Not easy to find as the map only shown Z hotel instead Pillow & Swing. The room quite spacious. But, The room near to air compressor, noise from that corridor quite loud. Others, facilities okay

Smooth communication with the receptionist (night shift), he knew well about customer service as a frontline. The accomodation provided is very good but one think bothered me is the running water from the water tap is slow. Management should check regarding this matter. Need to improve the cleanliness because on the desk that the hotel provides electric kettle and mug are very dusty. I believed the cleaning team didn't check these area since not all customer will be using it.

Room was neat and clean with air conditioner working well. top-notch amenities, and attentive staff 🥰the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

Value for money. Room is clean and cozy. Just nice for a short trip. A lot of nearby restaurants. Parking is very difficult during lunch or peak periods. During evening and night time, it much easier to find parking at flat rate of RM8 per nite.

Try to improve bed furniture, get many squeak² when moving around. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a night. Quiet surroundings as well.
