Ottimo: buon colazione; un'atmosfera storica e un hotel visibile; buona atteggiamento di servizio Mancanza: l'indirizzo deve essere cambiato; la reception è relativamente professionale e ingiusto (che problemi si incontrerà con qualcosa che si vuole fare in questo hotel, e si stima che alcuni dipendenti cercheranno di raccomandare la responsabilità); il buco è piccolo e quasi cadere; Il tipo di camera di base sembra essere in un edificio oscuro. Non riesco a capire perché dovrebbe essere progettato in questo modo. È molto suite nell'edificio principale e nella sala luminosa;

Di passaggio da Cusco nel nostro tour in Perù, ci asilo appoggiati a questa struttura per rimanere nel centro della città. L'accoglienza è stata delle migliori, ci hanno fatto accomodare, hanno ritirato bagagli e documenti e mentre espletavano il check in per noi, ci hanno offerto un tea. Le camere non sono enormi ma tutte dotate di ogni comfort. Molta pulizia, ordine e grande cortesia del personale. Ottima anche la colazione al mattino con un buffet decisamente completo.

La migliore esperienza dell'hotel per me in tutti i miei viaggi. Il detto che si ottiene quello che ha pagato è così accurato. Sì, è prezioso rimanere qui, ma il ragazzo vale la pena. Questo hotel è davvero un paradiso e un oasi per il vostro lungo giorno di viaggio e di cammino. In primo luogo, l'hotel è bellissimo e situato in centro. Ci sono tante attività e strutture che gli ospiti possono partecipare all'hotel. Abbiamo fatto il tour dell'hotel e interagisce con il bambino alpaca. In secondo luogo, la stanza e le strutture fornite in quella stanza erano così attentamente in tutto. Il cibo durante il colazione era grande e ci sono varietà. Ma ciò che questo hotel mi rende veramente visibile è il personale. Dalle bellboy, ai desktop frontali e ai server... tutti i membri del personale hanno curato tutti gli ospiti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il nostro pick-up alla stazione ferroviaria (non c'è colpa dell'hotel o di noi), ma erano molto scusati e il personale voleva assicurarsi che fossimo tutti bene. In tutto. , se avete i soldi da spendere.. resta qui. E' stata una grande esperienza di due notti per mio marito e per me.

Albergo bellissimo, assolutamente suggestivo e rilassante. In un antico monastero ancora con quadri d’epoca e musica sacra di sottofondo. Ogni giorno grandi mazzi di meravigliosi fiori freschi. E che dire del personale? Tutti adorabili e sempre disponibili per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Anche il cibo molto buono. Dopo una lunga camminata ho deciso di fare un massaggio e non me ne sono pentita, mani sapienti ed esperte in una piccola spa mi hanno donato grande relax. Assolutamente da provare!

We have stayed at several luxury hotels but the Belmond Palacio Nazarenes is at the top of the list. Because it was recently renovated, the Nazarenas surpasses its sister hotel the Monasterio by far. The detailed artwork, authentic colonial interiors, is exquisite but the hotel is extraordinary bc it marries modern amenities that make guests want to return. Every room has oxygen piped in so altitude sickness is not an issue. The location is superb bc it’s minutes away from the center of town but extremely quiet. The Palacio Nazarenas was a highlight of our trip to Peru, Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley.

Quando siamo tornati da Machu Pichu tardi pomeriggio con un sacco di vestiti in attesa di servizio di lavanderia, un altro personale, Milton mi ha aiutato a fornire un negozio di lavanderia per un servizio espresso, così che avevo i vestiti puliti per il mio prossimo destino. Per un viaggiatore non spagnolo, Ruth e Milton parlano fluente inglese che ha certamente aiutato a alleviare lo stress degli ospiti stranieri quando incontrano problemi.

For the price this is a good hotel. The bed was comfortable and front desk staff friendly and helpful, responding promptly to requests. However there were a number of issues which prevent a 5 star review. The shower temperature was a nightmare - it was impossible to get a consistent temp - one minute fine then freezing then scalding. Service at breakfast was very average. At busy times they had insufficient staff so we ended up having to locate and help ourselves to coffee and tea. You could order eggs and omelettes but this was not offered immediately and my husband had to chase his order on at least 2 occasions. The hotel location is very central and handy but the street it is on is noisy and polluted and on the Saturday night sleep without earplugs would have been impossible due to the loud music locally.

Three stars given for the positives: Excellent location , walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed. Excellent hot water and water pressure . Economical price. This is a 2 star hotel however , so just be prepared for a few hassles. It is very loud for sleeping , bring ear plugs. All the rooms surround an open courtyard so every door opening sounds like a gun shot . The included breakfast is hardly enough to feed a small child. (If you want an actual breakfast you have to pay extra.) the building is very cold and dark all the time , the lights are literally never on. And the front door is always locked at all times of the day so you have to ring a loud bell (which of course can be heard by all the rooms ) . The staff was overall friendly and helpful, some much more so than others. I asked for a glass of water , looking at pitchers of water in the kitchen area, and after arguing with me about having to buy a bottle the older manager lady poured me a small glass. And then that night I asked the night guy for a glass of water before bed and his manager made a point to tell the staff not to give me a glass of water. I understand water costs money but this seemed over the top and the very opposite of hospitality. That combined with the attitude they gave me left a very bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. Maybe spend a few bucks more and get a better experience elsewhere

L'hotel ci piaceva molto, perché erano molto ben organizzati e professionali. La posizione è la migliore, a 5 minuti dalla Plaza de Armas e da tutte le altre attrazioni principali. La stanza era pulita, il riscaldamento era in camera, il bagno era pulito e tutto funzionava perfettamente. Poiché abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza all'interno, la nostra stanza era anche tranquilla e non si poteva sentire il traffico. La colazione è molto diversa e anche inizia da 4am...you può avere un snack prima di lasciare per un track. Consigliere!

Unbelievably kind service. The entire staff was so warm and helpful every step of the way. The hotel rooms are small but very clean and neat. The hotel is centrally located and made it easy to walk around the city. There is a fire pit and coffee station. It’s a simple hotel and is the perfect place to stay in Cusco. Loved their breakfast offerings. They even packed a breakfast to go when we had to leave early for a day tour.
