La migliore esperienza dell'hotel per me in tutti i miei viaggi. Il detto che si ottiene quello che ha pagato è così accurato. Sì, è prezioso rimanere qui, ma il ragazzo vale la pena. Questo hotel è davvero un paradiso e un oasi per il vostro lungo giorno di viaggio e di cammino. In primo luogo, l'hotel è bellissimo e situato in centro. Ci sono tante attività e strutture che gli ospiti possono partecipare all'hotel. Abbiamo fatto il tour dell'hotel e interagisce con il bambino alpaca. In secondo luogo, la stanza e le strutture fornite in quella stanza erano così attentamente in tutto. Il cibo durante il colazione era grande e ci sono varietà. Ma ciò che questo hotel mi rende veramente visibile è il personale. Dalle bellboy, ai desktop frontali e ai server... tutti i membri del personale hanno curato tutti gli ospiti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il nostro pick-up alla stazione ferroviaria (non c'è colpa dell'hotel o di noi), ma erano molto scusati e il personale voleva assicurarsi che fossimo tutti bene. In tutto. , se avete i soldi da spendere.. resta qui. E' stata una grande esperienza di due notti per mio marito e per me.

Dal sito di un antico monastero gesuita è stato ricavato un grande hotel che gravita intorno ai meravigliosi chiostri. Il servizio è ineccepibile e la location perfetta per visitare l'antica capitale inca. Da segnalare gli arredi con quadri di santi e religiosi e la meravigliosa cappella.

Ci sono molti posti bellissimi per soggiornare a Cusco, ma questo è davvero lussuoso e unico. Situato in un edificio storico, la struttura e l'organizzazione dell'hotel è spettacolare. Ci sono molti giardini per esplorare, meravigliosi spazi pubblici per assorbire la storia e la splendore, e un personale incredibile con calda e ospitalità peruviana felice di servirvi. Ci sono bellissime scene da prendere in ogni turno, e le camere degli ospiti sono grandi e invitanti. Ci siamo fermati qui per due notti, così potevamo passare il tempo libero di godere della proprietà. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante, che era eccellente.

Ottimo: buon colazione; un'atmosfera storica e un hotel visibile; buona atteggiamento di servizio Mancanza: l'indirizzo deve essere cambiato; la reception è relativamente professionale e ingiusto (che problemi si incontrerà con qualcosa che si vuole fare in questo hotel, e si stima che alcuni dipendenti cercheranno di raccomandare la responsabilità); il buco è piccolo e quasi cadere; Il tipo di camera di base sembra essere in un edificio oscuro. Non riesco a capire perché dovrebbe essere progettato in questo modo. È molto suite nell'edificio principale e nella sala luminosa;

Stayed 3 nights with friends and greatly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the hotel looked super cool, they had free coca tea (10/10 recommend trying), and the breakfast was also available to-go if you had an early morning day trip. Shoutout to Gilbert from room service who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful during my first day in Cusco while I was suffering from altitude sickness and stuck in my room. Keep in mind that almost all hotels in Cusco only enable the heaters for a window of time: in our case, this was 7pm to 7am which was perfectly cozy for the night, and we never had any issue during the day since we were either outside or the weather was warm. The hotel has lots of hot water for showering which was a great relief after a long day outside (this not something that is guaranteed throughout Cusco hotels).

Il nostro soggiorno a Casa de Mayte è stato incredibile! Il personale è molto accogliente e parla buon inglese. Il desk front può aiutare a pianificare e prenotare i vostri tour e guide molto facilmente. Le viste dal quarto piano erano solo respirare. Ogni giorno si sveglia alla vista di Cusco e delle sue belle montagne! Il posto comprende un delizioso colazione, letti fluffy, wifi e tutto il resto che avresti bisogno. Mi sono innamorato di questo posto e sarei sicuramente tornato presto! Grazie mille :)

We stayed at Casa Andina San Blas during our recent trip to visit Cusco and The Sacred Valley. The hotel location was great; higher on the mountain and within walking distance of boutiques and nice restaurants. At night when you walked around the streets you could see the twinkling lights from homes further up on the hill. The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful and our double twin bedroom was clean and spacious. We chose to only eat fruit at the breakfast area since we prefered to visit a local cafe near the main square. Families with small children will need to be careful walking around (and with strollers) since the streets in Cusco are very narrow and pedestrians need to move to accommodate oncoming one way traffic.

*L'hotel è in città. Vicino alla piazza della città, la cattedrale di Cusco e alcuni luoghi turistici. Ci sono anche farmacia, parlore di massaggio, ristoranti vicino. *Il receptionista, al mattino, guardando cinese con specs, era così bello. Ci aiuta in ogni modo possibile. Ho appena dimenticato il suo nome. *Ascensore/Ascensore è dal suolo al quarto piano. Se la tua stanza è al quinto piano, devi salire un po' di sopra. *La TV e il frigo sono disponibili all'interno della stanza. Asciugacapelli non funzionano. Il riscaldamento non può essere controllato all'interno della stanza e è disponibile solo a notte. Ci è un bagno. Nessun bidet. Nessun caldo all'interno della stanza. Nell'area del lobby sono disponibili acqua calda e tè. *Il colazione è buono. Sono disponibili pane, burro, giovenche, omelete, frutta, cereali, latte, yogurt, succhi freschi. A mio parere, l'hotel è 7/10. Rimase solo pochi giorni, ma era buono perché non eravamo all'interno dell'hotel tutto il tempo.
