Great hotel with lovely views of the ocean. Staff is helpful and friendly and speaks good English. The rooms and bath were spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was superb with one of the best spreads, with many kinds of food for you to choose from the different stations. The pool & gym is great for a workout and and the rooftop bar is a great place for you to chill and relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice mattress and good welcoming from the staff. It’s a little overrated compared to nearby facilities.

Everything is perfect. Only thing that needed to be adjusted is the venue for breakfast, you might need to wait to be seated during peak hours. Hotel has the note in the room about this as well

The hotel is immaculately clean and boasts a beautiful view. However, it is situated a bit far from the beach, making it a bit of a hike to get there on foot.

The room is comfortable and very nice view. Location is not in the main town area which is nice because less noise from the road. They also have free popcorn and ice cream for bonvoy members but they forget to gave us the welcome drink which is ok we didn’t complain. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was good enough,we had a nice view of the ocean from our room and the staff were helpful and nice, it was also a good location for visiting Lady Buddha and go to restaurants by the beach and the airport. The breakfast buffet was also great, we enjoyed the food.However, the walls were not soundproof, we could hear the TV from the other rooms the first night and struggled to sleep. We could also hear them leaving their rooms, the busy lifts sound at peak hours for breakfast! Also, the firealarm light flashes all day and night in the centre of the room,it can be very annoying when you're used to complete black out rooms. Overall, it was fine, but there's room for improvement.

The hotel is very convenient and close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a very nice sea view. The buffet breakfast is excellent, there are a wide variety of items to choose. To take this opportunity , I would like to thank for the team prepared a cake for my husband's birthday and decorate the room nicely. We enjoyed very much in staying at Four Points by Sheraton last week. We will come back to stay at this hotel again.

facilities are dated. very smelly and humid. breakfast buffet and service well done, however, it was an uncomfortable stay. very slow elevator so recommended to stay on the lower floor.
