very helpful and spoke good English. We ended up booking one more night to stay during our trip. Two thumbs up for Radisson Red…highly recommended!
