La stanza era buona, ma non 5 stelle. La vista dalla stanza era stupenda e il letto era sorprendente. Il personale era amichevole, ma non di fronte utile. Amichevole, ma prossimo. La colazione era grande, veloce e il personale ha dato la priorità a sedere alla vista migliore sulla base del primo arrivo, che era bello, considerato il toccamento. We had a great stay! The people at the hotel were very friendly. We had lunch there while we waited to get our room, because we were early. The food was really good! We hung out in the hotel bar Thursday while waiting to go to the competition, and the bartender was AMAZING! Very friendly and took care of us. Housekeeping did show up to our room at 8:30 the next day, but they were very apologetic about it. We had breakfast at the restaurant the next day. Food was good and the service was awesome.We would definitely stay there again! Great place.

This is a really nice property and a highly recommended place to stay. Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a good shower with plenty of nice towels. I was really surprised to have daily maid service, which seemed like a distant memory for hotels. The only area of improvement might be the ”hot” breakfast items...especially the sausage gravy which was a mix and did not do much for me. Everything else was as expected and the coffee was very good. Definitely would recommend!

This hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The only reason I selected this property is because it was identified as

Questo posto è stato trovato su trip.com, e che piacevole sorpresa! L'edificio è probabilmente una miscela di costituzione di 60 e 80 anni, ma le camere sono state aggiornate un po' o due. La grande sorpresa è stata la grande sala da pranzo, che è stata eccellente.Abbiamo avuto una festa di 9 che non ha avuto alcun problema per cena o colazione la mattina seguente nelle grandi aree da pranzo. Le tavole erano eccellenti e il personale di attesa era un piacere a entrambi (raro in questi giorni). Fyi, ci sono anche una piscina e un grande centro di incendio nell'atrio, nessuno dei quali potevamo trarre vantaggio (questo tempo).

Sono rimasto qui poche volte la prima volta che era per due notti. Era fantastico! Mi piaceva la mia stanza, ora ho problemi con qualcosa. Sono tornato un mese dopo per stare in settimana fino a trovare lavoro nella zona e trasferirmi in un altro posto. E'stato meraviglioso che mi piacesse e i proprietari mi piacevano, sono persone molto carine che si preoccupano dei loro costumi, e poi sono tornato a causa della perdita del mio lavoro dall'altra parte della primavera del Colorado. Finora è stato bello tornare e l'altro mi ha anche preso in giro, così non ho dovuto pagare per un camion. Questo è, a mio parere, uno dei migliori posti per rimanere nel periodo Colorado. E sono stato a hotel che non sono così bello come questo motel è qui in Colorado Springs. Oggi mi diverto nella mia stanza solo facendo arte e mangiando buon cibo da un vicino ristorante Low Mai è un posto fantastico se ti piace buon cibo si può solo camminare in tanti posti diversi intorno al centro o li ha consegnati in come Cinque minuti a causa della vicinanza. In tutto adoro questo posto! Ecco, io amo i Viaggiatori in città motel è un posto meraviglioso per rimanere! ~Jill~ 2021-12-28.

Questa è una proprietà molto unica in una grande posizione vicino a Manitou Springs. Salutato dal personale più bellamente amichevole, Maria. Su richiesta, si trasferiva nella nostra stanza per vedere le montagne. Tutto è nuovo e moderno. Le strade hanno un nuovo odore di edificio. Mi è piaciuta la zona e la posizione. Vicino a tutto. L'unica parte che mi ha deluso è che la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono state chiuse per qualsiasi motivo. Sono stato scappato fuori dall'hotel per aver affrontato il proprietario per darci una copertina di pollo di colore sangue come si può vedere nelle mie foto che è la prova che era stato tintato prima e non ha nemmeno toccato una pollo! Il proprietario ha detto che devo andarmene e non appartenevo più al suo hotel, quindi mi sono sconvolto per affrontarli per le loro abitudini disgustose, e io contatterò il dipartimento della sanità per questo, perché è un casino per farmi toccare il sangue di qualcun altro. Mi è stato anche detto di non rimanere nelle loro tovaglie con i miei capelli viola, ma mi hanno dato un cucchiaio di sangue ricamo. Ho dovuto firmare un formulario di consenso per dire che il mio colore dei capelli non sarebbe rimasto li lenzuola dopo che lo incontrammo, lui negava anche di darci il bastone e ha detto perché non siamo andati ieri sera. Beh, perche' era 10:00 e non riuscivamo a trovare un hotel in quel momento.

Questo posto è stato trovato su trip.com, e che piacevole sorpresa! L'edificio è probabilmente una miscela di costituzione di 60 e 80 anni, ma le camere sono state aggiornate un po' o due. La grande sorpresa è stata la grande sala da pranzo, che è stata eccellente.Abbiamo avuto una festa di 9 che non ha avuto alcun problema per cena o colazione la mattina seguente nelle grandi aree da pranzo. Le tavole erano eccellenti e il personale di attesa era un piacere a entrambi (raro in questi giorni). Fyi, ci sono anche una piscina e un grande centro di incendio nell'atrio, nessuno dei quali potevamo trarre vantaggio (questo tempo).
