Nice rooms, unfortunately didn't have a record of our booking through trip.com but sorted us with an alternative room which just meant faffing swapping rooms after the first day. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable though. WiFi didn't work for most of our stay which was disappointing and there is no remote for the TV. Pool is lovely and just big enough to do some OK lengths. Breakfast buffet was nice and changed slightly each day, with a fresh egg station made to your liking. Staff very helpful arranging tours. Bicycle rental went smoothly arranged by hotel on the morning. We didn't try the restaurant but it has 20% discount on food between 7pm and 8pm each day. Location is good for exploring all the temples (tuk tuk or taxi needed ideally, but we also had a fun day exploring them on the bicycles too). Would recommend although maybe check they have your booking first

Very pleasant stay. High room standard. Breakfast simple but tasty. Despite problems with booking buyer from external OTA, hotel management did his best to provide us a room and solve the issue - very professional and customer friendly attitude.

At first the roomed seemed to be alright, however we soon noticed that the kettle wasn't working (got changed after we told the manager), TV wasn't working as well. The smell and taste of the water in the shower and sink was metallic, seemed almost unhealthy. Room service apparently only comes to change towels and toilet paper if you tell them to. We had to wait for the lady to make beds and clean everything. The location was a bit outside of city center, next to a farm(?), we had lots of flies when lying by the pool. Overall good if you're on a low budget, but definitely below standards.

The place is silent, the staff is helpful.

It looked worst than I expected. I think the hotel just recovered from Covid 19. If not during the public holiday I think this hotel is not recommended place at all. The staffs are friendly and the young girl try to help to bring my bag into my room which is on 3rd floor. The swimming pool is not really maintenance well. My room in trip.com is facing to pool but in face not facing there. It is really disappointed. I checked out quite fast and I hear another guess also complaint as well. It is ok to just stay a night during the holiday.

Central Blanche Residence is a really great place to stay in Siemp Reap, the staff is really nice, Dalin was really welcoming and nice. They offer comfortable rooms with great breakfasts. The location is great, you can take a 20 minute walking to the center or get a tuk tuk

Room were clean and Spacious. The pool was also good to relax during our hot day. Breakfat is good taste and Burger was so nice I love the food there .The staff was friendly and helpful.Thank you so much for your attention. Highly recommend this hotel

One of the worst of my south asia tour Bad smell in the rooms Ac not working properly and no Windows to.open Towel linen dirty Even the people are nice and trying to help I quit the hotel after the first night Ask for refund but they refused but this not the point

It was a pleasure to stay here in the hotel. The rooms are clean and the downtown isnt far away. Espaceally sokha did a really good job helping you with everything you need.

The place is gorgeous for a 3 star. Pool is a decent size with staff being even better. Rooms are huge I had a double bed with space to fit another 2 in and a balcony to enjoy the sunset. I would highly recommend, my host was called Sokha and he was more than hospitable, anything you needed he will cater too, if that be an issue with the room or trying to get a taxi sorted.

We had the best time! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful, always smiling. It was new year when we stayed and the staff were so inviting and welcoming offered us drinks, food and dancing. It was so fun. The breakfast buffet was great and the rooms were clean, spacious. The pool always clean. Thank you to all the staff, including Sokha the hotel manager. Sokha was always so helpful and he was the one who got us involved in the new year party! Thanks Sokha!

Had a great stay at Central Blanche! Lovely room with a pool view and a brilliant shower. They also helped us move to another room when it was time to check out and we wanted to stay longer, even though it was the busy time of New Year. The staff here were so friendly and fun, shout-out to Sokha who was always bringing the energy and gave us a great Khmer New Years!
