We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Top notch in service from check-in to check out. Kudos to Enrique who demonstrate an excellent service and Jesus who explain very well about the hotel and room amenities. They are always accommodating when you need help. Best location in Cusco. Will definitely book again this hotel when I come back to Cusco.

Perfect location, beautiful historical property, amazing facilities. The breakfast was outstanding. Close walk to most attractions. Will definitely stay here agai

Location is very convenient and there supply the oxygen quite good that can be release any sickness.

Best hotel in Cusco! We also stayed at the Palacio del Inka but preferred JW Marriott El Convento. They have an amazing breakfast every day, room service was super tasty and spa facilities are fantastic. Location is super central.

Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I had altitude sickness and they kept checking in on me, whenever you call the hotel for oxygen they show up within minutes to assist you with getting more oxygen and whatever you need. Location is superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Cusco next time!

石畳の街を歩き、重厚な扉をくぐった瞬間、まるで時がゆるやかにほどけていくようでした。古い修道院を改装したホテルは、荘厳でありながらも温かく、石壁に灯る柔らかな光が旅人をやさしく迎えてくれます。 チェックインの時に感じた標高の高さも、スタッフの細やかな気配りと、ロビーに漂う落ち着いた香りに包まれていると、すっと軽くなるような気がしました。中庭のアーチを見上げると、過去と現在が静かに重なり合い、クスコという街そのものの魂に触れているようでした。 部屋に入ると、静けさの中に漂う温もりが心を落ち着かせてくれます。窓の外に広がる石造りの街並みは、日ごとに違う表情を見せ、夜には星々がひときわ近く輝いていました。 ここで過ごした時間は、ただの宿泊ではなく、心を深く潤す体験。古の気配と現代の快適さが溶け合う空間で、旅の一瞬一瞬が大切な思い出へと変わっていきました。

這是我住過最差的萬豪，第一天入住居然是地下室的房間，有一個象徵性的窗户，外面是地下室的牆！明顯忽悠人，訂房的時候完全沒有提示，第二次入住等到下午三點多才有房間，號稱給安排最好的四樓！其實衹有一個袖珍小窗户，但是，很怪異的是三樓的房檐伸出2米，並且上翹，幾乎擋住四樓窗户，四樓客人什麼也看不見！這麼奇葩的酒店讓人無話可説，住過的人絕對不會再來

房間不大，但全屋充氧所以睡得不錯。早餐可以，最值得的是院子裏的可愛又乾淨的小羊駝隨便摸。入住時記得和前台要羊駝玩偶哦！

地理位置優越，建築也很有特色，非常不錯的入住體驗，值得推薦！特別是酒店的一些細節和可以參加的有趣的活動，很不錯👍

酒店環境真心不錯，位置也很好，離太陽神廟和武器廣場都不遠。讓人不可思議的是攜程第一晚給我們定了地下一層，經交涉，第二次入住換到了一層。視野不行就算了，房間裏的物品也是不同檔次。這麼貴的酒店，攜程還耍這種手段，能坑就坑，這也要賺差價嗎😱

酒店有大量大家實際上在地下室，完全看不見任何東西，窗户衹是一個擺設，緊貼窗户就是地下室的牆，而最高的4樓，號稱奢華房，因為三樓的屋頂向外伸出2米，並且上翹，導致窗户衹能看見一點天，完全看不見庭院，非常奇葩，但是訂房的時候沒有任何提示，前台幫忙訂車比自己叫車貴至少7、8倍，慎重考慮
