Hotel in zona Hundefreilauffläche Äußerer Grüngürtel, Colonia

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Novum Hotel Leonet a Colonia e è stato deludente. L'hotel è ormai superato, la stanza è stata squallida e profumata come fumo di sigarette (camera 326). La chiave della stanza è stata persa in reception mentre visitavamo il mercato di Natale, quindi abbiamo dovuto cambiare la stanza durante il soggiorno. La signora in reception non si preoccupava molto. Poi il colazione, dovrebbe essere il mio momento preferito della giornata. Il primo giorno di colazione alle nove era fuori di Kaiserbrotchen e fuggiva anche di uova. Il secondo giorno di colazione ero felice di vedere Kaiserbrotchen, ma purtroppo erano morbidi e soggy, ovviamente pasti il giorno precedente. Quindi, solo un punto positivo che possiamo pensare è la posizione nel centro di Colonia. Ci ritroveremo a Colonia, certo, ma non torneremo qui.

Sala sporca, inigiene e fraudolente: non prenotare una stanza e non dargli mai un visto, o farli pagare anche dopo la cancellazione. Sono andato a Colonia con un amico per due giorni. Abbiamo due camere molto sporche. La polvere era tutto. Gli angoli della stanza non erano stati puliti da anni (e non è eccessivamente), il telaio non era stato vuoto, il fango era ancora sul suolo, e ci erano tinture ovunque, e i bianchi non erano di colore scolorito, ma di colore increspato con punti marroni. Questo è stato davvero inaccettabile. Era così inigienico che non eravamo disposti a rimanere. Il proprietario/ricevitore dell'hotel ci aveva scusato e cercava di convincerci a lasciare la stanza pulita di nuovo che potevamo avere un altro posto più pulito. Tuttavia, abbiamo ancora avuto la possibilità di cancellare prima delle 18:00 e abbiamo controllato con la piattaforma di prenotazione che ha confermato che era entro il termine e che l'annullamento era gratuito. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha detto che era tutto a posto e non dovevamo cancellare tramite la piattaforma di prenotazione, avremmo recuperato tutti i soldi, ma non avevamo ancora pagato, avevano solo un numero di carta di visto. E non erano disposti a dare prove che abbiamo cancellato, non potevano ”dare una nota”, e solo dopo più di un'ora erano disposti a scrivere che abbiamo dato le chiavi quando avevamo visto la stanza e cancellato la stanza. Siamo stati consapevoli delle loro menti e abbiamo annullato la piattaforma anche in tempo per avere prove aggiuntive. Quando siamo andati, hanno detto che dovremmo fidarci di loro e che l'annullamento era gratuito. Due giorni dopo hanno prelevato la stanza nonostante il costo massimo di annullamento potesse essere solo un La nostra carta di credito è stata presentata con un'offerta di credito limitata e gratuita prima delle 18:00. Ci ha portato una denuncia formale per ottenere i nostri soldi. Questi fraudolenti sono criminali che non si può fidare. Non paghiamo mai in anticipo! Non dare mai accesso al vostro Visa o alla carta di credito!

We advised that we would arrive late on Thursday (after 11 at night) because our flight from Spain was a night flight. We had been told that there was no problem. Well, when we arrived at the hotel, a little before midnight, we started trying to check-in at the automatic machine (because the hotel does not have a reception). We tried more than 20 times but the machine kept telling us that our last name and our confirmation number were wrong and that we should call a contact phone number to find a solution. We called the number three times and in no case they were responsible. They told us that they couldn't do anything. Our reservation was fully paid. Still, we had to wander around Cologne looking for a new hotel. On the phone they told us to go at 9 in the morning that there would be someone at the reception to help us. There was no one until one of the cleaners came out to tell us that we should go to another hotel from where they managed the reception. We went and they told us that since we arrived a little late they made a mistake and marked NO SHOW on our reservation and they have also reserved the room for someone else, so we have been left out, now having to pay for a new room in another hotel far from the center for our the rest stay. Our reservation has been paid for since April, but they also tell us that we must process the refund from Booking. I have never seen such bad customer service. This hotel is a rip off and a failure. You can not trust it.

Punti positivi sono la posizione abbastanza centrale e la pulizia. Mi aspettavo sinceramente qualcosa di più rispetto alle foto di quando ho prenotato. Arredi vecchi e fatiscenti, cuscini scomodi alla nordica, non ce laria condizionata ma un ventilatore vecchio. Strada molto rumorosa essendo persino al 4 piano ce un continuo vociare giorno e notte, è davvero una strada chiassosa. Punti positivi il materasso molto comodo ,la pulizia della camera e la colazione. Diciamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo doveva essere persino piú basso di quello pagato. Non tornerei.

La posizione era bella. La distanza da treno, cattedrale, zona commerciale... si chiama. Il personale era molto amichevole, il colazione era buona. Pillow era un po' strano - solo una piazza piatta ma la camera era comoda. Poco a nessun rumore dall'esterno. Bagno piccolo ma adeguato. Era piuttosto difficile controllare la temperatura dell'acqua, ma una volta che lo scoprirai, sei tutto. In generale un buon soggiorno, prenoterebbe una stanza qui di nuovo

Locatie prima. Service receptie zakelijk en kortaf. Badjassen tijdens hele verblijf niet verkrijgbaar. Prijzen bij afrekenen hotelbar anders dan op op de kaart. Geld terug en geen woord verder. Zwembad te koud wat niet uitnodigt om te gaan zwemmen. Sauna’s prima. Ontbijt ook. Tijdens ons verblijf veel gesloten of maar beperkt open wat het geheel wat een trieste indruk geeft. Grote gebouw ademt vergane glorie en voor de prijs die men vraagt mag of moet het gewoon beter.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights for business in May. The hotel is pretty new - I think less than 2 years old. The rooms are quite big, with full kitchen amenities (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, full set of glasses. The surprise was there was no kitchen roll for cleaning - all the apartments of these types of hotels have some cleaning paper. The location is very close to Koln Messe Deutz station, and we made easy travel arrangements by train to the Dusseldorf fair. The room is clean, the windows are opening (a big plus), and the façade is quite modern. The hotel is quiet, especially since my room faced the open courtyard, which was super quiet, even sleeping with open windows. Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular, and I think a bit overpriced for the 23 EUR per person. The only problems we had were with sporadic services and some items in the room malfunctions: I had electricity problems with the power supply (caused by a defect in the dishwashing machine which could not be switched off - The fuse went off). I had a problem with the telephone. For every problem, I had to drag to the reception (unable to talk on the phone). The coffee in the room was delivered in the first few days, the next 2 days, and there was no new coffee pack (to make your French press). One day I did not have big towels delivered (the housekeeping did not replace the used towels on the bathroom floor, and I had to go to the reception to ask for them. I would give that hotel 3 stars, but the best surprise was the super fast internet connection (free). We had 200 MB/sec, perfect for surfing and streaming.

I stayed here for 3 nights, It may not be in the centre but it has good transport links. From The airport, S19 to Cologne Messe, there are taxis outside the station if you don’t want to walk to the hotel. It had everything I needed, it was quiet, clean and had a good shower and very good wifi connection. Also had a very good air conditioning which was needed. The nearest supermarket is Lidl which is a 10minute walk and 15minute to the Cologne Messe station or you can take the tram/bus which is 350metres away which also takes you across the bridge. There is also a mini market in reception for cold drinks and snacks open 24hrs which was handy. I didn’t have breakfast here so I cant comment on that. I had a very enjoyable stay and I would stay here again.

Un ottimo soggiorno! L'hotel offre buon servizio, camere confortevoli e una posizione eccellente. Il personale è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. Lo consiglio molto e mi aspetto la mia prossima visita!

Our honeymoon trip took us here for the first night. We wanted to stop in Cologne to see some sights the next morning, This was a perfect location just off the motorway, and only 20 minutes back in to Cologne. When we arrived, the staff member that saw us in was pleasant, satisfactory English, but seemed to lack any personality, like she was bored. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we arrived, when we queried this, we were told its a breakfast only facility. I asked for some recommendations for the local area to get some dinner, I was handed an A4 sheet with multiple eateries. My Wife and I like to read some reviews before going, and found only a couple out of the whole list was on Google or Trip Advisor, so not the most helpful. OK if your not bothered though. Dimitri Grill up the road, about 20 minute walk, I highly recommend this place! (Reviewed separately) The room was pleasant, odd shape, clean and comfortable. It had a safe, sofa and chairs, bed was hard, which was nice. The shower was amazing, could have stayed in there all day. The room however was only made up for one person, we had to call down to get more bedding and towels. These turned out to be single duvets only. The hotel don't stock double or king, only singles. There was a coffee and tea facilities however the kettle is only useable under the wall mounted TV, so the steam and heat goes in to the TV, the coffee was not nice at all, and again was only made up to be enough for one. Car park was odd, its free to get in with a barrier that goes up automatically when you move towards it, however to get you need a token from reception to leave. The staff did remind us of this, however there was no check on if we were guests or not. If your a light sleeper due to light, take an eye mask as the curtains are as thin as cotton. If your looking for a pamper, or some fluffy stuff, this is not the hotel. This is purely a business hotel, or a bed and go kind of hotel.
