We had to wait after check in time before the room was ready , however the facilities were made available to us. 
There were restaurants included that you had to reserve instead of one big hall for food , however you had the option to go to the buffet, drinks were great . There were no irons in the room

The lobby requires some air conditioner or fans as it is very hot. I love the club and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great resort. The layout is awesome. The Hideaway side is very well put together and the staff does a great job. Shoutout to the VIBE TEAM. The Royalton side has a nice waterpark for families. Love the entertainment. No complaints

Food was amazing… much better than most all inclusive, resort was beautiful… service could have been better but overall it was a great stay and would definitely return.

The resort is good.. it’s mostly for couples who just want peace and quiet

My family and I had an amazing time.  The food and service were impeccable.  The facilities were also fantastic, pity the stay was short so could not indulge in most of the activities.

Notable mention to staff Cranston, who went above out of his way to ensure that our requests were honored (give that guy a raise)

I would definitely return to Royalton.

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Il cibo e il servizio erano impeccabili. Le strutture erano anche fantastiche, purtroppo il soggiorno era breve, quindi non poteva perdere la maggior parte delle attività.

Nota notevole al personale Cranston, che si è spostato di sopra per assicurarsi che le nostre richieste fossero rispettate (dagli un sollecito)

Tornerei certamente a Royalton.



Devanae & Chevonne are amazing.  Very personable, professional & fun! They are assets to your company & community.  Dev even offered to buy my wife a pair of shoes on her day off & bring to us, as we had a shoe malfunction.  This is unreasonable hospitality @ its best.   Keep hiring these amazing young service staff!   K&M 

Snow , akino, javoni, nickoy were the best!! They were the life of the party and always kept everyone happy. The vibe team in whole was amazing and full of energy, they always leave a good impression. I’m definitely looking forward to come back
