L'hotel era relativamente buono e accettabile, ho avuto un problema con la mia prenotazione e mi hanno fatto perdere l'evento per cui sono andato a Cuernavaca, a causa dell'applicazione per cui ho fatto la prenotazione, Mi hanno detto che avevo cancellato e che avrei portato via le mie cose, vi ho mostrato le lettere e i messaggi dove dicevo che era confermato e una signora con messaggi da Whatsapp diceva che ci avrebbero portati via, che il rimborso sarebbe caduto dopo e che non era affare di lei, Le persone dell'hotel erano troppo in grado di andare in camera con persone di sicurezza per uscire dalla stanza, si sono resi conto che andavamo via e non importava, ho perso la mia prenotazione per l'evento al quale siamo andati

La stanza è molto grande, molto pulita, l'ambiente è bello

È un hotel super comodo per soggiorni brevi. Tutte le strutture sono pulite tutto il tempo e il personale è stato gentile in ogni momento. le camere non sono molto grandi, ma sono accoglienti e confortevoli (spazio perfetto per i bagagli).

We made a quick 3 day trip to Cuernavaca and we were looking for a clean comfortable hotel near by to local attractions. We chose this, and were pleased with our choice. First, the staff was delightful in every way possible. That is always a huge benefit when visiting a non-english speaking country, given our limited Spanish. The property was very well maintained, and our room was spacious and very comfortable, including the ever important mattress and bed. We slept very well! There are 2 very nice pools on the grounds, and our room (334) overlooked the main pool with a somewhat obstructed view (but we did not expect or pay for any poolside view). The main pool has an adjacent tiki bar for beverages. The breakfast is served seated outside, and adjacent to the main pool. Breakfast is really a bountiful assortment of traditional hot foods. Several beverages included as well. Some rooms are breakfast included. Ours was not, but we chose to have breakfast one of our morning while there. It was quite delicious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are many peaceful areas to relax in the outdoors. There is not a lot in the immediate area, however everything is close and inexpensive via taxi. Our taxi ride from the bus station, and ten a taxi to city center was 60 Pesos each. Then again you could spend the better part of a day just relaxing at the property itself. The free wifi provided a strong signal. Note that this Holiday Inn is not a gigantic property, but more of a very nice “micro-resort”. We were there as a couple, but it is also a very family friendly property. We felt safe walking around the immediate area, but it's not in an economically flourishing area. There are a few decent restaurants and 2 convenience stores (one is a 7-11) close by. We also found an incredibly fabulous local bakery a few minute walk away. The street are narrow, and the sidewalks are co**** cobble stone, making walking a small challenge. But this is mostly true central-city wide. Keep in mind Cuernavaca is an old city, you are not in Cancun, Cabo or a luxury sea-side location. Our room was affordable, and met or exceeded our every expectation.

La posizione era la migliore, in 10 minuti a piedi eravamo già al centro. Poche amministrazioni e la pulizia, credo che sarebbe stato meglio.

La camera prenota per i tuoi amici non ha prestato attenzione a che l'hotel deve pagare le spese di camera sul posto dell'hotel. È un po'di problemi, e'molto difficile ottenere un pagamento diretto. Non ci rimarremo la prossima volta.
