Ho effettuato la prenotazione corretta, ma mi hanno detto di pagare un costo aggiuntivo, quindi ho litigato per oltre 30 minuti. La mia pronuncia inglese non è buona, quindi non sapevo cosa dire... Veramente… Alla fine ho detto che non era stato un mio errore e sono rimasto, ma non mi sentivo molto bene... So che ovviamente hai prenotato una stanza con finestra, ma non ce n'è una, giusto? Così ahah.. Il servizio della reception è il peggiore La stanza è spaziosa Solo la stanza ahah.

Il servizio dell'hotel è terribile, non importa con quanto anticipo prenoti. Non possono essere rimborsati, anche se viene fornito un certificato di positività al COVID-19. Inoltre, non puoi vedere che non puoi annullare l'iscrizione nella pagina di prenotazione della camera. Puoi vederlo solo nella pagina successiva. Inoltre, per confondere i consumatori, alcune camere possono essere cancellate e altre no. Non prenotare un hotel con un servizio così scadente, e immagino che sarà lo stesso se ci andrai.

Excellent hotel,within walking distance from the railway station, clean and cozy room, courteous and professional staff.

Great price, good views overlooking the city and even Dragon Bridge at a distance. Grab is affordable and very convenient so one can go around easily with it. The breakfast buffet is good with something different each day. The amenities include the room are sufficient. I enjoy my 3-night stay overall.

Located in the city centre and a bit far from the beach. So it may not be your choice if going to the beach is your reason for visiting Danang. The hotel is not exactly “luxurious” but fair enough for the price and it is also close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay esp Culrural Center with nice Vietnamese coffee n ambience. Very clean n quiet. Living among the locals. Will return

Very nice stuff and great room, view is very beautiful and the shower was really comfortable. Breakfast was the best one we had in Vietnam.

Subject: Thank you for your kind assistance My name is Tommy. I am a tourist come from Hong Kong. I am writing to thank you for two persons namely Hoai Phan (General Manager) and Linh Phan (Front Office Manager) who are working in G8 Luxury Hotel, Da Nang. Unfortunately, my brother passed away since 7 Mar 2024 early morning at Da Nang Hospital suddenly. When I was feeling terrified, overwhelmed and upset, i really lucky to met two angels in there. Despite Linh Phan is busy at work, she just drop everything and rushed to hospital with me. As i don’t know how to speak in Vietnamese. Also, i don’t understood the procedures for the documentations, but Linh Phan kindly help me and guild me to achieved the death certificate and doctor's report from the hospital then call Vietnamese Embassy to follow up the subsequently. I am very impressed that she has sacrificed her time to solve my problems. Hoai Phan also introduced a good agent for me which handle local cremation and the document translations. As the result, we successfully bring the ashes back to Hong Kong. i am appreciate their support which provided me all kinds of assistance. Otherwise, i am very satisfied hotel service and highly recommend G8 Luxury Hotel to everyone.

Basic hotel, not so luxurious. Easily accessible by grab ride.

Very good hotel! Perfectly clean, the stuff is very nice. The breakfast was also very good. The taxi and excursions offers they have are more expensive than the average.

I didn't sleep that good because I could hear the noise from outside. But I still enjoyed my stay here. Love the food

Love the location although the room is not sound proof. Can hear heavy traffic at 5am onwards and late at night. Would prefer a non road facing roomz
