Hotel di charme con Spa nella Borgogna francese. la nostra stanza era con vista giardino e sulla piscina : di ampie dimensioni, ben arredata con un bagno molto spazioso e con tutti confort. Personale della reception gentile, cordiale ed efficiente e che parla bene anche l'inglese

bellissimo posto dove rilassarsi e godere dello scorrere del tempo. L'arredamento da l'idea della vecchia villa di campagna, caldo ed accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione al buffet con spazi interni ed esterni per il consumo. Conviene prenotare la ena al ristorante collegato alla struttura: in zona non se ne trovano altri.

We stopped at chateau De Courban on our way driving from Paris to Valence. We only stayed one night, but we wished we had booked for 2 nights. It is the ideal place to get away and relax in the french countryside. In fact if you live in Paris and want a quick getaway to just chill, read a book, get massages and eat good food, this is the spot. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was lovely and the room which we stayed in the main building was nice and big. The bed was comfortable, towels were plush, plenty of closet space, espresso machine and bottled water were complementary. The restaurant was excellent, the sommelier was very knowledgable but a bit pushy and they were able to accommodate my gluten free diet. A couple of nuisances were the flies in the room. In fact throughout the property there were many flies. The pool was also not the cleanest , so I did not swim. I wanted to try the Spa however they were completely booked. I recommend reserving ahead of time to take advantage of it. I will definitely go back. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

Stunning hotel, with a restaurant "to die for". Staff so lovely and the place was so cosy. We will be back as the location is half way between the UK and the south of France. We have already recommend this hotel to friends. Pet friendly and lovely to walk through the walked garden and spa area.

Lovely place great rooms with a nice spa and restaurant will visit again where we can spend more time or maybe a short break the staff were very pleasant and we were showed around on arrival a nice little gem

At last! A Michelin-starred restaurant that is truly welcoming to our four legged companion. We enjoyed two evenings of fine dining with our pet obediently resting beside our table. Our room was exceptional, with a spacious outdoor decked area. The hospitality of all staff seemed sincere and the bi- or trilingual front house staff made us feel at ease about our lack of confidence in understanding spoken French. We will most definitely re-visit this establishment on any return visit to France.

The Chateau is stunning on the edge of a lovely old village. We were upgraded to a wonderful spacious room with a huge luxury bathroom. The restaurant was amazing, they have a fantastic chef, it was expensive but worth it for the quality of the food and service. As good as any Michelin starred restaurant in London. In summary an expensive treat. We were there in January I imagine that in the summer it would be delightful as it has a lovely pool and outdoor areas.

Beautiful old buildings, well maintained, scattered around magnificent gardens. We had a beautifully decorated room with large bathroom and a nice balcony looking out on the inner courtyard. The restaurant is large and quiet. The chef succeeds to respect the Burgundy traditions and blend them with a modern light touch. The wine list is extensive and offers excellent wines at affordable prices. One minus point was a small glas of Champagne of bleek quality at 24€.

We were driving from Reims to Beaune and looking for a middle-point to spend the night in the countryside. This was the perfect option and glad we stopped here! The Chateau is beautiful, has two pools, a spa, and Michelin Star restaurant. We opted for the room rate including the tasting menu and really enjoyed it. They have bikes to explore the area on property as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
