We have a plan to maintain the swimming pool so we have informed and apologized to you when guests check in. The maintenance only took place for 2 days and is already usable. Please rest assured that we are investigating these issues to resolve them promptly. Additionally, we are actively working to improve our breakfast service and staff's English proficiency.We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we take your opinion seriously.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
