Hotel in ottima posizione colazione ottima piscina un po’ piccola e coperta dai palazzi circostanti tutto sommato un buon hotel

Hotel looked amazing! It was in a nice location meaning if tourists stayed there they were in walking distance to browse around to visit nearby restaurants and coffee shops! One side of the hotel had a nice view vs the other side had the back view of the hotel.Food was amazing and the night life at the hotel was fun…nice size pool perfect for families, couples and/or friends …air conditioner worked wonders too!

Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down. Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.

Internet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel is very well located, right in front of the Cinta Costera, malls, farmacies and ATM machines are nearby. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and staff very kind. The overall experience was ver possitive! I recommend it

巴拿馬城最早的五星級酒店，位置的景色佳，但是設施老化，酒店走廊的空氣中有着空氣清新劑夾雜着黴味，服務人員年齡比較大，早餐時，看見女廚師做雞蛋的菜，用當地語言問了一下做的什麼，直接被懟了一句，讓我隔壁拿現成的去，不清楚什麼狀況，但是五星級酒店這樣的待遇第一次遇見。不是特別建議，我之後換了市區的萬豪酒店，就恢復正常的感覺了

早餐好，衞生好，位置好，海景房，每天幾十個早餐品種，煎雞蛋很好吃，水果豐富，我在這裏住了40天，下次還要繼續住這裏。

早餐一般，需要提升改善；地理位置較好，比較安靜，不打擾睡眠；價格這塊也相對合適，希望接下來繼續保持好的服務。

酒店位置很好。就是空調聲音像拖拉機一樣轟轟作響，超過人體接受的分貝。根本無法入睡。

雖然舊一些，但早餐相當相當不錯，還有飛鳥陪着吃飯。

This looks like a very nice hotel with comfy beds and amazing views. We got there later than we expected and got dinner at the on site restaurant. It wasn't great and the service was soooooo bad. There were only 2 tables but we had to ask our waitress for our drinks 3 times over a half hour wait. Food was gross bar food. We got upstairs exhausted and pulled back the covers to crawl into bed, we found receipts for the last guest in the bed. We called down and asked for sheets so we could remake the bedsnand explained the situation. We were told they can't get clean sheets because housekeeping is closed.

We were first given a room that smelled and had water and other issues, after complaining at the front desk they changed our rom on one of the renovated floors. Beware, ask for a room on a renovated floor!
